Death of East Grand Forks man, shot by undercover police officer, still under review

Lucas Gilbertson was killed by Officer Aeisso Schrage in January. As of Aug. 19, the attorney’s office was still reviewing the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension’s investigative file.
