OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - After a noisy night of strong storms, things will be calmer for our Friday.

The cloud cover will clear out as the morning goes on with a sunny afternoon ahead.

Temperatures will top out near 70 degrees with breezy northwest winds gusting up to 30 miles per hour.

The daytime hours Saturday will be quiet with some passing cloud cover overhead.

However, as we head into the evening hours, spotty storms will become possible again and into the overnight.

A few may have some hail and gusty winds, especially south of the metro.

Scattered on and off thundershowers will be possible through our Sunday, though it does not look like these should become severe.

Spotty rain chances last into the morning on Memorial Day, meaning any plans will have to be done with rain as a possibility.

The middle of next week looks quiet with highs in the mid to upper 70s.
