F#24036287; DOB: Aug. 23, 1984)
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 15-18-5, please accept this request of the District Attorney of the Atlanta Judicial
Circuit for substitute counsel to prosecute the above case. This Office understands that Mr. Grier is
currently incarcerated as a suspect on charges to include, inter alia, murder, kidnapping, and hijacking a
motor vehicle, arising from offenses occurring on or about Tuesday, June 12, 2024. The undersigned
District Attorney is conflicted because it has been determined that a victim/witness in this case is a current
employee of the Office of the District Attorney for the Atlanta Judicial Circuit. During the pendency of this
case, Chief Investigator Richard Randolph is prepared to serve as PAC’s point-of-contact with this Office.
Yours in Service,
