Simone Biles has given Hoda Kotb a special title: "gymnastics Olympic mother."

Biles introduced the TODAY co-anchor as such when Hoda conducted an exclusive interview with her and the four other gymnasts — Suni Lee, Jordan Chiles, Jade Carey and Hezly Rivera — who will compete as the U.S. women’s gymnastics team at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The conversation happened at the Olympic team trials in Minneapolis over the weekend where Biles and the other athletes wowed onlookers with their routines.

Hoda, a longtime Team USA super fan, can be seen jubilantly greeting the gymnasts in a video captured by TODAY.

Biles boogies up to the dancing Hoda and calls her “our Olympic mom” after the two embrace.

Seconds later, Biles tells her newest Team USA teammate, 16-year-old Rivera, "Hezly, if you need anything, this is Hoda, 'gymnastics Olympic mother.'"

Biles shared a video of the team's interview with Hoda July 1 on X, captioning it, “Our olympic momma we love you so much Hoda!!!!” and adding a heart emoji.

During the conversation with Hoda, Biles said the team aims to bring home the gold this year following the team's silver medal win at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.

“Deja vu, but also I feel like a little bit of a redemption tour,” said Biles, who ended up having to withdraw from multiple events in Tokyo after suffering with a phenomenon known as the “twisties.”

“In Tokyo, we all didn’t have our best performances, so we’re excited to go out there and kill it," she added.
