Sofía Vergara Wears Strapless Form-Fitting Dress With Sparkly Accents

Sofía Vergara made a mark wearing a fabulous figure-hugging black dress during a recent festival appearance overseas.
The 51-year-old award-winning actress was photographed at the 2023 Red Sea International Film Festival held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Thursday, Nov. 30, where she was invited to speak during the opening ceremony.
For the occasion, she donned a sleek black strapless midi dress with a sweetheart neckline and rhinestone accents. She matched the sparkly detailing with a set of diamond bangles and a massive ring on her right hand, as well as a pair of silver bedazzled pumps.
As for her glam, she kept it pretty simple. She wore her hair down and opted for a neutral smokey eye, adding a slight pop of color with a mauve matte lipstick.

The festival, which is in its third year and set to run through Saturday, Dec. 9, focuses on celebrating films and the emerging talent from Saudi Arabia, the Arab world, and the rest of the Global South.
According to the official website, over the course of 10 days, attendees are invited to "rediscover old favorites and restored classics, and enjoy an exciting collection of experimental and short films...an expansive roundup of the year’s international hits and audience and critics’ favorites, hot from the international cinematic circuit, as well as the best Saudi films, all competing in the heart of Jeddah."
This year, the festival's theme "is inspired by the camera movement notes that directors add to a storyboard—those red scribbles that end up making the shots, emphasizing the hero of the story, 'YOU.'”
Other celebrities in attendance at Thursday's event included Sharon Stone, Will Smith, Michelle Williams, Diane Kruger, Ed Westwick, Johnny Depp, and many more.
