Candace Cameron Bure is turning heads on Instagram after posting a workout video displaying her impressive strength.

On Tuesday, Oct. 31, the former Full House star took to her grid to show off the strength of her core and upper-body muscles and overall balance.

In the Instagram video, Bure, 47, and celebrity fitness trainer Kira Stokes started off in downward dog positions facing opposite directions before gradually lifting one leg each while touching toes. The women did the same with their other legs until their combined body weight was supported entirely by their arms on the floor and the pressure on their toes in the air.

"How's this for a party trick?" Bure wrote in the clip, adding in the caption, "What REALLY goes on when @kirastokesfit and I train in person 😜💪🏼."

The Great American Family actress also encouraged her followers to tag who they would try the challenge with in the comments.

One person tagged a friend, commenting, "They make it look so easy, remember when we tried🤣🤣."

Another Instagram user was flabbergasted, writing, "What kind of WIZARDRY IS THISSSSS ?????? 💪💪💪👊."

Yet another user commented, "I love this, Candace! Surround yourself with people who love you for exactly who you are and help you become your BEST SELF! 🙌."

Meanwhile, Stokes wrote, "No one loves an energy boosting challenge at the end of a workout more than you @candacecbure ! SO FUN. And…proud of us for nailing it 👯‍♀️."
