Work experience
With over 25 years in architecture world (As a teacher and project manager), I have extensive experi -
ence in architecture projects (Projects are listed in the attached CV)and I am in charge of following up
design phases in accordance with required space and users programs and coordination between Ar-
chitectural, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical design to provide final controlled drawing’s for tender
documents preparation especially in hospital design.
In addition to Review and evaluate the Contract’s engineering drawings, plans, technical specifica-
tions, and design calculations.
Responsible for the management and technical direction of the Consultant's personnel related to De -
sign and Supervision works, as well as of any other staff provided for the purpose of performing the
works.
Manage the collection, analysis, verification, checking, and presentation of all data pertinent to the De -
sign works and compilation of Electro-Mechanical, Civil and Planner/Cost Engineers feedback reports.
Coordination and assistance to the Client during Contract's duration; Prepare, monitor and maintain
cost estimate and planning schedules. Establish contacts with public authorities and possesses capa-
bility to liaise with the public .

tion, restoration, and renovation, also follows up coordination with civil, mechanical, and electrical de-
signs in conjunction with the historic aspects of buildings as well as reviewing and evaluating the Con-

The School Complex consists of 8 levels and covers a total area of 6,950 square meters and serves
900 students as follows:
Level 1 contains the car park, guardhouse, multipurpose hall, electrical substation and other
services.
Level 2 contains the generator room, covered playgrounds, the administration and supporting
services for the Elementary classes.
Level 3 houses 6 elementary classes (one section) with all related services and a workshop for 216
students.
Level 4 houses 6 other elementary classes (one section) with all related services and covered
playgrounds.
Level 5 contains covered playgrounds, another guardhouse, administration for the intermediate and
the secondary schools, library and related services.
Level 6 houses 6 intermediate classes (2 sections) with all related services.

(2002-2003)
The school building consists of 2 levels and covers a total area of 885 square meters and serves 96
students. The nursery contains: 4 pre-elementary classes (2 sections), game rooms and all related
services.
Total construction cost: US$300,000.
Shmestar Public School.
The project is an educational complex containing 3 blocks covered a total area of 6026 m2 occupy
972 students as follows:
Block 1 – Intermediate School: 3 levels covered 2400 m2, containing administration for Intermediate
section, 12 classrooms (four sections) to occupy 432 students with all related workshops and
laboratories.
Block 2 – Multipurpose Hall, Library, & other services: 2 levels covered 860 m2 containing double
volume Multipurpose Hall covered 220 m2, School library covered 220 m2, and other services such
as computer rooms, art rooms, corridors…etc covered 420 m2.
Block 3 – Secondary Schools: 3 levels covered 2766 m2, containing administration for secondary
section, 18 classrooms (six sections) to occupy 540 students with all related workshops and
laboratories.

Project perimeter: The perimeter was the zone 2 (S2) of ELISAR project.
Project description: The project consists of rehabilitation of 303 ruined building facades, damaged
during the civil wars; work include protecting and maintaining historic distinctive materials, repairing
deteriorated material by patching and splicing, and replacing distinctive materials when is too
deteriorated to repair or when it is missing, in addition to the construction of potable water network.
Project name: Consultancy Services for Immediate Relief Works In Al Tebbaneh – Tripoli ~
16 Km2 (Contract No. 7886).
Client: CDR (Council for Development and Reconstruction).
Project perimeter: The perimeter was limited by Al Kobbeh area to the east, and Al Basatin area
to the west.
Project description: The project consists of rehabilitation and reconstruction of effected buildings
by the civil wars, work include protecting and maintaining historic distinctive materials, repairing
deteriorated material by patching and splicing, and replacing distinctive materials when is too
deteriorated to repair or when it is missing, in addition to upgrading the urban context of the area
and to upgrade and redesign the whole infrastructure including several public gardens.
