Emily’s 6 First Alert Forecast - Rain chances Sunday night, on and off work week chances
OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A cool and cloudy Sunday closes with increasing rain chances. After 7PM we can’t rule out a sprinkle or two, but storm chances will get going after 9PM. The severe risk keeps to W Nebraska tonight with weaker thunderstorms expected locally. Some small hail and gusty winds will be possible but should remain well below severe thresholds.
They’ll become more widespread after midnight with storms likely prior to sunrise Monday. The last of any lingering showers end by 10AM.
Monday will be the last day in the 70s for a while! Highs stay below seasonal under cloudy skies with some breaks of late day sun possible.
From here we gradually warm through Friday eventually reaching a high of 88! On and off storm chances continue through the work week, mainly late and early with dry afternoons.
