Types of maxing

Softmaxxing is where the changes or the maxxing techniques used are inexpensive and not
permanent alterations, meaning softmaxxing is done everyday to change appearance such as
clothes, hair products, jewelry or taking showers.

Hardmaxxing is where the changes or the maxxing techniques used are expensive or
inexpensive but are more towards permanent alterations and changes. These changes could be
mewing, supplementations, fillers or microblading.

Healthmaxxing is where the changes are for the health of the body and appearance as
appearing more healthy and youthful is deemed more attractive. Changes can be diet, exercise,
skincare, sleep, meditation and caring for mental health via various methods, showering
techniques or etc…

Socialmaxxing is where you build your social presence up and your charismatic skills,
seductive skills, social hierarchy, ability to attract and make people like you, flirtation, making
people like you and your body language.
Personalitymaxxing is where you act, dress, and showcase others on the type of person you
are, maxxing on health,social etc.. can contribute to a personality maxing that you are trying to
achieve.
Moneymaxxing is where you make money. Anything that makes money such as saving money
from parents, streets, joining work clubs, etc..

First, we need to keep a track of our height. Once a year a daily height measurement every 30
minutes is necessary to track any growth, in cm or mm or any spinal compression or
decompression.
