    Choose Your Words Wisely

    Once upon a time, an old man spread rumors that his neighbor was a thief. As a
    result, the young man was arrested. Days later the young man was proven innocent. After
    being released, the man felt humiliated as he walked to his home. He sued the old man for
    wrongly Accusing him.
    In court, the old man told the Judge, “They were just comments, didn’t Harm
    anyone..” The judge, before passing sentence on the case, told the old man, “Write All the
    things you said about him on a piece of paper. Cut them up and On the way home, throw
    the pieces of paper out. Tomorrow, come back to Hear the sentence”.
    The next day, the judge told the old man, “Before receiving the Sentence, you will have to
    go out and gather all the pieces of paper That you threw out yesterday”. The old man said,
    “I can’t do that! The wind must have spreads them and I won’t Know where to find them”.
    The judge then replied, “The same way, simple comments may destroy the honor of a man
    to such an extent that one is not able to fix it. The old man realized his mistake and asked
    for forgiveness”.

    Moral: Do not malignant or blame anyone without knowing the fact or a truth. Your words
    may ruin someone’s reputation without any fault of theirs.

    SCHOOL UNIFORM

    The Senior High School uniform has a smart casual design. It


    balances flairs of professionalism and fashion. Wearing proper uniform
    is a preparation of “dressing for success.” The design portrays a
    positive image. A well-dressed person tends to stand out in the crowd
    and gains an edge over the others. According to studies, inappropriate
    dressing or grooming is behind 40% job rejections. Wearing proper
    attire shows that you are prepared and did your homework.

    ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY

    Regular attendance is necessary for learning. BCS trains students to be


    respectful of time as it is necessary for higher education or for work. A
    Christian Knight believes that “time is GOLD.”
    When students are absent, they miss classroom instruction and
    discussion that are difficult to adequately make up, limiting their
    ability to perform at a high level. Parents are urged to use good
    judgment and to encourage students to attend class unless absence is
    necessary.

    STUDENT ILLNESS

    All illnesses of the student must be reported to the Class


    Adviser who is responsible of reporting to the School Nurse for
    recording of important medical data. The student’s welfare is our
    utmost concern. Complete medical info of the student will help
    the clinicians to approach the student properly.

    EXAMINATIONS

    An examination is an evaluation of the learning that transpired


    through a specific time. It validates the learning achieved by the student
    and measures the effectivity of the teaching-learning process. Hence,
    the result would help the learners to self-reflect and plan for
    success.

    While exams are given even if there are balances in school fees, no
    records are to be released at the end of the school year.

    GADGETS

    A Christian Knight puts a high value on learning. While bringing


    of cellular phones or other electronic gadgets is allowed, a Christian
    Knight still prioritizes learning. A depository section is provided in
    every room where students may put their belongings.
    A Christian Knight is responsible in handling and using these phones
    and gadgets. The school is not liable to any loss of these gadgets.

    CLEANLINESS AND PROPER


    REGULATIONS

    The school is your second home. Christian Knights help maintain its
    good image by keeping it clean, sanitary and beautiful. All school
    property and equipment (aircon, LCD TV, lavatories, etc.) must be
    handled accordingly with a sense of ownership. All damages just be
    reported immediately for immediate repair or replacement so it can be
    used for the welfare of the students.
