    LETTER OF REQUEST

    April 15, 2023

    HON. CEFERINO J. CAPALAD


    Barangay Captain
    Bunsuran I, Pandi, Bulacan

    Dear Barangay Captain,

    Our church, Faithful Word Baptist Church, will be having a Sports Fest
    this coming May. This event is in connection with our goal to share the
    gospel of Jesus Christ to those around us.

    I am sending you this letter as a formal request to use the Bunsuran


    1st Multi-Purpose Covered Court. I am humbly requesting to use the said
    court on May 1, 2023, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

    I will also respect and follow all the rules and policies that you have
    implemented in the said place. We will have full responsibility to apply
    orders such as cleanliness, organization, and discipline in all aspects.

    Through this letter, we are humble appealing to your generosity by


    approving this letter of request for the use of Bunsuran 1 st Multi-Purpose
    Covered Court.
