NARRATIVE REPORT
FEEDBACK AND INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT FOR LEARNERS

To ensure the delivery of quality education on this new normal, teachers of Grade
10 students had conducted feedbacking and instructional support for learners who need
assistance in learning. The teachers provided intervention materials that suit to the
learners’ needs. The parents were informed about the student’s academic performance.
This feedbacking helped the learners to cope up with the lesson and to do the activities
correctly. It helped them also to understand the lessons stated on the modules.
Feedbacking was conducted every week to address the needs and progress of the learners.
Home visitation was also conducted to notice the situation of the learners and to identify
the barriers of their learning. Instructional support has been emphasized to ensure that
the learners learned, and they were not left behind during this modular distance learning.
Teachers reach them out, support them and assure that they are capable to do the
performance tasks and written works on their own and according to their strengths and
weaknesses.
