1 1/2-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
1 tablespoon green or black tea
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder

1 liter hot water (boiling)

1. In a pan put the water to boil. Turn off the heat as soon as it starts to bubble. First, add the

and directly into the pan. Mix these ingredients in the pan with the help of a spoon and
cover the pan. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Coe, wait to cool down. Add the lemon shot to

Let's go

That's your Daily Treatment using the GlucoBion4® protocol. Put it into practice
for 15 days. Here is an indication of the best foods in the world based on recent
scientific evidence and with properties for immune support: prevention of
susceptibility to bacteria dangerous to diabetics, increased wound healing
capacity, increased energy and glucose regulation, improvement of mood and
libido. Here you will also have a Food Guide to use throughout the 15 days.
Find out which foods should not be part of the treatment and which should be
avoided over the next 15 days as they worsen your blood sugar, are highly
inflammatory, disrupt your body and find out here which foods are ideal to eat
throughout the treatment. Yes! The only thing you need to do is add these foods
throughout the day as you wish and throughout your daily routine. Your body will
receive booster pumps and daily doses of balance, joy and delicious flavors.
You will be able to prove the improvements in the first 3 days by checking your
glycemic rates.

What time should you prefer to eat while undergoing the GlucoBion4®
treatment? See below:

Step
You Your optimal daily food rhythms Protocol

Between 7:00am and 9:00am - Breakfast

If your body is feeling hungry in the morning, feel free to enjoy a hearty
breakfast to fuel you for the day. However, avoid anything that could cause
metabolic imbalance (like sugar and saturated fats). Gastrointestinal functions
and glycogen conversion are heightened around now so any signs of morning
nausea can be a sign of metabolic issues. Progressively, you can reduce the
amount you eat for breakfast and aim to have lunch as your main meal of the
day. But allow this to be a progressive transition by listening to what your body
needs.

Between 9:00am and 12:00pm - Avoid Eating

Your body shouldn't need frequent snacks because it likes to take its time
digesting food, so try to wait till your lunch to provide it the fuel it needs.
Of course, if you've had a physically active day or have glycemic issues and
need to refuel then please do. But if you've been sitting at your desk, it's best
to wait till lunch to eat.

Between 12:00pm and 2:00pm - Lunch

After you have benefited from your body's heightened neurological activity, it's
good to replenish it with ample sources of B vitamins that can be found in
protein and whole grains. Feel free to take your time during your lunch break
to shut off the mind and enjoy the moment.

Between 2:00pm and 5:00pm - Drink

Rather than eating and slowing down your digestive system through added
metabolic burden, stay well hydrated with fluids from tea or water. You can
also flavor your water with slices of cucumber, citrus fruit, berries and herbs.

Between 5:00pm and 8:00pm - Dinner

Enjoy a dinner with lots of veggies and elements that will be well digested
before you go to sleep so that you don't have any heaviness in your digestive
tract that may disturb your rest. Eat any fruit and carbs before dinner and none
after. Take your time with dinner if you can and enjoy the evening. When you
take pleasure in the meal and the relaxing evening, it will release serotonin in
the brain making your feel content, which can help with a restful night.

Step
You Your optimal daily food rhythms Protocol

Between 7:00pm and 9:00pm - Avoid carbs

Sweets and carbs late at night will interfere with your body's ability to
regulate hormones and get adequate rest. It can also cause digestive issues
and glycemic imbalance. Normally, you shouldn't need any food around this
time but if you are still adjusting to proper rhythms for your body and feel
that you may wake at night from hunger, than have a small dinner (300
calories max) of vegetable or very lean animal proteins and vegetables
could help with a restful sleep. Warm drinks like tea also help.

Between 8:00pm and 10:00pm - Drink

Warm beverages have many health benefits for the body and are a great
way of providing those benefits without consuming foods that bog down the
digestive system, especially in the evening. To help balance out your
metabolism and glycemic levels, consider adding some spices to an
evening tea or infusion. Depending on what's on your list, here are a few
ideas: Cinnamon can help speed up your metabolism and regulate your
blood sugar. Anise helps with digestion and insomnia. Ginger has a
cleansing effect on the body and can help reduce gas and bloating after
meals. Fennel seeds can help ease digestive problems and balance the
metabolism.

Between 9:00pm and 11:00pm - Avoid Snacking

It is important to avoid eating when intestinal motility slows down to prevent
metabolic imbalances that can affect your overall health.

Between 11:00pm and 7:00am - Avoid Eating

Allow your body to rest and sleep for proper regeneration.

Immune support herbal options

Nature often provides useful components in plants (Capsules, tinctures
in tea infusions) that may not be on our daily list of things to eat. These
natural options have been proven to be safe in small amounts – but if
you have health concerns or are taking medication, check with your
doctor before adding herbal options to your diet. The properties of
these plants greatly interfere with your current treatment.

Astragalus membranaceaous (Huang qi)

Astragalus is able to raise immune resistance by strengthening
specific and non-specific immunity while also combating general
infections. It does so with saponins called astragalosides and specific
flavonoids that synergistically stimulate phagocytosis and interferon
production (important aspects of your immune function) while
stimulating the pituitary-adrenal-cortical activity that helps you
resist the effects of stress. Keep in mind that it’s best not to use a
tincture, because it’s the polysaccharides that are key to the
immune boosting effects

Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi mushroom)

Reishi mushrooms can enhance the body's immune system and
improve metabolic functions. It is able to help the body resist
microbial infections, inhibit lipid peroxidation, boost the
antioxidant system, and suppress inflammation, all of which
contribute to overall healing effects and strengthen the body’s
ability to ward off disease.

Hedera helix (English Ivy)

Thanks to its triterpene saponins, ivy has been shown to be an
excellent help in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infections.
For example, in a doubleblind, randomized trial of 361 German adults
with acute bronchitis, English ivy combined with thyme was able to
significantly reduce cough and alleviate symptoms (Kemmerich et al,
2006). But because it’s also an antioxidant, antimicrobial and anti-
inflammatory, it can be great to help prevent the onset of respiratory
infections, especially those with already compromised lungs and
respiratory tracts, like in asthma or COPD.

My 15 day Protocol.
A new strategy. For a new phase of your life. Check it out.

Lentinus edodes (Shitake mushroom)

The research on shiitake mushrooms points to its ability to prime
innate immune cells, abling the body to create an immune response
when needed. It also seems to power up the mucosal immunity,
which lines our entire digestive and respiratory tracts. Combined
with some anti-inflammatory effects, it seems to allow for a more
vigorous immune response, like a stronger shield, without mounting a
high fever or inflammation as the body tries to kill invading
pathogens.

Grifola frondosa (Maitake mushroom)

Not only is Maitake able to help boost the immune and strengthen
the body’s ability to prevent infection, but when used on those
who had a cold or flu, symptoms like a stuffy nose and headache
were found to be significantly improved. Maitake is able to
improve both the innate and adaptive immune responses, and
help with the production of antibodies during an infection.

Schisandra chinensis (Schisandra (Chinese Magnolia)

Schisandra has been studied for its ability to mediate the
neuroendocrine-immune complex and thereby helping the body
better manage a resistance to stress. This leads to it being also able
to help mount a strong defence and immunological reaction when
stress weakens the body. By being able to help the body be resistant
to environmental factors and stimulate the respiratory system, its
adaptogenic properties can be of great benefit when trying to stay
strong during flu season.

Nature often provides helpful components in plants that may not be in our every-day list of
things to eat. These natural options have been proven safe in small quantities — Please see
your doctor before adding herbal options to your diet.

Daily Food Guide

Vegetables in general
Consider vegetables to be a key ingredient for everything.
When cold foods are low on the Prep list, avoid fridge-cold
foods. That means that you can have them at room temp, or
consider warming up your vegetables to provide your body
some extra warmth.
Tip Want to have a salad or a smoothie? Allow your salad
to warm to at least room temp or reheat some of them so
you can enjoy a warm salad. And instead of ice and frozen
fruit in your smoothies, add warm water or thaw your fruit
first.

Green leafy vegetables

Try to eat one serving, every day at lunch or dinner.
Tip Try dehydrating green leafies in the oven for some
crunchy vegetable chips.

Root vegetables
Try to eat one serving, three times a week.
Tip Try roasting your roots. The starch in them creates a
delicious sweetness. You can rub them with oil and spices
and roast them in your oven at about 400 degrees. When a
fork can go through them they are done.

vegetable proteins and can be consumed 2-4 times a week.
Tip Soaking beans is a great way to reduce the bloating
and gas many people get from eating them.

Fruit
Rich in vitamins, especially vitamin C complex (hesperidin,
rutin, flavonoids), citrus fruits may be ideal for breakfast or
lunch.
Tip Take a couple of your citrus fruits, peel them and take
the skins off the sections and add to a fruit salad.

Dried fruit
Due to its high glycemic index, Try to avoid eating dried fruit
at this time unless there is a specific item specified in my
foods to eat.
Tip If you're into porridge, add some sliced dried fruit for
some extra sweetness or some tangy tartness!

Cold cuts
Try to avoid all types of cold cuts due to their salt, nitrate
and saturated fat content.
Tip Try a vegetarian option for sandwiches, pizzas and
other common cold-cut meals.

White meat
Try to avoid white meat due to its high content of certain
amino acids, which may not be beneficial at this time, unless
there is a specific type of meat specified to eat.

Daily Food Guide

Food Combining
Dairy products like milk, cheese, yogurt and kefir are well digested with seeds,
nuts, non-starchy vegetables and sour fruits.
Separate acidic foods from cereals and grains. Acid foods like some acidic
fruits, tomatoes and vinegar can hinder carbohydrate digestion. Oxalic acid
prevents the enzyme ptyalin to promote the alkaline digestion of starches in the
mouth and stomach.
Keep animal protein portions small. A diet high in hard-to-digest proteins (like red
meat) may result in an overproduction of digestive acids, causing inflammation in
the intestines.
Eat melons alone and at least 30 minutes away from any other type of food.
Melons digest very rapidly and can cause other types of foods (meats, carbs,
fats, veggies, other fruit) to ferment if eaten together.
Improve your digestion by avoiding sugar or sweets as dessert or with a meal
because sugar can greatly prevent or reduce the secretion of the gastric juices.
Grains like amaranth, quinoa, buckwheat and millet are digested well with
starchy vegetables like squash, artichokes, peas, corn and water chestnuts.
Take a look at the grains and starchy vegetables on your food list and see what
creative combinations you can make.
Avocado, olives, seeds and nuts are well digested with non-starchy vegetables,
alge and sour fruits.
Oils and fats (like avocado, coconut, olives and nuts) can be eaten with any food
group but should be consumed in moderation because these slow digestion.
Like sweets? Eat dessert first. Dessert or sweets that contain fruit, honey, maple
syrup, or molasses are simple carbohydrates that digest very quickly. If you
really want them, have them earlier in the day and not right after a meal.
Tip Food combining principles is to help your body digest well.

Daily Food Guide

Alcohol
It may be of great importance to avoid all types of alcohol.
Tip Give yourself a treat drink instead - maybe a
combination of fresh juices from the top of your list, a mix
of sparkling water and juice or an exotic iced tea!

Eating Habits
Chew food well to make sure it's broken down into small
pieces and mixed with lots of saliva (the first process of
digestion) to prevent bloating, flatulence and indigestion.
Avoid waiting more than 4-5 hours between meals to make
sure energy levels stay strong.
It may be ideal to have soups regularly, especially if you mix
in all the healthy top-rated vegetables.
Tip Soups are one of the easiest meals to make! Simply
throw your favorite vegetables from your list into a pot
with some water, boil and voila! Half an hour later a tasty
soup!

Calories and portions

If you are not exercising and not getting your body to sweat,
your body will need fewer calories to function. But if you
begin to move your body then you may need to increase the
portions of recommended foods to help your body replenish
energy levels.
Tip Protein and carbohydrates can be increased when the
body needs to recuperate from exercise.

Why is bacon not recommended for me? Isn't he zero carb?

Bacon is high in saturated fat and salt and provides little nutritional benefit, all of which are not
flavourable for weight loss.
Potassium levels can be unbalanced when kidneys are under stress, so sources of potassium are
moderated (potassium-rich sources reduced more than moderate sources of potassium).
It may cause blood sugar spikes and imbalances. Reducing its consumption may help regulate
blood sugar levels.
It can contribute to water retention and can make weightloss or toning more difficult to achieve.
It has been reduced to help prevent the build-up of toxins and excess fluids in the body.
Studies have shown that a reduction in dietary fats can help with weight loss and to maintain a
healthy weight so selected food items have been reduced for this purpose. Reference
Its a natural vasoconstrictive (meaning that it tightens blood vessels and reduces blood flow), so
it is not recommended in large amounts.
As we age, the metabolic system changes and certain proteins and fats are harder to digest,
affecting cholesterol levels, the circulatory system, and organ health. Foods that can increase
cholesterol levels may need to be reduced to prevent inner congestion.
It is a source of purines, too much of which can cause deposits of uric acids.
Try to avoid this if your digestive system could use a little TLC.

15 Days to Redefine and Optimize your body

DO

Get some support while you do your protocol - friends, family, a coach -
someone who can be there for you if things get tough.
Add loads of fresh herbs and spices to your Broths to make them full of
flavor.
Drink room temperature water and fancy it up with bubbles or fresh herbs
like mint, ginger and lemongrass.
Drink plenty of fresh, flavorsome herbal teas to keep you going through the
day.
Get your body moving. Just lightly. If you haven’t been moving much prior
to your protocol, start with 15 minutes of exercise each day follow some of
the exercise videos at your own pace or walk while you're chatting on the
phone with a friend.
Remember that when you are healthy you can look after everyone else
much better!

DON'T
Waste your food.
Deprive yourself of flavor! Use as many fresh herbs and spices as you can!
Be adamant about going it alone. Have someone join you even if it’s just for
moral support or join a group where others are doing the protocol too.
Get on the scales every day. Instead, note how your sleep feels, your
digestion, your energy levels, your clothes fitting, and your mood.

Preparation Checklist
Here is a practical checklist to help get you started.

Look ahead in your calendar and choose a 15 day period when you are likely to have low-
stress levels.

Try to avoid scheduling your protocol when you have important social events like
celebrations and parties.

Give yourself the time that you need to feel prepared and ready to go before you start.

Clean our your pantry.

Take out all the foods that you know aren’t good for you like processed foods and junk foods and
give them to someone else who might need them. That way you’re removing your temptations
and helping out someone in need at the same time.

Buy and prepare your first 3 days of foods in advance.

Use your meal planner and your foods list to plan your protocol, fill your shopping list and stock
up! Having your ingredients on-hand makes it so much easier to make your foods and to stick
with them!

Stock up with filtered or spring water for your protocol.

As you go through the protocol, you’ll want to only put in good things! Fresh, filtered water or
spring water makes sure none of the added nasties go into your body.

Check in with your body.

Check regularly during your protocol on things like digestion, sleep and energy, hair, nails and skin
- write them down in some diary for your keeping track or take some pictures now! Take pictures
in training clothes for your before and after and take pictures of how much you are checking your
blood sugar daily.

Arrange your space.

If you like to be tidy, take a few moments to tidy up your space now. As you’ll soon see, it’s the
little things that can make all the difference!

Get the support you need.

Share what you’re doing with your friends and family and have them support you! Better yet -
have them join you and all do it together! If you don't have the support you need at home, be sure
to join us online in your tribe of understanding, uplifting and encouraging new friends who get
what it's like to be you!
