 A Message From Quackity For The Community

I’m very excited and humbled by all the support QSMP has received since the beginning of its
creation. The main objective of the server has always been to promote the unification of
communities and very talented creators, and it has done so in an INCREDIBLE way. To see
communities and creators share the same passion that I had when bringing this project to life is
something I appreciate from the bottom of my heart. Thank you.

QSMP, just like any engaging piece of media out there, can evoke real and raw emotions, and
that is something the team behind the project is very proud of. The following document is a
manual for all creators for an upcoming “QSMP Elections” event, and though the very premise
of this concept can easily evoke these passionate and real emotions, I urge all communities and
creators to remember that this whole event is made for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES only.

Some creators from QSMP will be participating in a simulated and made up election process,
and whereas I completely understand the love and passion some of you will share towards this
next arc of the series, I urge all communities to not express hurtful and external negative
emotions towards the creators in QSMP that will be participating in this event, nor towards their
communities. Remember it’s a simulation meant for entertainment purposes ONLY. This is NOT
a real life election. Although we encourage everyone to support their favorite QSMP creator
during this arc from a viewer standpoint, make sure this is all done in a very lighthearted
manner, as this project is meant to provide ENTERTAINMENT only.

SUBJECT: ELECTION MANUAL - INTRODUCTION.

1. Upon your esteemed arrival at Quesadilla Island, it has been our

utmost priority to diligently monitor the activities of all individuals
within the jurisdiction of the island. To this end, our esteemed
personnel have been meticulously maintaining detailed records and
documentation with a focus on preserving the sanctity and orderliness
of Quesadilla Island.

2. Upon thorough observation and analysis, the Federation has

determined that the citizens of Quesadilla Island have reached a
sufficient level of preparedness to elect their governing authority.
This leader shall be tasked with maintaining and strengthening societal
order throughout the territory, utilizing any means necessary.
Consequently, the purpose of this official document is to provide a
comprehensive outline and explanation of the electoral procedure that
has been meticulously designed for your convenience. It is of paramount
importance that you adhere to the instructions contained herein to
ensure a seamless and equitable transition of power.

3. It is imperative to clarify a crucial aspect of this process:

every individual residing in Quesadilla island holds the right to
pursue the position of leadership. The election of the forthcoming
president shall be dependent upon the collective will of the people,
exercising their right within a democratic process.

SUBJECT: THE IMPLICATIONS OF POWER

6. In considering a role of significant authority, it is essential to

comprehend the implications associated with such a position. It is
crucial that the highest priority is given to the welfare and
prosperity of Quesadilla Island. We will explain the significance of
overseeing the island, the responsibilities associated with a position
of authority, and the obligations one must uphold as a public servant.

7. The duties and responsibilities associated with this position are

directly linked to ensuring the wellbeing of Quesadilla Island. In
executing this role, you will be tasked with supervising multiple
sectors that are essential to maintaining a well-functioning society.
These include but are not limited to the ability to:

● Propose Rules.

● Propose Addition Of Any Mod Of Your Liking

● Propose Removal Of Any Mod Of Your Liking

● Propose Public Works For The Community

● Propose Force Of Law On Situations

● Integrate ONE (1) new member of your choice into QSMP. The
Federation permits the governing official to integrate a new
creator into QSMP. Requirements will be discussed privately with
the Federation.

Any and all proposals must be approved by the Federation privately

before the president goes public with them.

SUBJECT: VOTING.

8. In our esteemed society, it is of paramount significance that every

citizen actively partakes in the fundamental exercise of selecting our
representatives, a right graciously bestowed upon us. Consequently, we
have meticulously structured the electoral process around three (3)
essential domains.

● QSMP RESIDENTS (50% OF THE TOTAL VOTE): Any creator who resides
on Quesadilla island before AND during campaign season has the
right to TWO (2) total votes for the candidate(s) of their
choosing. Creators may allocate their two votes to a single
candidate or split them between candidates of their choosing.
Candidates must campaign to gain votes.

[VOTING DAYS TO BE ANNOUNCED]

● COMMUNITY VOTING (35% OF THE TOTAL VOTE): The community is

allowed to vote for the candidate of their choosing. An online
poll will be made available on voting day through which they can
cast their ballots. They are entitled to 35% of the vote, which
will be proportionally distributed to the candidates according to
community voting results.

[VOTING DAYS TO BE ANNOUNCED]

● LEADERBOARD VOTES (15% OF THE TOTAL VOTE): The Federation

acknowledges and commends the distinguished residents who have
demonstrated exceptional efforts and achieved outstanding
statistics within our community. These commendable individuals
will be duly recognized through a comprehensive voting process by
which they may receive votes for their work.

Candidates can secure a percentage of the vote by completing

specific actions recorded on six (6) leaderboards. These actions,
which reflect the qualities of a president, are as follows:

 ★ DEFENSE - A good politician will sacrifice themselves for
the nation.
Most damage taken

★ COMMUNITY - A good politician is active in the community.

Longest time spent playing on the server

★ COMMUNICATION - A good politician visits his constituents.

Longest distance traveled (walked, sprinted, swum)

★ WEALTH - A good politician keeps the nation wealthy.

Most diamond ores mined

★ SECURITY - A good politician keeps the nation safe.

Most mobs killed

★ DIPLOMACY - A good politician is a good diplomat.

Most villager trades completed

Each leaderboard accounts for 2.5% of the total vote.

Accomplishing a number of actions in relation to other people
will grant candidates a proportional amount of the 2.5% allotted
to each leaderboard. Being first on any given leaderboard will
grant the highest percentage of the vote for that category.

9. Voting is a PRIVATE right. This means, aside from the Federation,

nobody is allowed to publicly see who any creator voted for.

● You are welcome to show preference towards any candidates during

campaign season, however you are not allowed to SHOW your
definitive vote on voting days, only until after the voting day.

● You’re allowed to say who you voted for, but nobody knows for
sure if you’re telling the truth.

10. Creators will be assigned a location at which they can submit their
votes at any time from [VOTING DAYS PENDING]. They will only be able to
vote using a PRIVATE CODE, unique to each creator, provided on the last
page of this document. Creators are allowed to vote on or off stream.

11. In order to file as a candidate to the presidency, you must

complete the following form and submit it to the Federation. The
necessary data to be provided by you includes the following:

● Name

● Year of Birth

● Country of Birth

● Languages spoken

● Past work experience

● Tell us in a short paragraph what makes you a good candidate for

presidency.

● Tell us in a short paragraph what is something you love about

Quesadilla Island.

● Tell us in a short paragraph something you would change about

Quesadilla Island.

12. Upon successful submission of your candidacy application, the

Federation will review your request. You shall be notified of the
ACCEPTANCE or REJECTION of your petition within a 24-hour period
following the submission. You will be provided with the submission link
within the Discord server.

SUBJECT: THE INAUGURATION OF YOUR CAMPAIGN.

(JUNE 17TH - JUNE 23RD)

13. If your request has been accepted, we congratulate you. As a

candidate, you are vying for one of the most esteemed positions of
authority on the Island. In order to effectively pursue your candidacy,
several integral matters must be addressed during the course of your
campaign.

14. For all candidates we have a series of campaign requirements. These

requirements are OBLIGATORY for all candidates. Failure to adequately
fulfill these requirements during your campaign will result in prompt
DISQUALIFICATION, rendering any votes in your favor entirely NULL.
Failure to abide by this disqualification can result in a severe form
of punishment.

15. The requirements for your campaign are the following:

● CAMPAIGN MATERIALS. It is important you associate your campaign

with brandable material. This material is to be solely provided
by the FEDERATION DESIGN BUREAU.

Once your application has been accepted, a team will be assigned

to assist with the creation of logos, designs, and campaign
materials.

● CAMPAIGN INAUGURATION DATE. Once you have all these requirements

in place, you must select the date of your campaign inauguration.
Your campaign inauguration will be held at a set location and you
will be required to give an initial speech announcing your
candidacy. All candidates must have different inauguration dates
ranging from June 17th to June 23rd.

SUBJECT: DEBATE NIGHTS.

(JUNE 23RD, JUNE 26TH, JULY 5TH)

16. Debate evenings shall be organized as open forums, presided over by

the Federation, and shall feature an unbiased moderator who will pose
community-based inquiries to all contenders vying for office. The
inclusion of these debates is an integral component of the electoral
process, serving as the basis for well-informed decisions on the day
the people cast their ballots for the new president.

17. Debate evenings may be live-streamed from the vantage point of each
candidate. A central point of view, amalgamating all perspectives
concurrently, may be hosted on a separate channel.

18. The Federation shall designate a public social media account on

Twitter for the submission of questions, from which all questions will
be selected at random.

19. A total of THREE (3) debates shall be conducted during the campaign
season on the following dates:

● JUNE 23RD
● JUNE 26TH
● JULY 5TH

SUBJECT: THE DISQUALIFICATION OF CANDIDATES.

20. Whereas the esteemed Federation has consistently upheld its

commitment to ensuring a conducive environment for the exercise of free
speech, certain actions may result in the irrevocable dissolution and
disqualification of one's candidacy. The actions in question are as
follows:

● DEATH. During campaign season (June 12th - July 7th), all

candidates are granted TWO (2) provisional lives. If the
candidate suffers 2 deaths during the campaign, their candidacy
will be immediately terminated.

[Assassination of a candidate performed by another player DOES

count towards this. Don’t play too dirty! Or do. It’s your
choice.]

● FAILURE TO SHOW UP TO AT LEAST ONE (1) PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE.

● FAILURE TO FULFILL ALL CAMPAIGN REQUIREMENTS.

● ANY DECISION MADE BY THE FEDERATION TO DISQUALIFY A CANDIDATE.

SUBJECT: ELECTION NIGHT. JULY 8TH

21. The Election Night constitutes a momentous occasion wherein all

votes shall be officially tallied, and the President of Quesadilla
Island shall be appointed. The event shall commence with a discussion
involving all the candidates, during which they will discuss their
respective positions and experiences during the campaign, outlining
their impending endeavors and delineating their future-oriented
strategies.

22. This event will be live-streamed solely on www.twitch.tv/Quackity

at a venue located in Los Angeles, California on JULY 8TH. All
candidates will be present virtually via webcam (or solely audio if
they wish) to witness the official count of votes on election night.

23. Upon the conclusion of this esteemed gathering, the distinguished

individual elected as the next President of QSMP shall be determined
and announced.

THE NEW PRESIDENT.

24. Upon the successful selection of the new president, they shall be
awarded the opportunity to address Quesadilla Island through an
official speech, articulating their appreciation for the trust and
confidence bestowed upon them by the citizens and sharing a compelling
vision for the nation's future. Guided by the Federation, the newly
elected leader shall commence their journey towards assuming the
presidency and fulfilling their responsibilities.

25. Under the wise and visionary leadership of our president,

Quesadilla Island prepares to enter a new phase of unity, progress, and
prosperity, following the fundamental principles of the constitution.
Citizens of Quesadilla Island shall look forward to a promising future,
anchored by the commitment of the president.

26. Let us together embark on this journey toward progress, guided by

the wisdom of this new administration, the efficacy of our new
constitution, and the ardent aspirations of the people, with the solemn
understanding that the prosperity and well-being of Quesadilla Island
is everybody’s top priority.
