IV. Procedure

Einführung

a. Drill
 Prayer, Greetings, Checking of attendance

b. Review of Previous Knowledge:


Ask the class about the previous lesson.
What they learn about the previous lesson.
Ask the student if they really understand the lesson.

c. Motivation:
"Let's sing the Modal Lesson"
The demonstration will play an audio visual song presentation of a song which contain lyrics
related to the topics. After the singing the demonstrators will ask a few question about the song.
What is the song all about?

What does it implied?


The class will be divided into two(2) groups. Each group will be going to construct dialogue using
modal verds. They will be given three(3) minutes to prepare. Then after that they will choose a
representative to deliver the dialogue in front. Each group will be given teo(2) minutes and 30
seconds to present.Before they start the activity the teacher will show first the criteria to the
students to be guided to their task.

d. Introduction
The teacher will be stating the learning objectives and introducing the new topic ti the class
by asking questions about the activity that they previously performed and will perform the class for
the discussion.
Criteria:

Correctness of Answer 15pts.


Presentation 10pts.
Cooperation 5pts.
Total 30pts.
Body of the Lesson:

The teacher will discuss the topic to the class which is Modals.

b. Student Activities:
The teacher asks the students about the activity and able to explain to the class what is
modal and its importance and as question to the students.

 What is a modal verb?


 Why is important to learn modals?
 Based on the discussion what is the significance using Modals appropriately?

c.Differentiation
The teacher will divide the class into two (2) groups. Each groups will create an information
assay about "Distance Learner's". They will use modals appropriately. Before they start the activity
the teacher will show the criteria to the students to be guided for their task.

Criteria:
Critical understanding of materials. 20%
Organization of thought. 10%
Appreciate us of Modals. 10%
Total. 40%
