    1) Replacement of Existing drain grating channels and Manhole covers.
     Purchasing the material as per the approved sample and as per the required quantity

     Storage of material whichever is easy to shift to the work place

     Barricading the area with required safety precautionary measures and safety signages
    .
     Switch off the power connections and disconnection of the water lines

     Drain the water to the designated place

     Protect the adjacent sides with proper materials.

     Arrange proper PPE for the workers.

     Removal of existing tiles using machineries and tools.

     Shifting the material to the designated area

     Taking care about the drain points, lights and other services.

     Application of waterproofing after cleaning as per the manufacturers recommondation

     Installation of tiles using appropriate grout

     Application of grouting the joints.

     Clearing the area and demobilization.

     Tool Box Talk to be carried out prior start to the work, Make Sure All Equipment Properly Working Condition, PPE must on the
    site
     Site engineer and Safety Officer is available on site at all the times until the completion of project (as Per site requirement’s)

     Daily site inspections before work commences should be carried out to look for indications of any situation that could result
    in cave-ins and indications of failure of protective systems.

     All the Mahraj and sub-contractor’s employees recognize that safety is an integral part of their job duties and responsible for
    preventing unnecessary injuries ,All the workers and supervisors will be committed to carry out smooth operation at all the time
    in the site, well briefed by safety representative about procedures of the premises and safety environment.

     All employees are to be a properly and thoroughly trained in safe work practices and are to understand importance placed
    on working safely every day

     Provide sufficient lighting during hours of darkness to allow safe working conditions

     Ensure that proper housekeeping will be in place at all the time, keep work area free from tripping hazards and debris
