Nice ambiance and great music. Didn't have bad experience like a lot of the common negative ones expressed in the reviews here.

It was a chill spot for young people . It was a vibe . It's a small place with a back area and a more front space . Two bars. The back area was really hot . But the front area was cool if you needed a break.

the place doesn't even deserve stars, DO NOT COME HERE my partner got jumped by they're security. Nobody helped or got held accountable which is still in the process. I see it's not the first time they've done this. Not only do they not follow protocol' but they have some of the weirdest men in this place with no respect.

Good music. 1 star for the reason I had a reserved table a week in advance, they stated no cover fee. Arrived on time as we were there for a surprise birthday. They charged all 10 folks we were with $20 each. Bouncers are rude. Said there is no such thing as a reservation, even after showing proof.
No problem paying but don't false advertise then have rude bouncers say a reservation doesn't exist there.
Be aware.

Just went here on Saturday night. We were at one of the tables in the back . My friend had changed her shoes and when the lights came on she was looking for them. She stood on the couch to search behind it and security told he she couldn't do that but offered to help her look for them . Then as she turned around , the rude owner (with the long hair) starting screaming and cussing her to get down . My friend was getting off the couch and floor was slippery that she fell hard. It hurt her so bad so it took her a minute to stand up, and he was still talking . Then we go outside and security is talking and taunting. From the beginning they were rude. I used to come here on Friday nights and the security team was so much better. Don't go here, so many other nice beautiful CLASSY places in the city. This place is trash now.

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. Any 5 to 4 start review you see they either pay for it or know the ppl. They're way better places then this one. NOT WORTH IT.

Put my name on the so called GUEST LIST so I could go in for free before 11. Which I don't even mind paying if there's no guest list. But having us wait 45min to get in. Only so we can pay is a joke. We got there at 10:30pm and got in-line, they were at least 10ppl in front of us. They were letting in ppl one at a time to kill the time. In 30min only like 8ppl went in. They had 3 security guard outside, just standing at the front door talking and laughing with each other not doing anything. But right after 11 they let everyone go in almost all at once. If you want money then why have a guest list?! Not professional at all.

When you do get in. You have to pay cash or Venmo them to a personal account. I thought this was a "BUSINESS". Shouldn't you guy have at least a business account for Venmo? Not even that. Lol

It used to be a cool place, but now they allow really random people. It's not South American vibes anymore. Three of my friends got their phones stolen in the same night, and then we found out like 10 more people got their phones stolen as well! That happens when they start letting really ghetto people in. They only go to cause trouble. You can tell it's not a nice and fun club anymore, but just a regular crowed club where you can't even dance tranquile because you can't even move plus you might get things stolen. Oh, in addition place was so disgusting. Bathrooms so gross and water spilled everywhere and it was super slippery. Glad nobody got hurt because it would be a nasty sue for them. BTW, drinks are also poor. They just taste like water and some of my friends said liquor must be a really cheap one.
Hope managers do something about bringing back the nice carbon.

Just a warning that I was roofied here Friday night. Of course this can happen anywhere, and I'm not blaming the bar for this whatsoever, but watch your drinks and be careful. I'm generally careful, but the place was extremely packed so I must've missed it. I can't find a manager's email, but if you're seeing this, check camera footage for Friday night between 11pm-1am, so you can avoid letting in people that drug other patron's drinks

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY! Ratchet, dirty club with people practically having sex on the dance floor.
I got my phone and credit cards stolen Saturday night 7/12/19. Same night my friend who was celebrating her birthday got her phone stolen. Same night also my cousin got her credit cards stolen.
Security and staff were NOT helpful and they don't even have a lost and found. They just ignored aid and brushed the issue off and just said oh well.
TERRIBLE establishment.

Save yourself the trip to bay st. Definitely "slowing down" the line to get you in past 11 so you have to pay the cover. We rsvpd and got in at 11:04p and we were told to pay the cover. Listen to the bad reviews!
