This edit on ISO 3166-2 (Q133153) seems strange to me. With the removal of two persian aliases the item grew by 6,065 byte.

Around that time, the underlying JSON structure of Wikidata items was changed, so any new edit on an item after a certain date would add a lot of bytes because the it saved the more verbose structure. In other words, it would have happened with any edit to that item after a certain date, no matter who made the edit or what the edit was.
