Ive only been once and it was during the week so maybe someone with more experience can help you but if you go on an off hour like i did the noise level was relatively low

Really nice service and warm atmosphere! We were impressed and excited by the combination of standard thai-american items available and more unique regional items.
We decided to ball out for crab fried rice and had it with the panang curry. Portions sizes were good, but a little light on the protein. Not the cheapest but with the quality, atmosphere and service, we felt it was worth it. Very good experience overall and would gladly come back to try other items.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sep 12, 2024
Got a curry, pad see ew, and a chicken dish. Everything was so good. Be warned, we went with the medium spice level and it definitely builds up! I'm glad we didn't go with a higher level.
While we were there, it was someone's birthday and my goodness... I've never seen such a celebration from the staff members.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Delia N.Seattle, WA2421Jul 23, 2024
In 1998 we moved to Seattle and soon after were introduced to Bai Tong by a Thai colleague.
We have been in Thailand a few times and after tasting Bai Tong's food we thought we had died and gone to heaven. Since then we have eaten many, many times in their restaurants in Redmond, Tukwila and Issaquah - introducing multiple friends & colleagues to Thai food. For us it has been a standard for great and always superb Thai food.
When we have travelled, we have regularly landed at SeaTac and driven straight to Bai Tong. In other word, long term faithful costumers.
On June 30 we ordered online from their Capitol Hill restaurant Crispy Garlic Chicken and Pad Thai, two favorites that we have enjoyed many, many times. This time, however, our food was awful, barely edible, overpriced & cold. It tasted like it had been sitting on a counter for hours even though we picked it up some 25 minutes after ordering. Needless to say we were deeply disappointed.
We will eat at Bai Tong again but absolutely not in Capitol Hill.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Sep 7, 2024
The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is exceptional! The staff is incredibly kind and efficient, with our food arriving promptly after we ordered. The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting, with nicely arranged tables and decor that add to the overall vibe. The only minor downside is that the bathroom is located downstairs, which can be a bit inconvenient.

There are way too many Thai restaurants in Cap Hill, but Bai Tong really stands out as one with the best food, service, and ambiance.
I came here for the first time for a co-worker's birthday and the restaurant went ALL OUT for the celebration. They blasted happy birthday music, held up multiple happy birthday banner around our table, and popped a ton of confetti everywhere. It was such a fun experience and really made you feel like a main character.
Their food is also solid. Tofu pad see ew is my go-to thai comfort food and the one at Bai Tong did not disappoint. This place is more expensive than your average Thai restaurants, but for the good vibes and delicious food, I think it's totally worth it.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 47152128May 31, 2024
Very beautiful restaurant with very kind staff and great food!
I got the pad see ew with tofu with spice level 2. Since I got it with tofu, they asked if egg was okay or not too. It came out super hot and fresh! Noodles are on the softer side, veggies are fresh and theirs is saucier compared to other pad see ews. Their tofu seems to be more grilled than fried, I just wish they gave a bit more. Overall, a great and very flavorful dish!Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - 2844160May 18, 2024

I recently visited Bai Tong Thai Street Cafe, and it was definitely worth it! We tried the butter beer, a cocktail inspired by Harry Potter, and it was fantastic. It's an exact replica of the one from Disneyland but with a touch of vodka - absolutely perfect.
The crispy spring rolls were also amazing, perfectly cooked and delicious. We tried the cashew nut stir fry with veggies and chicken, which was good, but something was missing. It could have been better with a bit more flavor.
The red curry and Pad Thai were spot on, no complaints there. The service and ambiance were also good, making it a very good place overall.
This place is also great if you want to celebrate your friend's birthday. They play loud birthday music, and everyone starts to vibe to it, making it a fun experience, honestly. Overall, I'm definitely visiting this place again. Highly recommend!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
