Other rights: Requests for other rights

To add a request for the confirmed, property creator, or rollbacker rights, please use the following form. Add it to the bottom of the relevant section. Unlike permissions such as bureaucrat, these can be assigned by administrators.
Administrators already have the rights of these groups, and do not need to be assigned any of them.

The "reason" is what will show up as a preloaded summary for administrators when they access Special:UserRights; it is also shown on this page. Do not add a section header or sign your message; these will both be done for you.

Requests for the rollbacker right

If you are not nominating yourself, please secure the acceptance of the candidate. The rollbacker flag is usually only granted to users who have some experience in fighting vandalism on Wikidata. For more information, please see Wikidata:Rollbackers.

While not required, {{subst:Rollbacker}} can be used to notify a user that they have been granted rollback. Rollbackers may wish to add {{Rollbacker userbox}} and/or {{Rollbacker topicon}} to their user or talk pages.

Requests for the property creator right

Please see Wikidata:Property creators for details.

Users may self-nominate, or nominate one another; however, users should not be given this right if they do not want it, and non-self-nomination requests should be put on hold until the nominee comments accepting the nomination.

Administrators may add the property creator flag to the accounts of users who:

• are generally trusted members of the community, preferably with at least some history in working with properties, and
• have shown a satisfactory understanding of how Wikidata works, especially regarding the property namespace, datatypes, and related concepts.

Users should generally not be made property creators solely or primarily based on their work on other projects; property creator is currently the only right unique to Wikidata, and this should be taken into consideration when requesting or granting it.

Property creator right must be only granted following a request on this page which must remain open for at least 48 hours. An exception may be made for the case of regranting of the right to former property creators and administrators where the reason for removal was uncontroversial or due to inactivity.

Property creators may wish to add {{User property creator}} to their userpages.

  @Yuriz: Is this a relevant question? Applying here claims to understand a procedure. Property creators have even more procedures. Wikidata is a special project that differs from others and the criteria for obtaining certain rights are unique. On the second attempt, you still have not been able to make a correct request. So, again, how do you manage to make a property? Moreover, now that there are contributor links, I see you have 800 editions. In these editions, you only touched 2 properties in December 2018 and it doesn't seem to me to have crossed you in a property proposal. You also have a baggage a little light, but with a little more involvement, I may change my mind in a few months.   @Eihel: The current block on enwiki is due most likely to the use of Facebook's Free Basics (which gets interpreted as a proxy server by CUs; @Bbb23: on this point); it is less clear that the copyright issues of five years ago will crop up again. Mahir256 (talk) 19:18, 21 October 2019 (UTC)
