Myrtle Beach Pelicans ballpark ranked No. 1 for minor league experience

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – Myrtle Beach Pelicans ballpark is the best of the best, according to a new ranking.

The park was ranked No. 1 by Stadium Journey for the best minor league ballpark experience, according to Pelicans staff.

This marks the ninth time in 10 years that Pelicans Ballpark has been ranked a top 10 minor league experience and the first and the first as the No. 1 experience across all classifications, a press release stated.

According to the release, Stadium Journey presents their rankings for overall experience. Rating factors include food and beverage, overall atmosphere, the neighborhood, the fans, access (which includes parking, traffic, restrooms, and concourses), return on investment, and an “extras” category for any unique or bonus points. They use official ratings when determining the ranking with “crowd reviews” as the primary tiebreaker.
