Prayer

Dear Reader I give thanks to God for you, making mention of you in my prayers, that the God
of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and
revelation in the knowledge of him ,that he eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye
may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in
the saints, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us ward who believe, according
to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the
dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places. In Jesus Name (Ephesians 1:16-
20)

This is a spirit inspired prayer that I always pray for myself so that I continue to grow in
knowledge and revelation and faith concerning the authority of the church and the authority of
believers as God has given us to defeat the kingdom of darkness.

I advise you to pray the same prayer and constantly read the book of Ephesians as well as one of
my minibooks entitled Spiritual Warfare it is filled with the wisdom you will require to stand
your ground and defend your position in Christ.

The things of The Spirit require constant repetition and exercise until they become part of your
belief system, consciousness and daily life so I urge you to keep studying, keep praying until you
become skillful. “For bodily exercise profited little: but godliness is profitable unto all things,
having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.”(1 Timothy 4:8)

Introduction/Foreword
Spiritual spouses, Marine spirits and other associated anti marriage spirits are ultimate cause of
divorce, marital strife, broken relationships in the lives of both married and unmarried christians
and non-christians alike.

This is a very important issue because it is the cause of many broken dreams, broken families all
over the world and this has caused untold sufferings in the lives of many people including
children. That is why God has inspired me to write this mini-book because it is something that I
experienced and by God’s grace it is definitely conquerable that is why it is a very important
subject that I want to share with you.

“My people perish, my people suffer for a lack of knowledge” Hosea 4:6

Hosea 4:6 lets us know that the reason why there is such suffering in the lives of so many
Christians is because of our ignorance and lack of knowledge. It is therefore our responsibility to
seek the knowledge necessary to put us above the circumstances that we face, This book will
help you understand what you are really fighting against and it will help enlighten you of who
you really are in Christ and position you to fight the good fight of faith against the enemy and
live a victorious life in your marriage & relationships that is my prayer for you as you read this
book in Jesus name.

As I always say God is a Faith God and He always sends His Man with His Word to heal , set
free and deliver people as he has called them to. I want you to urge you to believe that God has
sent me to you with the His word the same way that He sent Moses to take them out of bondage,

Life is Spiritual
“To be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace” (Romans 8:6)

“Jesus answered, “It is written, “‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that
comes from the mouth of God.”(Matthew 4:4)
“By faith we understand that the entire universe was formed at God's command, that what
we now see did not come from anything that can be seen.”(Hebrews 11:3)

The three verses that are mentioned above clearly show us that the life that we live in this world
is as a result of what is in the spiritual realm and not what we see hear or feel.For something to
be established here on earth something would have taken place in the spiritual. If one is
experiencing difficulty in their marriage or relationship it is definitely a result of something that
is wrong in the spirit and that issue should be dealt with spiritually in order to have peace in their
life. It is of no use trying to fight the battle physically or fighting your partner or anyone
involved in the situation you are facing but rather you should start your fight in the spiritual
realm in order to enjoy victory over the physical.

Being spiritually minded is key to our spiritual battle because it help us bypass our physical
minds from being overwhelmed by the circumstances presented to us by the devil in the physical
realm and use our spiritual arsenal to defeat the enemy until he flees.

Brother Hagin always used to say that “As long as Satan can hold you into the realm of reason
and thinking he will defeat you every time” However “if you hold him in the arena of Faith you
will defeat him every single time” That is why it is really important to be spiritually minded in
this fight of faith.

It is by faith that we can receive anything from heaven.

Legally married
Spirituality has always been a legal war between good and evil. For instance back in the garden
of Eden when the devil tempted Adam and Eve to disobey God’s command because the devil
knew that Adam definitely knew that he had the legal right to disobey God even though he did
not have the moral right to do so. That act that Adam committed was what made the devil the
god of this world and such made mankind to live in bondage to systems of this world because it
was being ruled by the devil and his cohorts.
However God had to send His dear son to fulfil the law in other words to satisfy the legal
requirements for us to be delivered form that bondage of darkness in order to give us all
authority over darkness as well as for us to reign in this world and that which is to come.

“For if by the trespass of the one, death reigned through the one; so much more will those
who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the
one, Jesus Christ”

The fact that one is experiencing certain challenges in their relationships or marriage is because
there are som spiritual conditions in the spirit that are the cause of

The fact that these spirits have hold over a person means they have a legal right to in the spirit.
Somehow they are legally married to that person in the spirit and you ought to divorce them
legally. Whatever the devil and his kingdoms uses against us is something that he has a legal
right to condemn us and use against us and if we are able to identify that legal cause and destroy
the strongholds that he uses against us we will indeed live victorious lives.

What Is Marriage?
To be made one, it means to be united as one. Therefore if anti-marriage spirits such as spiritual
wives and husbands are one with you and they will use their immoral spiritual legal right to keep
you from being happily married.

I usually say you should be always better at fighting for your relationship just as these spiritual
beings.

Symptoms of the activity of Anti-marriage spirits

 Lack of affection for the opposite sex, or for your partner.

 Experiencing unusual difficulty in life if you strongly pursue a relationship.
 Fear of opposite sex and lack of communication with opposite sex.
 Violent mishaps when pursuing a new relationship as threats e.g accidents, sudden
mishaps or misfortunes.
  Anger & violence towards your loved one.
 Sexual immorality-adultery, fornication, pornography addiction
 Lack of respect for you partner.
 Unexplained mishaps even sicknesses.
 Spiritual attack on your finances
 Lack of confidence and self-worth when dealing with opposite sex.
 Infidelity & cheating or having a strong relationship with someone else of opposite sex
who is not your partner,
 String of broken relationships.
 Unholy dreams, wet dreams of you’re having affairs with strange or familiar spouses.
 Disease and affliction.
 Sudden death of spouse.
 Miscarriages and bareness.
 You may also notice all the abovementioned

A quick look at these symptoms will make you realise that the common problems that people are
facing such as hardship or sudden sickness and difficulty just after entering into relationships is a
result of these foul spirits. The purpose of this book is to expose them and to destroy their
strongholds so that as Christians we might lead more victorious lives,

That is why you find that a God fearing ,loving, caring and well raised believer may end up
having problems you would have thought they would easily overcome or do some things you
thought that they would never do to their loved ones,

The Root Cause

When dealing with a problem it is common knowledge that one has to deal with the root cause of
the problem not just the symptoms because even if you eradicate the symptoms they are still
going to resurface and the cycle will continue on and on and on until the roots of the problem are
destroyed:
“Then he said to the tree, “May no one ever eat fruit from you again.” And his disciples heard
him say it.”

Simply put the root causes of marital problems is the following:

“The enemy comes to kill, steal and destroy but I am come so that you might have life and

These spiritual spouses can be experienced both in the physical and in the spiritual through

Extremely beautiful or handsome men & women of questionable behaviour
Violent in nature.

LEGAL EVIDENCE AGAINST ANTI-

MARRIAGE SPIRITS

Believers Authority
Every believer in Jesus Christ has authority given to him over demons devils and over the power
of the enemy. This authority is vested in us through the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

“Behold I give you authority to tread upon scorpions serpents and over all the power of the
enemy”

When we use that name indeed we have the same authority and the same influence that our Lord
Jesus Christ has in heaven, earth and underneath of the earth because he delivered all the

“These signs shall follow those that believe, In my name they will drive out demons; they
will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink
deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and

In essence Jesus Christ gave us Spiritual Power of Attorney to reign in this world and that
which is to come using His Name.

Spiritual spouses and marine spirits are from the kingdom of darkness and we have authority
to divorce them and banish them from our lives because we have been delivered from the
authority and power of darkness now we have authority to tread over all the power of the
enemy using the name above all names.

1. - Resist the enemy and cast them out of your life refuse to be married to them and they until
they flee.

2. The Blood of Jesus Christ bought us out of every kindred,nation,race into the kingdom of
God hence no spiritual spouse has any right to enter you or stay inside you through
generational curse because you were bought out of your kindred so you are no longer subject
to inherited curses and spirits. If there is any anti-marriage spirit that is generational it
definitely has no right to oppress you or possess you because of the blood of Jesus Christ that
brought you out of every association by birth,nationality,race etc.

You are No longer condemned

Blood of Jesus Christ was shed for the remission of our sin hence if they had entered by
means of sin such as adultery or fornication. That has already paid for through the blood of
Jesus Christ therefore repent and pray for forgiveness of the sins loosing and pleading the
blood of Jesus as payment for your sin.
 Remember this truth and meditate in in your heart until you no longer feel condemned and
until the devil can no longer accuse you of any of those faults.

The temple of The Holy Ghost

If you are spirit filled believer your body is the temple of The Holy Spirit. Speak and decree that
the Fire of The Holy Ghost consumes all residents of darkness in body soul and your spirit.

You are already delivered.

The past tense of God’s Word

Who has delivered us from the domain of darkness and has translated us to the kingdom of
his dear so

The Devil is a defeated Fore

The enemy like a roaring lion walks about seeking whom he may devour.

He spoiled them making a public spectacle on the cross, triumphing over them in it.

He spoiled them, he plundered them he took all their authority and power from them They are
now virtually powerless.

Bro Hagin would always use an illustration of how one should not be afraid of the devil and his
dark kingdom because the devil is paralysed, how one can be afraid of a devil that is paralysed
and in a wheelchair.

How To Set Yourself Free from a Spirit Husband or Wife

1- Repent from all known and unknown sin some of which have been mentioned in Section III –
Sources of these spirits.
2- Identify the door through which you got the spirit husband or wife. Fast and pray and ask God
to show you where you got it.
3- Destroy the gifts from the relationships which introduced the spirit husband or wife
4- Plead the redemptive power of the Blood of Jesus over you..To plead is to choose what you
deem and choose what you want to be judged with as in when you plead not guilty in a court

5 - Pray these scriptures:

Scripture to deliver yourself with:
Matthew 22:30 - ... After death there is no marriage. Spirits are not supposed to marry
Leviticus 19:19 ...even cattle are not supposed to sleep with any other animal but cattle; which
presupposes that human beings do not sleep with spirits and so you divorce every spirit in Jesus'
name.
2 Corinthians 11:2 -- this scripture admonishes that you are married to Jesus so every spirit
husband or wife is divorced in the name of Jesus.
Deuteronomy 24:1-4 ...issue a certificate of divorce against the spirit husband or wife

Offence
“Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that temptations to sin will come: but
woe unto him, through whom they come!”

Things offensive are bound to come .you cannot live without encountering offensive things.
When we feel offended we use our tounge to crush those dear to us to express our anger.The
devil always tries to use the closest peope around you to offend, to tempt you and provoke you
unto anger and unto giving upon your faith and doing good.

When you feel offended you are trapped. Satan uses offence to blind us to concentrate on the
wrong done to us forgetting our condition which in the case the pursuit for a strong and
successful relationship in which love, happiness and peace prevails.
Real love forgives and forgets wrong so that there is hope for future. To get out of our dry pit let
go of the offence. Whether you are wrong or right no one is allowed to hold offence. We know
that not even the best man in this world cannot maintain blessing unless God protects.

Good Christians refuse to be offended so as not to offend God

It is better not to achieve than achieve and then fall.

Pray for unforgiveness Spirit because you cannot hear nor speak from God with a bitter heart.

Do not judge your offenders because God has already passed judgement.

“But Woe unto them through which offence comes”

You should rather pray for mercy for them so that God forgives them and is merciful unto them
as Jesus Christ said “Dear Father please have mercy on them for they do not know what they
do.”

Why this is because if you react mercifully to them you are heaping coals of fire on them but if
you really love your spouse make it a point that you forgive them you pray for them and you
resolve the issue with them as soon as possible before it gets out of hand so as not to give the real
enemy who is the devil any foothold

Steps to overcome them

“Nay in all these things we are more than conquerors, because greater is he that is in us than he
that is in the world”

1. Repent

2.Acknowledge that you are not the problem and neither is your real spouse but the problem is
with the spiritual spouse.
3. Forgive your spouse for any hurt they have caused you and any symptoms such as described in
part 2 of this minibook.

3.Resist the devil

“Submit yourselves then to God. Resist the devil and he will flee” James 4:7

When trouble comes into your relationship you should remember that it is surely the works of the
devil who is your opponent and you should seek God for his help through His spirit through his
guidance in the scriptures of how to handle the impending challenges some of which are already
mentioned in this minibook.

The best way to defeat the devil and any demon is to expose them and to resist him.

is , speak about how virtuous your partner is and before you know it your relationship will
improve and your life will be filed with peace love and joy.

For example I take sometime to make decrees and declarations of how my ife should be
everyday because What I see my Father do I do also.
7. Do not take offence but you should always remember to fight the real enemy.

relationship should be like.

What to do with the devil

As true believers we ought to do the will of God and throughout the bible these are the two main
things that The Lord taught us to do about the devil,demons,evil spirits and all the powers of the
enemy”

1. Tread upon scorpions serpents and over all the power of the enemy.
2. Resist the devil-By chasing him away until he flees.
These are the two things that we should do and nothing else, therefore do not be fooled into
fearing the devil and his kingdom and do not be fooled into being their victim. If we do these two
in Jesus name rest assured that Jehovah God will back you because it is His will for us to do so
and He is the same yesterday, today and forever and he is not a man that he should lie.
