Board and Drink

The food was incredibly savory and flavorful. We started with a couple of flat whites which were great, even if this had been only a specialty coffee shop. We also had the Bloody Mary, which were spicy and delicious enough to be a breakfast in themselves. For food we had the breakfast burrito and eggs Benedict. The sauces that came with the burrito were a perfect garlicky accompaniment to the amazing chorizo burrito where each bite was a delicious medley of classic breakfast foods -- including tater tots. The Benedict was an Instagram worthy feast for the eyes but more importantly a delight for one's taste buds. And get the tater tots.

Service was quick, precise, and pleasant.

Came here for brunch on a weekend and had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated, but the servers were very kind and attentive to us even while waiting!

We ordered an eggs benedict, bacon omelet, banana walnut pancakes, and berries french toast among the five of us and were able to finish everything with no leftovers to spare!

My favorite was the banana walnut pancakes because I LOVE pancakes but we all agreed that the French toast (which comes with a delicious homemade fruit butter) and omelet were great additions as well. The French toast was both fluffy and buttery so if you're big into breads, this is the dish for you! My sister did mention that the pancake was too rich for her taste, so I'd keep that in mind as well. The eggs benedict was a little bland to me with a high toast to protein ratio, so I ended up giving my share to someone else.

Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't take reservations, so you'll have to write your name down on the paper waiting list when you arrive. Also, the portions were decent but each dish is just enough for one person.

Great service, all the staff tag team to make sure everyone is taken care of.

Highlights:
They put a lot of intention into their menu, having ergonomic chairs, and even the ceramics where they serve the food is beautiful lol.
Food is exceptional.

Will definitely be back to try one of the boards - the presentation was insane (we watched them serve those around us). We got the fried banana French toast and the bacon breakfast burrito.

The bacon breakfast burrito was a crowd favorite with great balanced flavors and delicious avocado salsa verde: highly recommend!

Great new spot in the fisherman's wharf area. The tomato soup is thick, creamy, and full of flavor. It's a comfort food classic done right. The omelet follows suit - packed with a variety of meats and incredibly filling. Presentation was another highlight. The dishes are lightly seasoned allowing the natural flavors of the fresh ingredients to shine through, but they also provide salt and pepper on the table for those who prefer a bolder taste. This way, everyone can customize their meal to their own preferences.

There are only about 10 tables with a few more outside, so maybe not ideal for big groups. I also didn't see a full bar. Looked like the cocktails are made with a wine based vodka alternative, so if you're looking for something lighter on alcohol, they've got it here.

Soooo good! My good friend and I just finished working out and I was starving. I was craving a breakfast burrito and did a search and found them on Yelp. The pictures looked amazing so I suggested to stop by and grab something to go since my friend was running short on time. When we arrived, they were pretty busy and the waiter stated it would take awhile if we ordered to go. So, we decided to stay and eat. We were seated within 5 minutes and asked the waiter for recommendations. He recommended the french toast if we wanted something sweet and the shashuka if we were craving something savory.

We opted for two chai lattes, the french toast and breakfast burrito. The food arrived quickly and everything was absolutely delicious and the presentation is beautiful. The french toast was fluffy and just had the perfect amount of sweetness. I will definitely be back.

Came here for brunch with my girls on a Saturday and the wait was not long at all! We were seated and served within 30 mins which was amazing! The espresso martini was probably the best one I've ever had I to order another! Got the berries and cream French toast and was more than delighted. Will be coming back again it was the perfect place to meet with a friend the music and overall vibe was perfect.

They rebranded and reopened as Board and Drink around 5 months ago, and it's a hit! Great vibes and super nice business owners, and the food was delicious. My favorite part was the tater tots for sure, as well as the fruit! We got a big sweet board to share and it was definitely enough for a lot of people.

Honestly, I wanted to gatekeep this place...

My friend and I came here on a Sunday morning for brunch. We were sat down immediately as the place only had a dozen or so of customers. Because we were sat down near the windows, we had great lighting (although this place could use some more decoration). The table was larger than your normal two sitters, which I really appreciate. The servers were very attentive, making sure your needs are fully addressed. The two of us ordered the Solo Board and Savory Pancakes to share. The portion was enough for leftovers.

Savory Pancakes: GET IT (6/5)
Solo Board: Classic, but decent (4/5)

If anything, I feel like I will be returning for those savory pancakes again...

We came to Board and Drink on a Saturday around 11am and had a lovely experience overall. We definitely beat the lunch crowd. We opted to sit outside as we had a dog with our party and it was wonderful SF day.

My son ordered the berries brioche french toast, and it was a hit! It was a big portion! The berries were super fresh. He also got an orange juice. Freshly squeezed with some pulp, so refreshing on a warm day.

My friend didn't order food, but opted for a mimosa. Yum! Not too strong.

I ordered the classic eggs benedict with truffle parmesan tater tots and WOW!! If you get anything pls pls get the truffle parmesan tater tots. Crispy, and packed with flavor!

The staff were so nice and the food came out quick! Love that as you know eating with kids can be struggle while waiting for the food to come out. Will definitely come back again to try other things off the menu.
