U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, announced the following executive leadership changes: Kate Quinn, vice chair and chief administrative officer, and Jim Kelligrew, vice chair of corporate and commercial banking, will be retiring June 30; Chief Financial Officer Terry Dolan will succeed Quinn in addition to his current responsibilities; John Stern will be promoted to senior executive vice president and head of finance; Vice Chair Gunjan Kedia will now oversee a combined wealth management, investment services, corporate and commercial banking organization, and executive vice presidents Reba Dominski and Stephen Philipson will join the company’s managing committee

ENTERTAINMENT

Karen L. Grandstrand has been elected to her first term on the Minnesota Orchestral Association’s board of directors. The association is the fundraising arm supporting the Minnesota Orchestra. Grandstrand is a shareholder at Fredrikson, a Minneapolis law firm, which announced her appointment.

Bremer Bank, St. Paul, announced the opening of a relocated branch at 2654 Kenzie Terrace Northeast, St. Anthony.

Ciranda, a Hudson, Wis.-based provider of certified, organic, non-GMO and fair-trade food ingredients, announced the hire of Doug Audette as CEO. … CKC Good Food, an Eagan-based school food service management and event catering company, announced the promotion of Katie Fairbanks to the new position of chief operating officer/integrator. Fairbanks has been with the company since 2013 and most recently was director of human resources.

GOVERNMENT

The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development announced that Neela Mollgaard, director of Launch Minnesota, has been appointed executive director of Small Business Development.

HEALTH CARE

Saint Therese, a St. Louis Park-based operator of senior residential and care facilities, announced that President and CEO Craig W. Abbott has been appointed to the LeadingAge Minnesota board of directors; LeadingAge is a trade association for older adult services organizations. … Prime Therapeutics, an Eagan-based pharmacy benefits manager, announced the hire of Matt Patella as vice president and general manager, national and mid-market accounts. Patella most recently he was area vice president with global insurance brokerage Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.

Washington County announced that Connor Schaefer, county senior planner for Public Works, was named a 30 Under 30 winner by the National Recreation and Park Association.

Fredrikson, Minneapolis, announced that firm attorney Masha M. Yevzelman has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel. The firm also announced the return of corporate attorney Liz Dunshee to its Public Companies and Capital Markets and Corporate Governance groups. … Moss & Barnett, Minneapolis, announced that attorneys Debra M. Bulluck and Madeline E. Davis have joined the firm. … Merchant & Gould, Minneapolis, announced that shareholder Heather J. Kliebenstein has been named managing director of the firm’s seven offices, joining COO and CFO Tracey R. Skjeveland in leading a three-person executive committee.

MANUFACTURING

Fastenal, a Winona-based maker of industrial tools, announced the appointment of Noelle J. Oas as executive vice president of human resources. Oas previously was the company’s director of compliance and before that worked in employment law litigation. She succeeds Reyne K. Wisecup, who has retired after 34 years with the company. … Apogee Enterprises, a Bloomington-based provider of architectural windows and related products for commercial construction, announced the hire of Matt Osberg as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Osberg most recently served as CFO at Helen of Troy Ltd.

MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY

DiaMedica Therapeutics, a Minnetonka-based biopharmaceutical company, announced the appointment of Tanya Lewis to its board of directors; Lewis currently serves as chief development operations officer at Replimune Group.

RECREATION

Hiway Credit Union, St. Paul, and the St. Paul Eastside YMCA announced that Tara Graff, a Hiway senior vice president, has been appointed to the Y’s board of directors.

TECHNOLOGY

BTM Global, a Minneapolis-based provider of services for Oracle Retail and Oracle NetSuite users, announced Kyle Wittet has been promoted to Oracle Retail practice vice president. Wittet most recently served as director of solution architecture for the company.
