First off shout out to Chris! He is such an awesome guy! He was knowledgeable about the wine offerings, and it was great talking to him about music, various places we've been in the country and finding out we knew folks in similar areas!
The Barista Ink Cabernet that I tried, I would for sure recommend. (Cherry notes folks!) The mushroom flatbread is really good, and is something that would get my husband to tag along again.
Chris let us know that they have live music on Friday, maybe Saturday nights. Plus, we loved the little puppy treat station by the door. We regularly got to see the cute puppies getting to stop for a treat on their walks!
Give them a shot, I know I'll be back!

The perfect place for a Friday night treat! 100% recommend a visit to Grand Cru!

Service - I called at around 6PM to see if they had space for two. The lady who answered the phone said that they had open tables and offered to reserve us one without me even asking. So kind! Everyone who interacted with us was incredibly friendly and welcoming!

Ambiance - they pretty much only have tables that seat 4, but they're large enough if you need to grab another chair. The inside has a rustic and intimate vibe - feels like you're in a wine cellar!

      Drinks + Food -
Santa Julia Brut Rosé - filled to the brim! A delightful rosé that had the perfect balance between dry and sweet notes.
Seasonal Hummus - very fresh and homemade! Smoky and savory taste that pairs well with the crudité and lightly toasted/buttery baguette slices.
Cheese Flatbread - great cheese to sauce ratio. The flatbread had a herby/pesto seasoning on top which was delicious (although I wished it was more evenly spread out!)
Triple Chocolate Chip Brownie - A must order! The brownie was warm and served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce made from port wine. The brownie itself had a cinnamony flavor that was wonderful.

TL;DR - Definitely check out Grand Cru for a great selection of wines and tasty eats! Our favorites were the Santa Julia Brut Rosé and the Triple Chocolate Chip Brownie dessert!

I came in for the elite event this week and it was a nice surprise of conversation, wine education, and delicious treats! Chris the owner is a level 2 sommelier! Not being your biggest wine drinker on here he made it fun and engaging! He's very informative and very warm and inviting. The Grand Cru is a very nice and quiet place on the weekday to come to and relax after a long day of work! Come in on Fridays for live music!!!

Love the cute atmosphere here! Very friendly owner and overall lovely spot for a bite and drink or celebration. I tried the Santa Julia Brut Rose. It was delicious and refreshing. I liked how the basalmic and cheese complimented the mushroom flatbread. We also had the brownie with ice cream and I really enjoyed the strawberry drizzle on top.

Laura was friendly and helpful. I let her know what type of wine I usually like. She suggested I go with the Santa Julia Brut Rose from Mendoza, Argentina. I really enjoyed it and purchased a bottle. The mushroom flatbread was ok, but I wouldn't purchase it on my next visit. The sweetest wine they have at this time is Karl Josef Piesporter Michelsberg Riesling Kabinett from Mosel, Germany 2022. It was pretty good, but I wasn't a fan. I loved the comfortable atmosphere and the overall vibe of the establishment. Didn't try the Sandeman Porto Tawny 30 Years, but I was told it's the strongest bottle they have.

I went to this wine bar with friends who are regulars. This place is nice because they have a very extensive wine menu that is always changing so you never can get bored. The only downfall is that if you find something you like you gotta buy it while it's available.

I got a wine flight called the Tour of Italy, which has a dry white, dry rose and a dry red. I enjoyed all three, however it was the bottle we got that I loved so much! It's called Ammunition The Equalizer red blend . It was dynamic and beautiful.

We split the seasonal charcuterie board which was delicious. This board has some of the best prosciutto I've had in a while, and a chorizo that paired so well with the Ammunition wine. We even got a second board with just the prosciutto and chorizo.

Great ambiance and customer service. We had wine flights. Sadly we are before we came here so we didn't get to try the food but it looks amazing.

Wine bar and retail store. Place is spacious and can accommodate groups. Our server was very knowledgable and extremely friendly. He was able to make several recommendations that we liked. Pricing is reasonable and varies depending on the wine selection. They have by the glass or for bottle consumption in site. You are also able to buy for home consumption at a discounted price. We didn't not try they tapas or small plates but what was coming out of the kitchen looked enticing. Definitely a must try again if ever on the area.

Wine by the glass or bottle. For here or retail to go.

Had a very unpleasant experience here. Stopped by on a Friday night excited to try this place since they had live music playing.

The artist playing that night had a sweet dog sitting by her as she was singing so assuming they were dog friendly and I walked in with my small dog. Staff greeted me, I sat down, ordered wine and was served.

Midway through my glass of wine someone approached me asking for "documents" for my dog since they only allow service dogs. I'm perfectly understanding of this policy as a dog owner, however, this establishment should learn how to properly handle a service pet situation.

I would've loved to be made aware of their policy when I walked in or prior to being served. They basically kicked me out after having served me.

This was certainly Grand Cru bar on Magnolia.
