COMPANY BACKGROUND
• Mr. Aung Win is the founder of Yummy company, he started the
company about 5 years ago
• First product is egg pudding and only produces 500g size
• City Mart (retail supermarket) is only their distribution place
• Selling price is 1850 kyats
• Due to the innovative formula, pudding was the best selling product

COMPANY PROBLEM

• Company sale and profit are decreasing because number of


competitors enter the market and they are producing and
selling the various products. Then, company have to introduce
new product or update the orginal product
RESOURCES AND CAPABILITIES

• Yummy company have enough financial resources to


make new project
• They will need to hire new employees

• Competitors can know about new


product plan because company can
make register for new products.
• When competitors produce new

customers, there has four stages; attract,

Company will attract the strangers to use their product by using various ways.
• can attract the customer from social media (Facebook, Instagram etc.) by
creating the interesting good content post.
• Packaging design will also be creative and simplicity
• Attractive advertising designs
CONVERT
• Company will deliver the information of discount and promotion plan to
public. to engage the buying power of customers
• Example, buy 10 get 1 promotion and lucky draw promotion
COMMERCIAL FUNNEL

• company will change the customers to regular customer by


building relationship with them. Company will distribute detail
information of their product to customers.
• For example; using reverse channel, making events in
crowded area like City Mall, Myanmar plaza etc.

REASONS

• coconut milk jelly (kyawk kyaw) has been famous dessert in


Myanmar.

• Mango coconut milk jelly will also be a new product in Myanmar


jelly market and fruit are famous in health-conscious people.

• INGREDIENT fruits (coconut and mango) of new


product are famous in promoting blood sugar
regulation, and reducing certain risk factors for
heart disease.
• The PRODUCT DESIGN is cube style and will contain
two layers, orange and white.
• Orange COLOR of product combines the energy of
red and the happiness of yellow. As a citrus color,
orange is associated with healthy food, stimulates
appetite and high visibility.

PACKAGING PRICE

• Use cardboard • 980 kyats for new jelly


product 120g.
• 120 g size • The cost for a product is
approximately 600 kyats
and it includes packaging,
raw materials and tax etc. If
comparing with competitor
price, price is neither much
nor less.
• 980-600 = 380 kyats profit
per one

FUNDING

• Yummy company needs funds to produce new product because their egg
pudding reaches growth stage and appear many competitors in market.
• Yummy will reinvest their own money into new product development.
• Because production cost did not high, less time to call shareholders and
company can maintain with their own financial resources.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• PATENT since it gives the rights to company for stopping


other businesses from copying, producing, selling or
importing the company's product without permission.
Company is using it for protection the product design,
packaging shape and work process.

• COPYRIGHT type, is necessary protection type to cover the


advertisements, packaging art and labeling.

• In TRADEMARK protection, company will use it for


securing the brand name, product logo, color, smell and
taste of product.

• TRADE SECRET for protection the formula of new product


and data information (customer data).
