      We absolutely love Ergadoozy!
When you walk in, on the left is the welcome desk. If you hadn't been here before, they will explain everything to you! It's $12 for kids over the ages 1-12 and $3 for adults (ages 13+). If you have a crawler or an infant, it is also $3.
They also offer fun passes, which saves money in the long run if you plan to go often. 6 month pass for 1 child is $120 and a 12 month pass for 1 child is $220. 2 children for the 6 month pass is 170 and 2 children for the 12 month pass is $320 and so on. They have up to 4-6 kid packages and I'm sure they have more if you need it. They also have prepaid fun passes which is a punch card for $100. 10 punches allows you to bring 1 or more children at a time. Regular price for 10 entries is $150, so you're getting $50 off. 1 punch = 1 child and 1 adult entry. No expiration dates.
My 15 month old has loved this place since she was 8 months old. They have plenty of rooms and things to do.
      I definitely recommend it here.
It is mostly clean but certain areas could be maintained a little better.

brought my 4 yr old granddaughter to Ergadoozy today (6-26-24) at 12:30. at 12:45 two bus loads of students showed up and the placewent mad! my poor granddaughter was pushed and shoved on the climber by bigger kids playing a very rough game of tag. we left that area and she tried to play in the toddler area but more kids were walking up the slide and blocking the climber. there were about 15-20 kids in the bounce area -not safe. she tried the floor video game but then again got pushed out by big kids. we left at 1:10 very disappointed. wish we would have been warned when we arrived-so we wouldn't have wasted our monet!

Overall this is a great place for you and your kids to burn off some energy and have fun together. It's decently priced ($12/kid) and can easily spend an hour or more there. It's especially nice in this extreme heat!

The lady working the front was very friendly. However, I noticed she was the only person working in the building and for safety reasons it seems there should be at least one more - it would be helpful to have someone cleaning up toys and making sure things are neat for the kids too.

The jungle gym and slides are super fun - definitely where we spent the majority of the time. It seemed pretty clean too! The slides are seriously fast so some littles may need help.

The first area with toys and small kitchen and play equipment is pretty smelly. I had put off coming here because friends had told me it smelled like poop (literally) but decided to chance it and hope for the better. Nope, it does in fact smell like a poppy diaper through the building and especially the front. The front area also had toys in disarray and everything taken apart by the time we got there. Kids aren't interested when things are a mess everywhere and it's overwhelming so I definitely think they'd benefit from cleaning that area up hourly so all can enjoy.

Ergadoozy is a fantastic place to take your little ones. You get them out of the house, away from screens, and they're happy with the toys and exhibits there. The staff is always friendly. There's a great toy store in the building too. We're members and frequently visit!

A great spot to stop and kill time with little kids. Provides and indoor play place that has five levels of climbing, jumping and sliding fun.

Logistics: entrance has a gated play area complete with a farmer's market, kitchen, play tables, workshop...all things Melissa & Doug. As a bonus, there's a sectioned off spot for toddlers too. There's a huge mat jungle gym with slides and a train track underneath. A cool area but parents should be prepared for a lot of physical activity! I got smart after the first visit and stayed on the first two levels. Moving on there's plenty of party rooms, large retail area of items you see throughout the facility, and more plays areas! Puzzles, train table, trampoline, etc.

Overall, a great concept but don't think you can be a passive parent (unless you have relatively well mannered children). There's so much to do, some areas have the potential to be a little scary to me. Like kids too old for areas meant for small kids and the mat gym.

The bathrooms are super clean, no shoes allowed in children areas and socks required! The owners are very nice, I only recall Susan's name, and the staff very friendly. Thank you for providing alternatives for parents to get out and play!!

Very spacious indoor play center for kids. Multiple toddler areas, and an area for bigger kids. My 1.5 year old had a great time. With the overwhelming amount of toys & activities I have a hard time imagining the toys get sanitized daily or cleaned frequently enough. We've been to smaller indoor play areas like this and there are always employees walking around cleaning up throughout the day, or close off certain areas at certain times for cleaning. We were there for a few hours and only saw (3?) employees none of which were being very interactive. There was also a bin for "icky toys that need cleaned" which made me think the toys aren't cleaned regularly.

Lots of fun for kiddos to run and play, especially when it's too hot or cold outside. Great area for both toddlers and big kids.

Only took away a star because it's rather pricey at $10/kid

I took my 1.5 year old to Ergadoozy last week because he was antsy indoors. It was a week day so a day to pass was $10 and the center wasn't super busy. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I wish it was slightly less expensive for kids under 3 or 4 just because they really can't take advantage of the huge slides or ball room. There was still plenty for my son to play with just some limitations. I also think it would be nice if all of the items for purchase were segregated from all play areas. I had to walk my son through part of the store to get to a toddler section in the back. It's a great way to sell items but kind of a crappy thing to do to parents. That being said, their toys for sale are amazing and I will certainly take my business there next Christmas season. I love Melissa and Doug toys and Ergadoozy has the best selection of that brand that I've seen. I am so happy that we have this little gem in Springfield. I plan to support it just wish it was slightly more affordable.

      First to Review

I stopped here while passing through town because it was a rainy day so our outdoor activity wasn't possible. The price was very reasonable and adults are free which is fantastic!! We donned our socks and were off....
We started with the climbing structure. There were plenty of chairs for parents to sit in while children played. That was nice. The structure is quite large with about 3 levels and various slides. My son is just over 2 so I had to accompany him most trips and we never went past the first level, but there were plenty of kids using the whole thing.
There is a train underneath this with handle-pedal cars. These were pretty popular too, but either the other kids using them were ramming the cars ahead of there was no one in the other cars and you had to push them with your car because they were on the tracks. A nice set-up though.
We did also use the little kids area which me son also had a good time in. We were here for over 2 hours and in that time there were no less than 4 parties here of various sizes in that time. Clearly this is a well used establishment. The staff was nice and everything seemed quite clean.
Overall I thought this was a nice experience and I would return if we were in the area again.
