A California teen's visits with Disneyland characters has gone viral, with over 500,000 following his adventures on Instagram. Thomas' father Jason, who chose not to share their last name for privacy reasons, runs the "Magic With Thomas" Instagram account and told "Good Morning America" he aims to share his son's interactions with Disney princesses, villains and characters to raise awareness of autism, a developmental condition that affects about 1 in 36 children and over 5.4 million American adults, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Mother arrested after 4-year-old son found dead, infant found crawling in ditch
Aaliyah Jack, 25, of Lake Charles, Louisiana, was arrested at a train station in Mississippi, while she was attempting to get out of town, hours after her son's body was found, according to Calcasieu Parish Sheriff Gary Guillory. The sheriff's office checked with local agencies and agencies in Texas, but did not find any reports of a missing child that matched the description of the deceased. Deputies issued a "Be on the Lookout For" alert for Jack to other law enforcement agencies, before issuing a warrant for her arrest with a $300,000 bond.

Woman credits 2-year-old rescue dog for saving her life

Search underway for 14-year-old Utah girl missing in Mexico
The FBI is now assisting in the search for a Utah teen who disappeared while visiting relatives in Mexico City last month. Elizabeth "Ely" Gonzalez, 14, was last seen on June 30 in the San Juan Tlihuaca neighborhood, according to Mexico City authorities. Although her current whereabouts are unknown, investigators believe she is still in Mexico, the FBI said.

A manhunt is underway in Houston for the gunman who ambushed and killed an on-duty deputy overnight, authorities said. The incident began just after 10 p.m. Wednesday when Harris County deputies responded to an aggravated assault at a Little Caesars pizza shop, Harris County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Mike Lee said at a news conference. "What happened is senseless," Lee said early Thursday.
