Introduction

It is my personal belief that the book you are holding

in your hands, is the FOUNDATION a person must
build upon in order to continually grow and excel to
higher levels. After studying and applying these
‘basics’ to success, I am confident in saying, these
concepts apply to every person, in every situation,
every moment, of every day. It is imperative you
master them. What we may think as being ‘easy or basic’
may not be as simple as we think – and that is part of
the reason why most people fail. Often times, we
overcomplicate things. You see, greatness is doing
certain things in a great way, every day. Most people
don’t need more time, money, or better strategies.
What they need is a better understanding of the
information outlined in this book, a clearly-defined
goal, and a burning desire to master the basics of
success.

5
The basics to success can be mastered through the
power of thought and a firm understanding of the
Laws of the Universe. By focusing on positive thoughts
and energy, you can start attracting your desired
outcomes and manifest success, wealth, and
happiness. However, it is vitally important to have a
clearly-defined goal, and through visualization and
affirmation techniques begin to focus intensely on the
attainment of that goal. This is an inclusion-based
universe, so although we are aware that both positive
and negative exist, it is imperative to avoid negative
thoughts and emotions, such as fear and doubt, which
can block the manifestation of your desires. Surround
yourself with positive, optimistic, and successful
people, and develop a mindset of abundance and
gratitude. By adopting these practices and techniques,
you can begin tapping into the power within and
create your desired reality.

Before we get into the basics to success, I want to share

some powerful concepts I have learned throughout my
journey of personal development that you may find
valuable:

6
The actions in which you are involved in determine
your results. To change results, you must change your
thoughts, feelings and actions. The world we've
created is a mirror of our attitudes therefore, it is
important to conduct yourself as though you have a
good, positive, expectant attitude towards life. Actions
trigger feelings, feelings trigger more actions. Thought
energy is EMOTION which alters your vibration;
therefore, your mental attitude MUST reflect who you
desire to become BEFORE you become that. Expect
success long before the material, tangible rewards of
success have been earned. As you raise your level of
consciousness, you mentally move to a higher
frequency of thought, and you begin operating with a
higher level of awareness. As a person raises their level
of awareness, it is expressed in their results. The higher
the level of consciousness, the greater the awareness of
the laws that govern this Universe. Keep your
teachability index very high. Read books, listen to
audios, associate with like-minded people. And, above
all - FEEL GOOD ALL THE TIME! Get to the
Unconscious Competence stage.

7
Master the basics, master it all. I don't know in what
profession are you engaged in, but I want to MEET
YOU AT THE TOP!
Don't let anybody, ever, steal your dreams! Dream big,
plan big, feel big, be happy always, achieve great
achievements and have fun in life.

Remember, it is all about the basics and fundamentals.

The advanced technique is focusing on the basics.

Chapter 1

Basic Concept #1: Who Do You Listen To?

Every day our mind is bombarded with information
and outside stimulus. What we listen to— be it social
media, a motivational talk on the internet, a business
conference or webinar, or maybe just overhearing a
conversation at the local coffee shop or airport—it
really does not matter. Take a moment out from the
busyness of your day and reflect on some of the ideas
and beliefs that you accept as true without giving any
conscious thought. Understand that both negative and
positive influences have made their way into your
mind at some point, but the question is: Have you
identified the source of these ideas? Who created them?
Where did these beliefs and ideas come from? Why do
you think the way you think? Why do you do the
things you do? Understand this, our belief system is
based on our evaluation of something. Frequently if we
reevaluate a situation, our belief about the situation
will change. If we want different results than we are
currently getting, we must re-evaluate our thinking.
We must re-evaluate our mental programming. In
most cases, it is very difficult to change our mental
programming - call it ‘a paradigm.’ A paradigm a
multitude of habits fixed in our subconscious mind,
and is the root of everything that we think, believe, and
act on. Paradigms are powerful, and there are
influences around us that contribute to strengthening
it or weakening it. Remember, we ‘get’ what we think
about most of the time, so if you continue to entertain
certain words and ideas on a consistent basis, they will
soon become engrained in you and will become a part
of your paradigm or way of thinking – and ultimately,
your physical reality. My challenge for you is to
become very selective about who and what you listen
to and be even more careful about what ideas and
concepts you automatically accept as your own
without giving any conscious thought. Because of our
higher faculty of free will, which is the power to accept
and reject ideas, we choose what to allow into the
subconscious mind. It all depends on how strongly
you’ve built up your mind and how confident you are

10
with your belief system. If you are not confident with
who you are, someone else will be. Meaning that they
will tell you who you are and have you dancing to their
tune, and you will operate under their umbrella. This
is where everything gets out of balance because you
are allowing someone else to dictate your way of
thinking. Being easily influenced can be due to many
reasons such as:

- A lack of confidence in who you are.

- Not exercising your ability to say “No.”
- Not standing firmly on what you believe.
- Giving into pressure quickly.
- An excessive need to feel accepted by people.

So, how do you loosen this tight grip of influence? It’s

simple. Be the captain of your own ship and choose
who comes on board and who stays behind. When it
comes to your mind, you hold the reigns. This means
disciplining your thoughts so you don’t come under
the influence of negative thinking. It is the term ‘be the
observer of thought.’ When a problem arises, do not
judge it or become identified with it. Whether it be a
physical illness, a delayed flight, relationship problems

11
or a negative business deal, do your best to not let it
increase your heart rate. Breathe deeply into the
situation and let go of all attachment. The universe
provides circumstances of suffering when you need it
most to ultimately transform you into a better person.
For some people, it takes more pain and speed bumps
for them to realize the underlying lessons. All in all,
problems are a test of inner strength. When you emit
big thoughts and ideas into the universe, you will be
tested for your worthiness. It is the author’s personal
belief that a person starts becoming ‘awakened’ when
they start questioning their current beliefs and develop
the desire to re-write new beliefs.

You shape your own reality by the thoughts you have

circulating in your mind most of the time. Our
thoughts and words create our reality and they can
also be just as destructive. Every word that we listen to
has a certain vibration and this can fall on the ‘positive’
side of life, or the ‘negative’ side of life. When you
develop the awareness that you have the power to act
upon your intuition, you then can change any obstacle
that is hindering you from going to the next level. At

12
this stage, the only thing that will be limiting you is
you, because only you can give yourself permission
not to move forward or to give up. Being that the
power of success and failure lies firmly in your ability
to choose, I encourage you to do everything to make
sure that the decisions that you make propel you in
the direction of your goals. This means no excuses or
uttering words that question your ability, but rather,
pushing yourself towards greatness. Life shouldn’t be
about enduring what you could have easily turned
around. You should face situations with full
confidence and know that the answer is a part of the
question. It’s the law of polarity in effect. Every
situation has an ‘opposite’ counterpart. You can’t have
hot without cold, or up without down. So, when you
ask a question, know the answer is always there.

All limitations in life start from the mind when seeds

of doubt are planted and watered every day by a lack
of confidence. Remember this phrase: “The only
limitations in life are those we impose on ourselves.”
The journey to self-discovery and accomplishing
almost everything that you desire is one that requires

13
sacrifice, discipline and a willingness to change your
current ways. This means learning the language of self-
affirmation and rise above the storm. It is imperative
that you protect your mind and energy, and guard it
against outside negative influences that may hinder
your ability for growth.

Start by asking yourself the following questions:

1. Who have I been listening to?

2. How have these influences impacted my life?
3. How much growth have I experienced?
4. Are my thoughts more programmed for success
or failure?
5. What ideas have I accepted as my own that I
potentially need to re-evaluate?

Listening to the wrong person can jeopardize your

ability to reach greater heights in life. It becomes a
barrier that surrounds you, blocking you from success.
You must assess whether the influences you have been
listening to and following have impacted your life in a
positive or negative way. This is where the Law of
Association is present. Through association, the effects

14
of investing time with positive people will rub off on
you. You become a sponge - soaking up all the positive
information that can help propel you forward. You
begin to see yourself thinking in new innovative ways
and mapping out your road to success.

So, how do you determine if somebody is the right

person to listen to? One word: results. Not what they
say, not what you hear, but tangible, proven results.
Look at a person’s results, and that will tell you if the
person really knows what they are talking about. This
can be a specific career position, financial goal,
relationship goal and more.

- Seek results that will inspire you to go to the

next level.
- Identify, remove, and replace limiting beliefs
that are holding you back.
- Do not take advice from someone that doesn’t
have the proven results you desire.

Acquiring knowledge is essential to grow and to raise

your level of awareness because if your current
paradigm is distorted, there is room for more

15
ignorance to grow. That is why receiving information
that is both valid, tested, and proven to work is better
than just random word-of-mouth regurgitation. Track
records speak volumes. Listen to and learn from
people that have been where you want to go. Mentors
are willing to show you the way and give you the
rulebook to success, if you develop the humility to ask.
The key word there is ’if.’ It’s not always easy to
humble yourself and fall under the mentorship and
guidance of someone else. However, having a high
teachability index is imperative for long-term success.
We’ll talk more about the teachability index in the next
chapter.

Listening to the right person can be crucial for

achieving success. Success often involves learning
from others who have already achieved the goals you
are striving for or who have valuable knowledge and
experience in the area you want to succeed in.
However, it's essential to note that not everyone who
claims to be an expert, or a guru is necessarily the right
person to mentor you towards success. It's essential to
carefully consider the source of the advice and ensure

16
that they have the expertise, experience, and values
that align with your goals and aspirations. While it's
important to listen to the right person for success, it's
equally vital to be discerning and thoughtful about
who you choose to learn from and how you evaluate
their advice.

Let’s suppose you meet two people at an event. One is

a highly successful businessman who shows you his
1099 from the previous year, with a documented
income of 7-figures or more, and the other person is a
brand-new intern who just set up their first LLC one
week prior. Which of the two are you most likely to
take business advice from? Of course, you would listen
to the person that has the proven results. This concept
not only applies to financial gains, it applies to
relationships, spirituality, and much more. When we
see proven results, we are more convinced and willing
to accept the advice. Words must align with actions.
It’s not just about listening to a nice speech that sounds
pleasing to the ears, but also being able to answer
certain questions such as “How does this idea make me
feel?” or “How can this concept affect my life in a

17
positive way?” “What is the intention behind this?”
You must take something away in terms of knowledge,
a lesson, or experience.

Whatever you desire in life that you see other people

already doing, you can do it as well. Whatever success
you see somebody else experiencing, know that you
have the same potential locked up within you.
However, such success does not materialize unless you
believe that you’re capable of reaching similar heights,
and you follow-up with action. There’s a ‘sweet spot’
for desiring something. It must be something you
really, really, really want, and something you 100%
BELIEVE you can achieve. When a strong burning
desire matches with 100% belief and conviction,
attracting your desired result is inevitable. This does
not happen by luck or chance; it happens by law. It’s
important to ask yourself:

- What steps am I taking to materialize my

dreams daily?
- What do I truly desire?
- Who do I aspire to be?
- Where do I see myself in 5 years?

18
Belief and faith are essential when you want to achieve
a goal. They provide the mental and emotional
foundation that fuels motivation, persistence, and
resilience when facing obstacles and setbacks. Belief
refers to the conviction that you can achieve your goal,
regardless of the challenges and barriers you may
encounter. It's about having confidence in your
abilities and trusting that your hard work and efforts
will lead to success. Belief helps you overcome self-
doubt and fear, which can hold you back from taking
the necessary actions to achieve your goal. Faith, on the
other hand, involves a deep trust and confidence in
something greater than yourself, whether it be a higher
power, the universe, or the power of the collective
human spirit. Faith can provide a sense of purpose and
meaning and can help you persevere through difficult
times when your personal resources are depleted. Both
belief and faith can give you the strength and courage
to pursue your goals and take risks. They can help you
stay focused on your vision, even when it seems
distant or unattainable. Belief and faith are particularly
crucial during challenging times when you need to tap

19
into your inner reserves of strength and resilience.

Many times, we are forced out of our comfort zones

because we desire different results. If you know what
you want in life and you know who you want to
become, then your daily actions must support that
vision. Think about who is most inspiring to you. Who
do you really look up to? There may be behavioral
traits, goals, results, ambitions, or characteristics of a
person that makes them all the while more appealing
to you. What is it about them that makes you want to
be like them? Take time to identify these characteristics
and begin creating a similar reality for yourself.
Everyone has a starting point in life where they begin
to really grow; it’s not an overnight success story, but
something that takes time, effort and consistency.
Success is the result, but it only comes when you are
willing to learn new information and willing to
change your current way of thinking. We must
change the way we think to attract better results
because our thoughts shape our perception of reality,
and this perception influences our actions and
behaviors. Our thoughts create our beliefs, attitudes,

20
and expectations, which, in turn, determine the
outcomes we experience in our lives. If a person has
negative, limiting, or self-defeating thoughts, they are
likely to experience negative outcomes, such as low
self-esteem, self-doubt, anxiety, and fear. These
negative thought patterns can hold them back from
achieving their goals and living up to their full
potential.

On the other hand, a person that begins to cultivate

positive, empowering, and growth-oriented thoughts,
are likely to experience more positive outcomes, such
as increased confidence, motivation, and resilience.
Positive thoughts can help overcome obstacles and
achieve goals, as they inspire people to take action and
persist through challenges. Our thoughts shape our
reality, and changing the way we think can help us
attract better results by fostering positive beliefs,
attitudes, and expectations. By cultivating a positive
mindset, we can tap into our full potential and achieve
our goals with greater ease and confidence. We attract
one of two things from our actions and decisions:
success or failure. When you get to the point in your

21
life when you’re ready to improve all areas of your life,
you begin to attract people with the same intention. If
your mind is closed off to change and you are
unwilling to learn, then you’ll remain closed off to the
possibility for growth. Begin to mirror the people that
you most admire or that motivate you. This doesn’t
mean that you should lose your identity and pretend
to be someone you’re not. It simply means mirroring
their steps to success; their positive attitude, their
sacrifice, their perspective and way of thinking. If you
are doing this effectively, you will begin to see a mirror
of the same results in your life. “Success leaves clues,”
but the important question is “Are you looking?”
Today we have more opportunities, access to
information and innovation compared to 60+ years
ago. Despite this, many people choose to completely
ignore the clues around them and continue to struggle
to manifest what they want in life.

Do you listen to yourself? One of the most important

aspects of learning is to listen to your intuition and the
inner voice. You must first learn how to listen to
yourself. Mentors can give good advice, your boss can

22
help guide you to the best of their ability, but
ultimately, you must listen to yourself. Only you truly
know what’s best for you. Tap into that inner voice
within and strengthen your connection with Source
Energy. The stronger the connection, the clearer the
messages of ‘guidance’ you will receive during your
decision-making process. Listening to your intuition is
essential for success. Intuition allows us to tap into our
subconscious mind and make decisions based on our
gut feelings, without relying solely on rational
analysis. It's a powerful tool that can help guide us
towards what is best for us and our goals, and it can
help us make better decisions, faster. By listening to
our intuition, we can gain a deeper understanding of
ourselves, our goals, and our values, which can lead to
more authentic and fulfilling success. Listening to our
intuition also enables us to identify and avoid potential
negative influences that could derail our progress
towards our goals. It can help us stay true to our inner
compass, even when others may disagree with our
choices.

Knowing how to receive information is key.

23
Remember, awareness compounds over time,
therefore, as you begin to learn, absorb and apply
information, you will begin moving from the person
you are to the person you want to become. Listen to
people that have what you want. Listen to people that
have been where you want to go. And ultimately listen
to yourself.

Chapter 2

Basic Concept #2: Teachability Index

Information is constantly moving all around us but just
how easily can a person begin accepting these new
ideas as their own? For some, accepting new ideas
becomes like a tug of war as they resist this new
information because they are not “teachable,” and the
new idea is often not in harmony with their current
paradigm. When we talk about the teachability index,
it’s not just about understanding what is being taught,
but more so your attitude when receiving it and your
willingness to change. We must be willing to change
our habits to achieve success because our habits shape

24
our daily actions and behaviors, and these actions and
behaviors ultimately determine the results we achieve
in our lives. Habits are the building blocks of success,
and they are the small, consistent actions that
compound over time to create significant progress
towards our goals. If our current habits are not aligned
with our goals, we are likely to experience setbacks,
frustrations, and stagnation in our progress towards
success. Therefore, it's important to assess our habits
and identify those that are hindering our progress and
replace them with new habits that will help us move
towards our goals. Changing our habits can be
challenging, as it requires us to step out of our comfort
zone and embrace new ways of thinking and acting.
However, with consistent effort and commitment, we
can develop new habits that align with our goals and
support our success. The important question to ask
yourself is “How teachable am I? Am I stuck in my
ways? Do I have an answer for everything? Do I get
defensive when somebody offers advice or
constructive criticism? Or am I open to all ideas and
pass no judgement – and remain the observer of

25
thought?” You might be quick to answer this, but I
want you to really think about what is being asked.
The first step to accepting change is acknowledging the
initial problem. You must look at yourself (in all areas
of your life) and identify what you’re doing wrong, or
where you’re falling short. Only then can a
transformation be initiated.

Real growth cannot occur without learning and

applying new information. To become a better version
of yourself, you must increase your level of awareness
of who and what you are. This may be having a more
positive attitude or implementing a new strategy for
your business. As long as you are experiencing growth
and moving forward, you are considered a success.
Remember Earl Nightingale’s definition of success:
“[Success is] the progressive realization of a worthy
ideal.” If you’re working towards something – be it
becoming more discipline or establishing more sources
of income – you are considered a success. However, if
you’re not teachable, then how are these changes going
to take place? What is your willingness to learn and do
things differently? What is your willingness to accept

26
change and do things differently? What are you willing
to give up? Think about it. There are so many people
in the world today that have highlighted the
importance of gaining knowledge and going to the
next level, but if you cannot quiet your ego and come
under the leadership of someone else, then this transfer
of knowlege and skills cannot take place. How can
knowledge be transferred to you if there’s no medium
to make this possible? Understand that the medium for
information to flow to you is willingness to accept
change.

Ego can blind us to our own limitations and prevent us

from seeing the need for change. Ego often manifests
as a sense of pride and self-importance and can lead us
to believe that we are always right, and that others are
wrong or less competent than us. This can prevent us
from accepting feedback, admitting mistakes, and
learning from others. In order to achieve success, we
need to be open to change and willing to adapt to new
situations and circumstances. Change is an inevitable
part of life, and those who are able to embrace it and
adapt are more likely to succeed. Being willing to

27
accept change requires humility, self-awareness, and
the ability to put aside our own biases and
preconceptions. By dropping our ego and being
willing to accept change, we can learn from our
mistakes and failures, seek out new opportunities and
perspectives, and grow as individuals. We can also
become more collaborative and effective team players,
which can enhance our ability to achieve our goals.
Improved results cannot manifest if you are not willing
to change your current habits, your current speech
patterns, or your current thought patterns. Remaining
teachable is like leaving the door open to a continuous
flow of knowledge and wisdom; and with time, life
only gets better. There’s an index – a teachability index
that is quantifiable and measurable. This index goes
from 1 to 10 and is based on two things:

1. Your willingness to learn.

2. Your willingness to accept change.

On a scale of 1 to 10, what is your willingness to learn?

On a scale of 1 to 10, what is your willingness to accept
change? Most people are willing to learn, but not
always willing to CHANGE. For example, you have

28
this book in your hand and you’re already on the
second chapter. Clearly you have the willingness to
learn new information, but that’s not where the trouble
lies. The trouble often lies in your willingness to accept
change. The trouble lies in your paradigm putting up a
royal battle and rejecting these new ideas. It is in part
because the paradigm is so strong that we naturally
reject things we don’t understand. We may develop
the humility to ask a mentor for guidance or advice,
but the real hold up is: Are you willing to develop the
discipline to implement change to your current way
of living? Are you willing to change your ways, your
thoughts, your actions, and ultimately your results? I
have learned that access to information is not enough.
You must be willing to change your current ways for
long-lasting impact to happen.

If you’re struggling to understand what being

teachable means, do the following:

- Learn to listen: Listening is the key to receiving

information. Your ears become like antennas;
picking and choosing what to take in or reject.
To learn, we must listen first, and then apply the

29
information that we’ve just received.
- Have a thorough understanding of learning:
Remember, learning is when we entertain an
idea, we get emotionally involved with that
idea, we step out and act on the idea, and we
change the end result. It is the feedback from
the changed result that constitutes as learning.
As cliché as it may sound: Nothing happens
until something happens. Nothing happens
until WE make something happen.
- Seek opportunities: Be more active when it
comes to seeking out opportunities. Put
yourself in the environment, associate with the
people and give the universe the CHANCE to
deliver it to you. Ask and allow.
- Don’t waste a good learning opportunity:
Going to big conventions and hearing inspiring
words from motivational speakers is good, but
have you internalized and implemented the
message? Inspiration without action is mere
excitement. If you can’t absorb and apply what
is being taught, then it’s a big waste of your

30
time. White paper and blue ink. Write things,
ideas, and quotes down and then go back and
study these notes on a continuous basis.

Let’s go through a few questions to assess your

teachability index. Ask yourself the following:

- What is my willingness to learn?

- What is my willingness to accept change?
- What is my willingness to hear other
people’s ideas?
- Do I take accountability for my actions and
wrongdoings?
- Do I talk more than I listen?
- Am I hesitant to take action?
- Do I see being ‘wrong’ as an act of
foolishness?

All these questions will help to know where you are on

the teachability index. Pause for a moment and be
realistic. We all make mistakes and that is perfectly
normal. A mistake is only a mistake if you don’t learn
the underlying lesson from the situation. It is your
response to the situation that will really give away

31
where you are in your level of awareness. There’s a
great quote that reads:

“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that

space is our power to choose our response. In our response
lies our growth and our freedom.”

— Viktor E. Frankl

Be a good listener. Don’t run your mouth and act like

you know everything. Understand that there is
tremendous power in silence. Just be a good listener
and continue to build rapport about what the other
person is saying. Ask thought-provoking questions
and deliver strong eye-contact. For example, let’s
suppose you go into a meeting and you’re the smartest
person in the room, but you don’t want anybody to
know it. Let them think you’re not aware and don’t
know anything. They keep talking and talking and
sharing information – it’s a big advantage for you.
There are other times where you’re not the smartest
person in the room, but if you keep your mouth quiet,
nobody knows it. You let them talk, you let them share
and you know what? By the time they are finished,

32
then you can become the smartest person in the room
because they told you everything. If you find yourself
talking more than listening, it’s time to change your
ways. The last thing people want to hear is one person
talking over everyone. I have learned a powerful
concept: The loudest person in the room doesn’t have
much to say, and the quietest person in the room often
times has the most to say. Meaning as you grow in
awareness, you don’t always want to talk, share, and
be the center of attention. People with a high level of
awareness speak less and observe more. Calmness is
power. Be attentive of the quietest person in the room,
because they often have the most to offer.

When we listen more than we talk, we gain a better

understanding of the perspectives, needs, and
concerns of others. This allows us to build stronger
relationships and communicate more effectively.
Effective leaders listen more than they talk, which
allows them to better understand the needs and
concerns of their team members, build trust and
rapport, and make more informed decisions. By
listening more, we can become more self-aware and

33
better understand our own biases and assumptions.
This can help us become more empathetic, open-
minded, and effective communicators.

If you find yourself getting easily annoyed when

other’s offer a little bit of criticism, then you’re not as
teachable as you think. Understand that your views
and ideas will not always be welcomed. It doesn’t
mean that you must change what you believe, but that
you should be able to take criticism lightly and not to
heart. It’s all part of learning. After all, if we only saw
life through one lens, we wouldn’t really get the full
picture. Many people are afraid to ask certain
questions because to them the whole world would
‘turn them into a meme’ for thinking this way. Little do
they know that there is no such thing as a stupid
question. Look at it this way: Will you lose anything by
asking such a question? Probably not. Don’t be afraid
to ask questions. Criticism is normal and nothing to be
ashamed about. It in no way implies that you’re
unintelligent or insignificant but allows others to
carefully analyze every word that you’ve said and
break down your argument constructively. You see,

34
we cannot fully see everything about ourselves. A lot
of times, other people can see things about us from the
outside and can help bring things to our attention. You
have the option to respond to them in an open and
accepting way— willing to learn more about
yourself— or you can build up a defense mechanism
and challenge everything they say. Your response
matters. When we hear what other people have to say
about ourselves, it means that we are willing to
investigate more about ourselves and make deeper
discoveries. Learning more about yourself helps you
change things that may be holding you back from
reaching your goals. You begin to see life from a
different perspective.

Is it easy for you to readily admit when you’re wrong?

Admitting when you’re wrong is the first stage in
accepting that you’re not perfect and opens the door
for learning. This is a clear sign that you have a high
teachability index. If we cannot admit when we’re
wrong, we won’t move forward and give ourselves a
greater opportunity to change ourselves for the better.
There’s nothing wrong in being incorrect in situations.

35
What is important is that you don’t start seeing
yourself in a bad light just because you’ve got it wrong.
When our weaknesses are exposed, they reveal to us
what needs to be worked on. We gain strength from
the knowledge that we receive from other people that
are trying to help us, and, in essence, we feel more
“complete.” When we have a high willingness to learn,
we welcome change and allow someone to come in and
fill that void—enlightening us with new, upgraded
knowledge. Being teachable has everything to do with
how you accept information from external sources. In this
way, you can also assess how open you are to the idea
of change. Change will only come when it is
welcomed, so we must be willing enough to let our old
paradigms go so that new and more effective thought-
patterns can replace them.

What really changes the dynamics of our teachability

index? Real change requires a consistent willingness
on our part, but unfortunately, we are not always able
to do this. This is where discipline and consistency
come in. This is when we look at ourselves in the
mirror and begin thinking of ways that we can change

36
whatever is holding us back. Change is a call to action.
It requires us to step out and begin doing things
differently. But with anything, when you want to get
something positive out of life, there must be an
element of sacrifice on your part. There is no such thing
as something for nothing. This may be in the form of
dedicating time to learn something new or reflecting
on ourselves and getting rid of old habits. Jim Rohn’s
famous quote:

“We must all suffer from one of two pains: the pain of
discipline or the pain of regret. The difference is discipline
weighs ounces while regret weighs tons.”

The pain of discipline refers to the temporary

discomfort and sacrifices we must make in order to
achieve our long-term goals. This may include waking
up early, working long hours, making difficult choices,
and saying no to short-term pleasures or distractions.
While the pain of discipline may be difficult to endure
in the short term, it can lead to long-term success,
satisfaction, and fulfillment. The pain of regret, on the
other hand, refers to the negative emotions and
consequences we experience when we look back on

37
our lives and realize that we didn't take action or
pursue our goals. This may include feelings of
disappointment, frustration, or even regret that we
didn't take the opportunity to do something that we
really wanted to do. Either way, there’s an element of
sacrifice on your part. You can sacrifice while you’re
young, say no to certain temptations and build a
business for future generations, or you can suffer the
pain of regret when you’re older when your freedoms
and chance for opportunity aren’t the same. When
you’re willing to give up something, it becomes a more
balanced experience because you’re not only taking,
but also giving at the same time. Napoleon Hill
discussed this in many of his books: Hill suggested to
write down exactly what you’re willing to give up on
the road to success.

Once your mind is ready, things will begin falling into

place because you’re no longer resisting change.
Remember, our only limitations in life are those we
impose on ourselves. Our willingness to learn, and our
willingness to accept change are crucial steps in the
journey to reinventing ourselves. The clear message

38
here is never stop being teachable! “I AM still
learning.” This phrase is a reminder that we are all
works in progress, and that there is always room for
growth and improvement. It is a humble and open-
minded approach to life, which can help us stay
curious, engaged, and adaptable in the face of new
challenges and opportunities. Highly successful
people often achieve new levels partly due to one
thing— their willingness to learn and accept change,
a.k.a. having a high teachability index. Remember,
you’re always ‘getting’ the information; you never
actually ‘get it’. The moment you say the words, “I get
it, I got it, or I know that already,” your teachability
index goes to 0. The key to long-term success is to
never ever stop being teachable. You never ‘get it.’
You’re always ‘getting it.’

When you’re confident about who you are and what

you desire, you don’t mind accepting new information
and ideas. If you want things in your life to change,
then you have to change things in your life. You can’t
keep doing the same thing over and over again
expecting a different result. You’re going to have to

39
change the way you think. Do a little bit of self-
reflection and find out what ideas need to be altered in
order to be more willing to accept change. It takes
humility to this, yes, but you must be willing to think
outside the box and be open to new ideas and
opportunities for long-lasting change. When you have
a high teachability index, you are allowing a constant
stream of information to come in and with it, constant
positive change will likely follow. Assess whether you
have a high teachability index and if not, these steps
will help you to bring out these qualities:

- Take an honest look at yourself and assessing

which areas of your life need improvement.
- Listen to other people and appreciate their
efforts of contributing to your life.
- See your shortcomings as opportunity and
don’t be too hard on yourself if you’re not
where you want to be in life.
- Don’t view temporary defeat as a bad thing. See
it as an opportunity to learn, grow and become
better.

It’s important to position yourself amid people that can

40
challenge your thoughts and ideas. Associating with
high performers will allow you to grow both in
intellectually and inspirationally. Sometimes, a second
opinion is all you need to get the ball rolling and to
give you the confidence to move forward. If you are
surrounded by people that tell you, “Be happy with
what you have,” or “Will it ever be enough?” These
limiting beliefs will restrict you from going to the next
level. The “I know it all” mentality is one of the greatest
hindrances of growth because it shuts the door to new
information. Being teachable requires us to be open
about our ignorance, and to be happy that there are
people out there who are willing to educate us. Having
a high teachability index in many ways links back to
humility. You take ownership in being wrong and see
this lack of knowledge as motivation to learn more.
Your drive and motivation increase every day and you
do not see the learning experience as a burden, but as
an opportunity to grow. If someone does not see the
need to go to the next level, they will not be bothered
if things remain unchanged around them as they may
feel that their current results are the best that they can

41
do. It takes a daring and inquisitive mind to want to
receive information that is off their radar screen.

When receiving information, a great question to ask is,

“How do you know?” This isn’t to be confrontational,
but rather, it’s to show you where the person is getting
their information from. Most of the time, people are
regurgitating something they saw on TV or heard on
social media. There’s no thinking involved and they
are just a medium of information. This is to be avoided
at all costs. A true leader knows the importance of
spreading true, positive information, and by asking,
“How do you know,” is a good indication whether that
person is a reputable source of information. We cannot
talk about the teachability index without talking about
understanding. This is not something that comes
automatically. For you to have effective understanding
of the information that you’re receiving, you must first
ask the right questions. In fact, question everything
you hear because that’s how you get greater insights.
Become ‘well rounded’ about different possible
perspectives. Really put forth the effort of seeing
things from other people’s perspective. It’s a common

42
occurrence for people to listen to others just to reply
and hear themselves talk, and they don’t really think
and internalize the ideas that were shared.
Understanding comes when you desire to attain it, and
this will not come about if you don’t see beyond your
current level of thinking. Your thirst for knowledge
and growth must exceed any hunger for self-
gratification or recognition.

Teaching is about sharing knowledge and opening

oneself to receive sufficient information to cure one’s
ignorance. Tapping into the wealth of information
floating around is the beginning of bringing out
different strengths and ways of thinking that we
previously failed to realize. You begin to incorporate a
winning attitude and in due time, begin to reap the
benefits of your efforts. One of the most powerful
forms of teaching is through mentorship. There are
many people today that at one time had a positive
mentor in their lives. The guidance and learning
experience that a person receives through mentorship
is invaluable. I can speak from personal experience that
some of the teachings and ideas shared by my mentor

43
have laid the groundwork and foundation for my
mindset and helped shape my paradigm and how I
think today. (Miss you, my friend. B.P.)

Mentors are people that have walked in your shoes

and can successfully cook the soufflé. By accepting
guidance from someone that has the results you are
looking for, you can navigate towards success with
more realistic and confident expectations. Mentors can
share their knowledge, skills, and expertise with you.
They can provide insights and guidance that can help
you develop your skills and achieve your goals.
Mentors can also introduce you to new people and
help you expand your professional and personal
network. This can lead to new opportunities,
connections, and collaborations. A mentor can provide
emotional support, encouragement, and guidance that
can boost your confidence and help you overcome
challenges. They can offer constructive feedback and
advice to help you improve your performance.
Mentors have often gone through similar challenges
and situations as you may be facing, and can offer
valuable advice based on their own experience. This

44
can help you avoid common pitfalls and make better
decisions. Mentors can also help you stay accountable
to your goals, by providing regular check-ins and
helping you stay focused on what is important. Having
a mentor can provide numerous benefits to help you
achieve your goals, expand your network, gain
knowledge and expertise, and provide emotional
support and guidance. A mentor can serve as a
valuable resource for personal and professional
growth and can help you navigate through challenges
and achieve greater success.

When you’re operating with a high teachability index,

you don’t identify your temporary setbacks as failing,
rather, you are strengthened and more determined to
succeed. When we become too emotionally attached to
results, we lose sight of the journey. Remember, goals
aren’t to get, goals are for growth. It’s the growth you
sustain along the way that truly matters. Persistence, a
clearly defined goal, and unwavering belief will help
to accelerate your learning towards a more successful
end. In all, the importance of having a high teachability
index is very evident. You cannot put a price tag on a

45
life-lesson. Every new lesson is a wakeup call because
it forces us to reflect on where things have gone right
or wrong, and challenges us to think of ways of
improvement. Make it your goal to experience growth
in all areas of life and be intentional about increasing
your level of awareness. This is how real change can
come about. That’s the power of learning. Continuous
growth and advancement will constantly challenge
you to become a better version of yourself and push
you beyond your current level of awareness.

Observing, listening, and taking action are tools we use

to enhance our learning experience. We also have our
higher faculty, the Will power, which gives us the
ability to choose. In every situation, we have a choice:
we can say yes, or say no. We must learn to say ‘yes’ to
ideas that are conducive to our personal growth and
say ‘no’ to the distractions. However, what
distinguishes learners from each other is the ability to
be open to receiving information in the first place.
When you develop the mindset of “Everybody has
something to teach me,” or “There is a lesson to be
learned in every situation,” you welcome different

46
ideas and perspectives into your vortex. It’s no longer
a battle, but rather, you’ve developed a teachable mind
that can now be used effectively to help bring your
goals to fruition. Remember, success cannot be
obtained if you are not willing to change your current
habits, your current speech patterns, or your current
thought patterns. Having a high teachability index is
like leaving the door open to a continuous flow of
wisdom and knowledge.

Chapter 3

Basic Concept #3: Training/Balance Scale

There is a scale to success, the Training Balance Scale,
and it is split into two parts. On the left side of the scale
is the ‘Why’, the thinking, motivation, desire, feelings,
emotions and imagination. On the right side of the
scale is the ‘How,’ is the doing, the actions, the process,
the procedures. On one side of the scale, you have the
‘Why,’ and on the other side of the scale you have the
‘How.’ What I have learned, as well as experienced

47
first-hand, is that the left side of the scale - the ‘Why,’
makes up 99% of success, and the right side of the
scale, or the ‘How,’ makes up 1% of success. It is
imperative that we focus on the 99% - the thinking,
thoughts, feelings, emotions and Imagination. Robert
A. Heinlein has a great quote that reads,

“In the absence of clearly-defined goals, we become strangely

loyal to performing daily trivia until ultimately we become
enslaved by it.”

Most people are going through life with no goal, no

direction, no intention, and they are enslaved by daily
trivia. Hopefully, this book acts as a “conscious
interrupt” for you and helps you to start operating
from the left side of the ‘Training-Balance Scale.”

Let’s say you’re always thinking about your next big

project or event and constantly brainstorming new
ways of how you can maximize your profits and brand
exposure. In this scenario, your mind is actively
seeking out the next best opportunity to help you
produce the best results. When we actively engage in
activities that help us grow in awareness, we are also

48
challenging ourselves to take our results to the next
level. What goes on inside your mind matters so make
sure that your thoughts are steering you in the right
direction. Why?

• Your thinking can either propel you forward

towards success or can hold you back.
• The power to succeed in your life is powered
entirely by your thoughts followed by action.
• A mind that is bent on success is a powerful
force to be reckoned with.

Imagine if thoughts were circulating in your mind such

as “I don’t think I can succeed in this,” or “I’m not
smart enough to think of any good ideas,” were
completely transformed. All these negative thoughts
poison the mind and inject it with unhealthy thoughts
that will hinder your growth and keep you in your
current situation. It’s only when we train our minds to
think in a new, positive light that we will begin to see
real change in all areas of life. Thought patterns are
affected by how you think and feel, so you must be
careful not to fall into the trap of emotional decision

49
making. Once we can effectively balance our emotions,
we can detach them from our actions and begin to
operate in a more thorough and strategic way. When
your thoughts align with your vision, everything will
begin to manifest into physical from. A mind that is
solely focused on the result will not be able to
appreciate the process that is required to become
successful. One more time: A mind that is solely
focused on the result will not be able to appreciate the
process that is required to become successful. It’s never
the result, the thing, or the achievement that matters.
It’s the growth we sustain along the way that makes all
the difference. It’s about the person we have become
having gone through that experience. Think about
being on a weight-loss program. If you spend most of
your days thinking about the number you want to see
on the scale, but don’t focus half as much time on the
physical activity that is required to achieve it, it would
be nearly impossible for you to reach you goal.

Whatever we focus our minds on is what we will

attract. A mind that is focused on improvement will do
everything within its power to succeed. It’s only when

50
the mind is clogged with so many unhealthy thoughts
that progress becomes stagnant. You only move as far
as your thoughts allow, so in essence, you control your
own reality and how far you want to go in life with
your thinking. The mind is the playing field, and your
life experiences make up the players on this field. In
every experience, there is a lesson to be learned - but
this depends on how ready the mind is to process these
experiences and translate them in such a way that it
will benefit you in the future.

How do you think clearly without being overly

controlled by your emotions?

• Relax and separate out your emotions. Try

to understand why you are feeling that way.
There are so many relaxation techniques that
you can implement to help to balance you
out.
• Restructure your thoughts. Many times, our
perception is affected by our emotions, and
this causes us to make assumptions about
certain situations without thoroughly
analyzing the problem before coming to a

51
sensible conclusion.
• Give yourself a boost. Looking for ways to
boost your happiness will help to lighten the
mood rather than cast a dismal light on
everything. How do you create a happier
environment for yourself? One of the best
ways to change you vibration for the better
is to do a process called the ‘rampage of
appreciation.’ This is when you look for
things to be grateful for. Once you list 3-5
things, go for 10, then go for 20, then go for
10 minutes and so on. It’s not so much the
‘things’ you think of. Rather, it’s the feeling
of gratitude and appreciation that you
should focus on. Remember, feeling is the
secret. Whatever process you do, focus on
creating a healthy atmosphere conducive for
growth.

You can never get to the finish line without running

the race first. In other words, take it slow, don’t rush
and see what happens next.

Getting back to the training-balance scale: On the

52
“why” side, we have: desires, dreams, goals, attitude,
objectives, vibration, and intention. And on the “how”
side, we have: actions, movements, techniques, and
strategies. The thinking takes up about 99% of all the
processes in our mind. You may be entertaining
destructive thoughts that are keeping you in a bad
place. You must transform these negative thoughts
before you can see any positivity show up in your life.
I really want you to focus on the thinking process, and
the feeling associated with these thoughts, rather than
just having mental activity. This is where the ball is in
your court Think about the kind of learner that you are.
Are you someone that wants the easy way out or do
you invest 100% effort and focus into what you do?
Information comes to us in different forms such as
reasoning, observation, and reflection. These in turn
help guide us and form our belief system. Of course,
we don’t want to overthink things, but we do want to
look beyond the shallow surface and plunge into the
deep pool of knowledge. When we take a critical
approach to thinking, we are deliberately thinking and
allowing all the correct pieces of the puzzle to fall into

53
place. If you want to raise your level of awareness, you
must be a curious investigator and begin searching for
your own answers, rather than just believing any idea
that is thrown your way by mainstream media.
Creating the correct thinking process for you lies partly
within your attitude. If you’ve adopted the wrong
attitude, this can affect your thinking process in a
negative way, so in order to give you the best shot, you
should put 100% of your mind and effort into making
things happen.

• Your level of awareness grows at a similar rate

as your curiosity. In turn, learning techniques
increase over time and become more effective as
you find a method that works for you.
• Independent thinking helps you avoid being
manipulated by other people. Here you can
process the information for yourself and think
through your problems carefully.
• Thinking helps you to become more valuable to
the world. Life is not just about who can look at
the current problems in the world and solve
them, it’s also about thinking beyond what we

54
see and proactively creating solutions to
situations that may come about in the future.

The importance of thinking can never be

underestimated. Reflect on all the situations in your
life that you’ve avoided because you’ve thought things
through. The question is: How do you improve your
thinking?

• Asking questions. How can we receive the

answers without asking the right questions?
Questions are the evidence of our curiosity and
willingness to know more in life. It shows that
we won’t just settle for anything that is thrown
at us but want to be seekers of knowledge
ourselves.
• Break down the problem and analyze it in
different parts. This helps you avoid going into
panic mode and allows you to take a broader
perspective on things.
• Build up awareness. Are you aware of certain
cognitive biases that you may possess? This can
influence certain decisions that we make

55
especially those that are more objective in
nature.
• Look at the evidence in front of you and
evaluate it before coming to a solid conclusion.

When you are looking at ways to solve a problem, an

initial thought that will come to mind is: who else has
already experienced this and can offer me advice to
attract the best possible outcome? Thinking enables us
to tap into our own creative ability and discover more
about ourselves.

Imagine a world in which nobody consciously thinks

for themselves. Surely, it would be a world full of
robots moving around waiting for the next directive to
be given. (Sometimes our current world feels like this.)
You see, through decades of consistent and high-level
programming, the elites have conditioned the masses
to ‘fall in line’ and ‘be like everyone else’; that it was
wrong to step out and be different. The problem with
this is that 90% of this population isn’t free; free
mentally, financially, and emotionally. Most of this
population is programmed to be average and everyone
is acting like everyone else. So how do you start acting

56
like the 10%? How do you start acting like the high
performers and become an entrepreneur that makes
things happen in a big way?

Look, if you want to win in a big way and become

highly effective and successful in your industry or
business, you must begin to consciously think and
question the popular beliefs society has laid out for
us. As Buckminister Fuller stated, “You never change
things by fighting existing reality. To change
something, build a new model that makes the existing
model obsolete.” To change from where you are to
where you want to be, you must build a new model, a
new way of thinking, a new paradigm. Thinking is one
of the highest capabilities we as humans possess, and
it is what we use to begin creating the life we desire.
Thinking doesn’t necessarily come with a ‘how to’
manual that is continuously trying trial and error until
you find something that suits you. Your thinking will
be unique to you because everyone processes
information differently from the next person. When we
think and analyze, our paradigms are sometimes a
major obstacle because some of these new beliefs

57
interfere with how we are programmed.

Do you find that you oftentimes overcomplicate

things? Simplicity can solve a lot of your problems and
doesn’t cause your brain cells to go into overactive
mode. There’s a big difference between thinking in a
critical way and overthinking. This doesn’t mean that
you should not sit down and take the time to think
things through, but rather, you shouldn’t spend time
overthinking and obsessing over what could have just
been a simple situation to solve. Getting stuck in this
cycle of overthinking may lead to other worries and
impact your mood negatively. Everything in your life
can be seen as a giant painting, but ask yourself “have
you broken down the picture?” Do you look at the
picture as a whole or do you look at the individual
elements of it? Thinking is similar in the sense that you
can look at the problem as a whole or you can break it
up into smaller parts.

Acceptance of being wrong plays a huge role in our

overall thinking process. Do you accept when you are
at fault? How does this affect your thinking process?
Making mistakes is bound to happen and once you

58
accept this fact, the thinking process becomes easier
than when you throw yourself into the deep end just
because you didn’t get it right the first time. Being
wrong doesn’t equate to being stupid and sometimes
this fear of being wrong keeps us from moving
forward and progressing. Every great thinker has had
to pass through a stage in their life where they have
had to criticize their own thinking processes before
they could become better. Can you improve your
habits to think “better”? To think with more reason
and right judgement? Examining our daily habits and
seeing what needs to be changed is a great way to
initiate the transformation process that will bring us
improved results. When you think strategically rather
than emotionally, you are exercising your power to
control all your thought processes, thereby pursuing
the very best solution. Let’s say that you were working
in a company and your latest product launch was a
complete failure, then your employers ask you “So
why did it go so wrong and what are you going to
change to ensure that this doesn’t happen again?”
Now in the heat of the moment you might be

59
disappointed with everything, but the question would
still need to be addressed. What would your
employers want to see? They would want to know that
you have some sound logical steps in place that show
that you have thought carefully about your mistakes
and have thought about what specifically needs to
change. You would need to spend sufficient time
analyzing data and drawing out a plan of steps that
need to be taken to ensure that history doesn’t repeat
itself. It’s not the end of the world if our first project
doesn’t necessarily go according to plan, but it’s how
you bounce back and restructure your thinking to
enhance your reasoning ability that matters.

Is thinking a part of your daily activities or do you

prefer to sit back and relax? The training that you give
yourself matters. This is your opportunity to balance
the scales and build an internal system that can bring
everything together. Of course, I’m talking about your
thinking here. Your paradigm (the way you think) will
affect every aspect of your life as it will be your
compass through all difficult situations. Having an
efficient thinking process that works for you helps to

60
solve your problems in a logical way. It helps to calm
the mind and look at the problem close up before
tackling it with the right approach.

Without thinking, how would we move forward in

life? Thinking is a major part of it, and it’s how you
move to higher levels of success. The goal is to raise
our level of awareness to make this life experience
more authentic to us. It’s great to be guided by other
great thinkers but at the same time we must know
what works best for us. Someone else’s thinking
process may not necessarily work for us, though it may
have produced the best results for them. Be original
and creative and dive deep into creating a paradigm
that helps you to excel in all areas of life. Remember,
our thoughts create our reality. How do we make sense
of the reality that we’re in if not through thinking? It’s
how you come to your own understanding of what is
“right” and “wrong” and who we are.

If you want to improve in as many ways as possible,

“thinking” has to become your best friend. Your
perception of the world lies solely in your paradigm,
and the way you interact with people is tied to the way

61
the way you think. It’s our thinking that distinguishes
us from other people. It’s the source of our inner power
that is waiting to be awakened and put to good use. It’s
the torch that guides every decision that we will ever
make in life. Most people are going through life with
no goal, no direction, no intention, and they are
enslaved by daily trivia. Hopefully, this book acts as a
“conscious interrupt” for you and helps you to start
operating from the left side of the ‘Training-Balance
Scale.

Chapter 4

Basic Concept #4: Four Steps to Learning Information

Learning is when you entertain an idea, you get
emotionally involved with that idea, you step out and
act on that idea and change the end result. It is the
feedback from the changed result that constitutes as
learning. Whether consciously or unconsciously, we
are all receiving feedback in one form or another, and
each learning experience can either take us one step
further towards achieving our goal or delay the

62
process. What are the steps that we take to learning
new information?

Unconscious Incompetence

The first step is Unconscious Incompetence.

Unconscious incompetence is a term used to describe a
lack of knowledge or skills in a particular area, without
even realizing that one is lacking in that area. It is a
state of being unaware of one's own ignorance or
inability, and therefore not recognizing the need for
improvement or further learning. In other words,
someone who is unconsciously incompetent doesn't
know what they don't know and may not realize that
they lack the skills or knowledge to perform a task or
achieve a goal. This can lead to mistakes, poor
performance, and missed opportunities, as the person
may be unaware of their limitations or blind spots.
Many people struggle in reaching goals and living the
life they desire because there are pieces of the puzzle
missing in their level of understanding. Unconscious
incompetence can cost you money, especially if you’re
running a business. Miscalculating things and
misinforming people will never do any good. Going

63
from where you are to where you want to be requires
a change in your reality. To make this change, you
must change your perception on the learning
experience as a ‘happening’ rather than accepting it as
a negative situation.

Conscious Incompetence

Conscious incompetence is a term used to describe the

awareness of one's own lack of knowledge or skills in
a particular area. It is the second stage in the "Four
Stages of Competence" model, which describes the
learning process. In this stage, a person has become
aware that they lack knowledge or skills in a specific
area and may feel a sense of frustration or inadequacy
as a result. They may recognize that others have
greater knowledge or skill in this area and may seek
out resources and opportunities to improve. While
conscious incompetence may be uncomfortable or
challenging, it is also an important step in the learning
process, as it creates motivation to acquire the
necessary knowledge and skills to achieve a goal or
perform a task. With deliberate practice and focused
learning, a person in this stage can progress to the next

64
stage, which is conscious competence, where they are
able to perform the task or achieve the goal, but it
requires effort and attention.

At this stage, we are aware that there is information out

there that can potentially change our situation for the
better. We don’t necessarily have all the information or
skills yet but are now aware of the fact that there is
more to the equation. At this level, a person is aware
their thinking negatively, and thus, attracting
negatively. They may not like the results they are
getting, but at this level, they start to take
responsibility for their results. But remember,
comparison is the thief of all joy. You cannot compare
your chapter one to someone else’s Chapter 13. Once
you get exposed to a new level of lifestyle or a new way
of thinking, you can’t get discouraged that you’re not
‘there’ yet. Understand the Law of Gestation. This law
states that everything takes time to manifest. The
universal Law of Gestation states that every process
needs to go through a period of time during which it is
conceptualized and actualized. This law refers to the
natural process of growth and evolution that occurs in

65
all things, from the growth of a seed into a plant to the
development of an idea into a successful project. It
suggests that patience, persistence, and consistent
effort are necessary for achieving success in any
endeavor. It also emphasizes the importance of
trusting the process and allowing things to unfold in
their own time, rather than trying to force outcomes or
rush the results. The Law of Gestation is often
associated with the idea of delayed gratification, which
involves sacrificing short-term pleasure for long-term
gain. You need to be honest with yourself and
acknowledge the stage of where you are at in your
learning rather than using other people’s experience as
a standard for your own. Remember, no two people are
exactly the same and everyone’s journey is different.
However, they all started somewhere. A successful
person is just someone who didn’t give up. Once you
get exposed to a ‘better way’ have patience on when it
will happen for you.

At the conscious incompetence stage, you recognize

the skillset deficiencies that need to be developed. It’s
not enough to just recognize these deficiencies,

66
because if there’s no further change in the skills area,
then you would likely experience the same results over
and over again. Moving to a new level of awareness
requires you to change your habits and begin
developing new skills to elevate. Recognize your gaps
in knowledge and skillset and begin taking the
required action to fill them in. This is where you begin
to take control of your learning experience and
program your mind differently. You must make real
change and that means putting yourself in a favorable
position to bring out the best of your ability.
Oftentimes, people are scared to push themselves
further than what is expected, and this “fear” is what
keeps them from achieving greatness. A great quote by
Joseph A. Campbell reads,

“The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.”

If you don’t bet on you, then who will? Sometimes you

must face the thing you fear, and fear will eventually
leave you. You must believe in yourself first,
regardless of how many times you’ve failed in the past.
Progress happens when you feel inspired enough to
win in a big way. You know what your strengths are,

67
so double down on them.

On the contrary, you can also identify areas that you

can improve in. Begin doing this as well. The longer
you leave these ‘bad habits’ to accumulate, the more
they will delay your process of moving forward. It's
just like if you accidently cut yourself. You wouldn’t
allow the wound to be exposed and bleed, but you
would treat it and apply a bandage so it doesn’t
become infected and worsen. You would identify the
importance of moving swiftly and you would take
action at once. You must apply this same urgency to
your learning, and this is when you’ll start to see
improved results. Once you become aware of a better
way, discipline yourself to implement the habit.
Remember, it takes 28 days for an action to become
habit. Commit yourself for a month to improve upon
one area. Whatever you’re struggling with can be
changed in time if you have the will power and desire
to do so. And this leads us into the next stage.

Conscious Competence

Conscious competence is a concept that describes a

68
person's ability to perform a specific task or skill while
being aware of their actions and understanding the
steps required to complete the task. It is the stage of
learning where a person has developed a high level of
skill and competence in a particular area and is able to
perform the task or skill with a high degree of
accuracy, consistency, and confidence. At this stage of
learning, the person is consciously aware of their
abilities, and can identify the steps and strategies
required to achieve success in the task or skill. They
may still need to focus and concentrate on the task, but
they have a high level of understanding and
experience that allows them to perform the task
effectively. Conscious competence is often contrasted
with the earlier stage of unconscious incompetence,
where a person is unaware of their lack of skill or
knowledge, and with the intermediate stage of
conscious incompetence, where a person is aware of
their limitations and the steps they need to take to
improve their skills. “If I take X action, there’s a good
change it will produce Y result.” We try different
things, “fail” and then try again, but it’s the learning

69
experience that truly matters. We must go through the
learning experience first before we can identify which
areas need improvement. Persistence is key here.
When you don’t give up, you’re giving yourself that
extra push and this really is the breeding ground for
success.

At the stage of conscious competence, if you continue

with consistent action (repetition), in due time, you
will progress to the stage of unconscious competence -
which is where you need to be, the peak of the learning
journey. Your learning experience is a result of your
attitude, so view every experience as positive one. In
Earl Nightingale’s recording “Lead the Field”, he said,
“It is, then, our attitude toward life that determines
life’s attitude toward us. Cause and effect. Everything
we say or do will cause a corresponding effect. If we’re
cheerful, glad to be experiencing this miracle of life,
others will reflect that good cheer back to us.” What a
powerful concept! …It is our attitude towards life that
determines life’s attitude toward us… Look for the
positive takeaway from each situation you encounter.

Now that you are aware of the information you have

70
access to, it’s time to get everything in order. This
means collecting your positive thoughts, goals, and
ambitions and building your business plan and
methods of operation. The ball is in your court and
only you can make the decisions of what will change
your life. Sometimes it can be very minimal things that
can be holding you back and all you need is a little
readjustment of focus and energy. Ask yourself the
following questions:

• How often do I practice the skills that I already

have?
• Do I have a way to monitor my current skills
level and any improvements that I’ve made
over the past year?
• What areas do I need to improve upon and to
what degree do I need to reach to get to the
next stage of learning?

If you’ve invested the time and effort into developing

your skillset, it’s way too late to back down from the
foundation that you’ve set in place. Follow it through
and move closer to the next stage. Consistency is what

71
will help you to move forward in whatever you’re
doing and will aid you in overcoming the distractions
that life tends to throw at us. Get consistent with your
skillset and use it as often as you can to become
masterful and move onto the next level of
understanding.

Unconscious Competence

Unconscious competence, also known as "the

flowstate," is a stage of learning where a person has
developed a high level of skill and competence in a
particular area and is able to perform the task or skill
without conscious effort or awareness. At this stage,
the person has performed the task so many times that
it has become second nature and no longer requires
conscious thought. The person may be able to perform
the task quickly, efficiently, and with a high level of
accuracy, without even thinking about the steps
involved. For example, an experienced pianist may be
able to play a complex piece of music with ease and
without thinking about which keys to press, while a
seasoned athlete may be able to perform a specific
move or technique instinctively, without conscious

72
effort or thought. Unconscious competence is the stage
we ultimately want to reach – in all aspects of life. This
is when you can operate at a mastery skill level without
having to consciously think about the process. We can
cook the souffle. The terms "know it like the back of
your hand" or "it's second nature" or "it's like riding a
bike" refer to this level of mastery. Once you master
something, you will always be able to ‘do’ it at a
moment’s notice. When we get to the level of
unconscious competence, we can use the mastered
skills effortlessly and perform tasks without any
conscious effort. We are confident in performing these
skills in what is called the ‘flow state’. When you reach
this level, things become effortless. You think about
something, and it manifest. You want something, you
attract it. Life becomes a joyous, free, game of energy.
Things flow to you easily and rapidly. Nothing is a
burden, and everything operates in perfect harmony.
Your big ball of positive energy dominates your small
ball of negative energy and everything great, joyful
and abundant flows to you continuously and easily.

So, what happens now? Do we stop learning because

73
we’re good at what we do? No. In fact, when you’ve
reached an exceptional level of success, then it’s time
to start giving back. This means spreading the
knowledge to the people around you. Hence, why I
wrote this book. Teaching others what you know not
only shows that that you’re not stingy with your
knowledge, but it also shows that you’re willing to
help them elevate their skills and awareness to a
similar level. You even gain a better understanding of
how you learn and your capability to learn when you
begin to teach other people. Think about how you can
inspire others to do better than what they’re doing
now. There are so many people out there that are
feeling uninspired about a lot of things, and this could
be your chance to give back and elevate others. There
was one stage in your life when you might have been
just like them and were looking for that extra push to
set you on your way. If you want to keep on growing
in the skills and awareness that you have, you must
teach it to other people. Teaching others helps to keep
these skills alive and deepens our understanding of the
knowledge that we have.

74
It may be difficult for some people to do this initially,
especially if they’re not used to talking to people about
what they know. It could be that they’re afraid of
making a mistake or that they’re communication skills
are not great. However, all these problems can be
easily solved over time and should not discourage one
from exercising and polishing the skills they already
have. There are so many ways that one can become
more confident in their speaking ability, and in turn,
this will make them more comfortable with the idea of
teaching others. Knowing something alone isn’t more
important than doing something. Oftentimes, people
lack the latter and therefore don’t develop the
necessary skills that are needed to thrive. Many times,
people do not filter out negative thinking and this
affects them when they learn new skills or information.
Equipping oneself with the right mindset to succeed is
key when it comes to growth. A positive mindset can
take you very far in life because you will always look
at the possibility first before you consider the
impossibility. When there is an eagerness to succeed
and master your skills, you will never be satisfied with

75
the level that you’re at now because you’ll want to do
better each time. This attitude opens the doors to
achieve greater accomplishments than you ever could
have imagined. Repetition breeds success and this is
particularly true if you are looking to polish the skills
that you already have. If you’re comfortable with the
level at which you’re at, then eagerness sometimes is
dormant. But when you feel inspired to do something
more with what you have, life begins to take on a
whole new meaning.

You would have gone through some or all the stages

of learning discussed in this chapter at some point in
your life. But what does this mean to you? Are you
happy with where you’re at, or are you looking for that
extra push to get to the next level? Look at your current
learning level and incorporate all the points that have
been discussed in this book. By stepping back and
looking at where your skills and knowledge are at
currently, you’ll be able to put in the necessary action
that is needed to master them.

Success is about mastering the basics because these

form the foundation upon which all success is built.

76
The ‘basics’ refer to the fundamental truths or laws that
govern any field, be it personal development, business,
or any other area of life. For example, in personal
development, the basic principles include things like
self-discipline, goal setting, positive thinking, and
perseverance. In business, the basic principles include
marketing, sales, financial management, and
leadership. Mastering these basic principles means
understanding them deeply, applying them
consistently, and making them part of one's daily
routine and mindset. The reason why mastering the
basics is so important is that they provide a roadmap
for achieving success. They are tried and tested
methods that have been used by successful people
throughout history. By mastering these principles, you
can develop the habits, skills, and mindset necessary to
achieve your goals and create the life you desire. In
addition, mastering the basics allows you to be more
adaptable and creative in your approach to problem-
solving. When you have a deep understanding of the
basic principles, you can apply them to different
situations and come up with innovative solutions. This

77
is especially important in today's rapidly changing
world, where new challenges and opportunities are
constantly arising.

Ultimately, success is about consistent application of

the basic principles over time. By mastering these
basics to success, you can develop the foundation
necessary to achieve any goal, overcome any obstacle,
and create a fulfilling and meaningful life.

The Fifth Basic: Master The 4 Basics

79
Bonus 1: 7 Natural Laws of the
Universe

The Law of Vibration

The Law of Vibration is a universal principle that

states that everything in the universe is in a constant
state of vibration. This includes physical matter,
energy, and even our thoughts and emotions. Every
thought, emotion, and physical object has its own
unique vibrational frequency, and these frequencies
interact with one another in ways that can affect our
experiences and the world around us. Everything in
the universe is connected, and all matter is simply
energy vibrating at different frequencies. This means
that our thoughts and emotions are also forms of
energy that vibrate at specific frequencies, and they
can affect the energy around us. When we have
positive, loving, and joyful thoughts and emotions,
we emit a high vibrational frequency that can attract
more positive experiences and people into our lives.
On the other hand, negative thoughts and emotions
emit lower vibrational frequencies that can attract

80
more negative experiences. The Law of Vibration is
closely related to the Law of Attraction, which states
that like attracts like. By understanding and raising
our vibrational frequency through positive thoughts,
emotions, and actions, we can attract more positive
experiences and people into our lives. It is also
important to note that we are constantly influenced
by the vibrational frequencies of the people and
environments around us, which can impact our
thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Focus on what
you want instead of what you don’t want.

The Law of Relativity

The Law of Relativity is one of the fundamental laws

of the universe, and it states that everything in the
universe is relative and has no meaning or value
except in relation to something else. This law is based
on the idea that everything is interconnected, and that
the nature of something can only be understood in
relation to something else. In practical terms, the Law
of Relativity means that any situation or circumstance
we encounter can be compared to something else to
put it into perspective. For example, if we are facing a

81
difficult situation, we can compare it to other
situations we have faced in the past to gain a better
understanding of it. Similarly, if we want to achieve a
goal, we can compare our progress to others who
have achieved the same goal to see how far we have
come and what we still need to work on. The Law of
Relativity also reminds us that there are no absolute
truths, and that everything is relative to the observer.
This means that different people may perceive the
same situation or circumstance in different ways,
based on their own personal experiences, beliefs, and
values.

Overall, the Law of Relativity teaches us to look at

things from multiple perspectives and to keep an
open mind, rather than seeing things in a black-and-
white or absolute way. It also reminds us that
everything is interconnected and that we are all part
of a larger whole.

The Law of Cause and Effect

The Law of Cause and Effect, also known as the Law

82
of Causality, states that for every effect, there is a
specific cause or set of causes. In other words, every
result is a consequence of a specific action or series of
actions that preceded it. This law asserts that nothing
in the universe happens by chance or without a cause,
and that everything is interconnected and
interdependent. The Law of Cause and Effect is a
fundamental principle that applies to all aspects of
life, including our thoughts, emotions, and actions. It
suggests that we are responsible for the outcomes in
our lives and that we have the power to influence
these outcomes by the choices we make. One of the
key aspects of this law is that every cause has an
effect, and every effect has a cause. This means that if
we want to achieve a specific result, we must identify
and take the necessary actions to create the causes
that will produce that result. Conversely, if we are
experiencing negative results, we must examine the
causes that led to those outcomes and take corrective
actions to change them. The Law of Cause and Effect
also implies that there is a chain of causation for every
effect, and that no event or action exists in isolation. It

83
suggests that everything we do has an impact on the
world around us, and that our actions can create a
ripple effect that extends far beyond our immediate
surroundings. Overall, the Law of Cause and Effect is
a powerful principle that highlights the importance of
taking responsibility for our lives and our actions. It
encourages us to be mindful of the choices we make
and to consider the potential consequences of those
choices. By doing so, we can create the causes that
will produce the effects we desire, and we can live a
more fulfilling and purposeful life.

The Law of Polarity

The Law of Polarity is a principle in metaphysics that

states that everything in the universe has an opposite
or a complementary aspect. This means that
everything that exists has an opposite, and the two
are interconnected and interdependent. Examples of
polar opposites include hot and cold, light and dark,
positive and negative, and male and female.
According to this law, the opposite ends of a
spectrum are not separate, but rather part of the same
whole. The Law of Polarity also implies that one can

84
only understand one end of a spectrum by
understanding its opposite. For instance, we can only
understand light by knowing what darkness is, and
we can only understand happiness by experiencing
sadness. This law also suggests that there is no
absolute truth, but rather everything is relative and
depends on the perspective of the observer. This
means that what may be true for one person may not
be true for another, and that the interpretation of any
experience or situation is subjective.

The Law of Rhythm

The Law of Rhythm states that everything in the

universe has a natural ebb and flow or cyclical
pattern. This means that everything in the universe
moves in a regular pattern, whether it be a planet
orbiting the sun, the tides moving in and out, or the
seasons changing. According to this law, everything
in the universe has its own unique rhythm or cycle,
and the key to success is to be in harmony with these
rhythms. When we are in tune with the natural
rhythms of the universe, we can achieve success with
greater ease and flow. The Law of Ehythm also

85
suggests that everything in the universe goes through
cycles of growth, expansion, and contraction. These
cycles are often mirrored in our own lives, and we can
use them to our advantage by recognizing when to
take action and when to step back and allow things to
unfold. By understanding this law, we can learn to
work with the natural flow of the universe, rather
than against it. This allows us to achieve our goals
and desires with greater ease and less resistance.

The Law of Gestation

The Law of Gestation states that every seed, idea, or

creation has a natural cycle of development that must
be followed in order to bring it into full manifestation.

According to this law, just like a baby needs 9 months

to grow and develop before it is born, ideas and
creations also need time to develop and grow before
they can be realized. This natural process of growth
cannot be rushed or forced, but rather it must be
allowed to unfold according to its own natural
rhythm. The Law of Gestation suggests that all things
have a natural cycle of development, and this process

86
cannot be skipped or bypassed. It requires patience,
persistence, and dedication to nurture and cultivate
an idea or creation until it is fully developed and
ready to be brought into the world. The law of
gestation teaches us that all things have a natural
cycle of development, and that patience and
dedication are necessary to bring our ideas and
creations to fruition. It reminds us to trust the natural
process of growth and to allow things to unfold
according to their own timing.

The Law of Transmutation of Energy

The Law of Transmutation of Energy states that all

energy, whether physical or mental, can be
transformed from one form to another. This law
suggests that energy is constantly flowing and
changing, and that it can be redirected and channeled
to achieve desired outcomes. According to this law,
everything in the universe is made up of energy, and
this energy is in a constant state of flux. Energy can be
transmuted or changed from one form to another,
such as from negative to positive, or from a lower to a
higher frequency. For example, negative emotions can

87
be transmuted into positive emotions through
conscious effort and redirection of energy. This law
also suggests that humans have the power to
transform their own energy, and that this can be done
through various methods such as visualization,
affirmations, and meditation. By changing the quality
and focus of their thoughts and emotions, individuals
can transmute negative energy into positive energy,
and use this energy to achieve their goals and
improve their lives. The Law of Transmutation of
Energy states that energy is constantly flowing and
changing, and that it can be transformed from one
form to another. It suggests that humans have the
power to transform their own energy and use it to
achieve their goals and improve their lives.

Bonus 2: 6 Higher Faculties

Perception- Perception is the ability to interpret and

make sense of sensory information. It is the way we
process and understand the world around us, and it
can be influenced by our beliefs, experiences, and

88
expectations. Perception involves the use of our senses,
such as sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell, to gather
information from the environment. However, it goes
beyond just sensory input, as perception also involves
cognitive processes such as attention, memory, and
reasoning. For example, two people can experience the
same event, but their perceptions of the event may
differ based on their individual experiences, biases,
and beliefs. Perception is subjective and can vary from
person to person. The development of this higher
faculty is important in personal growth and self-
awareness, as it can help us understand our own biases
and interpretations of the world. By examining our
perceptions, we can learn to recognize when our
thoughts and beliefs may be influencing our
interpretation of reality, and we can work to develop a
more objective understanding of the world.

Reason- Reason gives us the ability to analyze,

evaluate, and draw conclusions based on logical
thinking and evidence. It is the process of using
information and facts to come to a conclusion or make
a decision. Reasoning involves critical thinking and

89
problem-solving skills, and it is an important tool for
decision making in everyday life. By using your
reason, individuals can process information, weigh
different options, and make informed choices. In
addition, reason allows individuals to challenge
assumptions and beliefs, and to approach situations
and problems with an open mind. It is also the basis
for scientific inquiry and discovery, as well as for
intellectual and philosophical pursuits. Overall, this
higher faculty enables individuals to think logically
and critically, make informed decisions, and better
understand the world around them.

Will- The Will is the ability to make choices and

decisions, and to direct one's energy and actions
towards a desired goal. It is often described as the
power of self-determination or self-control. This higher
faculty allows us to act in accordance with our goals,
values, and intentions, even in the face of obstacles or
distractions. It enables us to resist impulses and
temptations, and to persevere in the face of difficulties.
The development of the faculty of the Will requires
discipline, practice, and self-awareness. It involves

90
cultivating the ability to focus on a goal, to maintain
motivation and persistence, and to exert self-control
over thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The
development of the faculty of Will is seen as a key to
spiritual growth and enlightenment. It is believed that
by mastering one's own Will, one can attain a state of
inner harmony and alignment with the divine will or
universal principles.

Memory- Memory refers to the ability of an individual

to store, retain and recall information, experiences, and
skills over time. It involves the processes of encoding,
storing, and retrieving information, which can be in the
form of facts, events, emotions, or physical skills. The
higher faculty of Memory is important for a range of
human activities, from simple tasks like remembering
a phone number or an address, to complex tasks like
learning a new language or developing a new skill. A
good Memory can help individuals in their personal
and professional lives, allowing them to retain
information and recall it when needed, and improving
their ability to learn and problem-solve.

Imagination- Imagination allows individuals to form

91
mental images, concepts, or ideas that are not present
in the physical world. It is the power of the mind to
create images, experiences, and ideas through the use
of one's senses and the ability to perceive, reason, and
remember. The Imagination plays a crucial role in
problem-solving, creativity, and innovation. It allows
individuals to visualize different possibilities and
potential outcomes, which in turn enables them to
develop new and innovative ideas. Imagination also
helps people to develop empathy and understanding
of others, as it allows them to put themselves in
another's shoes and see the world from different
perspectives. In addition, the Imagination can be used
as a tool for self-improvement and personal growth. By
visualizing positive outcomes and situations,
individuals can focus their mental energy and
intention towards achieving their goals. Imagination is
also a powerful tool for mental and emotional healing,
as it allows individuals to reframe negative
experiences and focus on positive outcomes. Overall,
the Imagination is a powerful tool for creating new
possibilities, problem-solving, and personal growth.

92
Intuition- Intuition is our Sixth Sense. It involves
perceiving and processing information beyond the
rational mind. It is often described as a "gut feeling" or
a sudden insight that arises seemingly out of nowhere.
Intuition involves an immediate knowing or
understanding without the need for conscious
reasoning or evidence. It is a non-analytical form of
intelligence that is based on unconscious mental
processes, including emotions, memories, and
experiences. Some people believe that Intuition is a
form of communication from the higher self or the
universe, providing guidance and insight into
decisions and situations. It can also be developed and
strengthened through meditation, mindfulness, and
self-reflection. Your ‘gut feeling’ is your ‘God feeling.’

Bonus 3: Self-Confidence Formula

First. I know that I have the ability to achieve the object

of my Definite Purpose in life, therefore, I DEMAND
of myself persistent, continuous action toward its

93
attainment, and I here and now promise to render such
action. Second. I realize the dominating thoughts of
my mind will eventually reproduce themselves in
outward, physical action, and gradually transform
themselves into physical reality, therefore, I will
concentrate my thoughts for thirty minutes daily, upon
the task of thinking of the person I intend to become,
thereby creating in my mind a clear mental picture of
that person. Third. I know through the principle of
auto-suggestion, any desire that I persistently hold in
my mind will eventually seek expression through
some practical means of attaining the object back of it,
therefore, I will devote ten minutes daily to
demanding of myself the development of SELF-
CONFIDENCE. Fourth. I have clearly written down a
description of my DEFINITE CHIEF AIM in life, and I
will never stop trying, until I shall have developed
sufficient self-confidence for its attainment. Fifth. I
fully realize that no wealth or position can long
endure, unless built upon truth and justice, therefore, I
will engage in no transaction which does not benefit all
whom it affects. I will succeed by attracting to myself

94
the forces I wish to use, and the cooperation of other
people. I will induce others to serve me, because of my
willingness to serve others. I will eliminate hatred,
envy, jealousy, selfishness, and cynicism, by
developing love for all humanity, because I know that
a negative attitude toward others can never bring me
success. I will cause others to believe in me, because I
will believe in them, and in myself. I will sign my name
to this formula, commit it to memory, and repeat it
aloud once a day, with full FAITH that it will gradually
influence my THOUGHTS and ACTIONS so that I will
become a self-reliant, and successful person.

Bonus 4: Affirmation Creed

I believe in myself. I believe in those who work with

me. I believe in my employer. I believe in my friends. I
believe in my family. I believe that God will lend me
everything I need with which to succeed if I do my best
to earn it through faithful and honest service. I believe
in prayer and I will never close my eyes in sleep
without praying for divine guidance to the end that I

95
will be patient with other people and tolerant with
those who do not believe as I do. I believe that success
is the result of intelligent effort and does not depend
upon luck or sharp practices or double-crossing
friends, fellow men or my employer. I believe I will get
out of life exactly what I put into it, therefore I will be
careful to conduct myself toward others as I would
want them to act toward me. I will not slander those
whom I do not like. I will not slight my work no matter
what I may see others doing. I will render the best
service of which I am capable because I have pledged
myself to succeed in life and I know that success is
always the result of conscientious and efficient effort.
Finally, I will forgive those who offend me because I
realize that I shall sometimes offend others and I will
need their forgiveness.

Message From the Author

If you’ve managed to read this far, I want to give you

some insightful information. The book that changed

96
my life the most was a book called ‘Ask and It is
Given’ by Ester and Jerry Hicks. I came across that
book at age 19, and the light switch ‘flicked on’ after
reading that book. That was my ‘ah-ha’ moment. That
book opened the floodgates of curiosity of me
wanting to learn more. I believe the book, ‘The Power
of Awareness’ by Neville Goddard is one of the best
books to indulge in. Don’t just read it 1-2x’s, but
really digest it, study it, and master it. Some other
great books I recommend include ‘The Science of
Getting Rich’ by Wallace D. Wattles, and ‘The Law of
Success in 16 Lessons’ by Napoleon Hill.

Our lives are a canvas, a reflection of the thoughts

and beliefs we hold within our minds. Every
experience we encounter in the physical world is first
born in the realm of our imagination. By mastering
our imagination, we possess the power to shape our
reality and manifest our deepest desires. To harness
this transformative force, we must first learn to
assume the feeling of our wish fulfilled. Imagine your
desired outcome as vividly as possible, allowing
yourself to fully experience the emotions associated

97
with its fruition. Embody the feeling of living your
dream, and watch as your reality begins to shift,
drawing your desired experience into existence. The
words "I AM" hold immense power, representing the
