Lovely and vibrant spot for happy hour with the girlies!! Located in the lively neighborhood of Hayes Valley, it's always a nice time to walk around after too.
We enjoyed the flatbread and handrolls, great options for anything from a quick bite to a full meal. They have a pretty solid happy hour, along with a large cocktail pitcher deal, great for groups (that's served in a cute vintage looking fishbowl). Loved the flavor of the drinks here and honestly they are also pretty strong. Service was friendly and efficient.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 8102351Aug 27, 2024
Hazie's has some prime real estate within Hayes Valley, but unfortunately the food price-value ratio is not necessarily up to par!
We came for brunch on Sunday, and ordered an avocado toast with lox, granola bowl and side of potatoes, and a croque madame. Each of the brunch items was about ~$24 pre-tax and tip, which I thought was a bit pricey for what we got. The vibe and service itself was nice, but I would pass on coming here a second time.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1 - Sep 6, 2024
This is a really lovely new restaurant is Hayes valley in sf, with decent prices for a slightly more upscale experience. I had the open face Rueben with a salad. Whatever the dressing on the salad was, I enjoyed it, and the Rueben was a little messy to eat but very delicious.

Came here at 1pm on a Saturday and it was quite busy. Very nice ambiance inside and well decorated. Got seated within 5 minutes. It's airy and bright inside, with a view overlooking Patricia Greens.
They also have a unique drink menu.
I ordered crispy chicken salad which was delicious, they do not skimp on the chicken, the salad had mandarins, peanuts, crispy wonton, and a tasty dressing that had vinegarette taste. It was $22 but I think well worth it and would definitely get it again.
My boyfriend got the brisket sandwich, and it was good, but a little bit dry. It needed more aioli for sure. The fries were average.
Service was pretty fast as well, if I was in the area again, I'd come back.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jun 13, 2024
Came on a Sunday afternoon for brunch with my husband! I've driven by a number of times and finally decided to give it a try. We had a reservation so we were seated right away. The the modern decor and numerous windows make the place feel really open and airy. The food is also great.
We ordered:
- Latkes: crispy and delicious, the fresh dill was a nice addition to the house-made apple sauce and creme fraiche
- Crab & Rockshrimp Cake Benedict: the crab and shrimp cakes were well made and full of both shrimp and crab, the egg was perfectly poached, the hollandaise was rich and the tomato salsa added a touch of acidity which lightened everything up. The downside is this Benedict didn't come with an english muffin (or bread of any kind), so although it tasted good it always felt like each bite was missing something. To make up for this, I ordered a side of toast.
- Pastrami Hash & Eggs: hearty serving, savory/salty chunks of pastrami, roasted veggies and potatoes, all topped in sour cream and salsa. No complaints.
- Cocktails: well made, ordered two more lol
Def give them a try if you're in the area.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

Erica, thank you for the kind words, you made my day! I'm thrilled you enjoyed your brunch at Hazie's. Most chef's would rather do almost anything than cook brunch but I love it! Especially for people like you! Peace!-Chef Joey

A comfy, casual atmosphere to bring small and large parties for a regular meal or a special occasion in the heart of Hayes. Multiple seating options to choose from: bar, high top tables, main floor dining tables, and banquettes suitable for all.
Many drinks to select from as well, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Most importantly, food was excellent. Unique dishes, fresh ingredients, and large shareable portions. We all left very satisfied with our dinner and are excited to return for brunch.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Sheila P.San Francisco, CA2341Sep 9, 2024
Went here a week ago for brunch with family. We were late, however the servers were very kind and seated us right away. My daughter got the Avo toast with a fried egg, this was okay. The huevos rancheros that I got were decent, the latkes were not good and the bagel with lox was also mid. The servers were super attentive and it is in a great location. Please improve your food.

My boyfriend and I are going on a self directed burger tour of SF and the greater Bay Area. We started with ABV (see previous review) and Lou's Luncheonette in Sonoma (sadly no previous review but an S tier burger, so so so good).
We arrived at Hazie's thinking it would be a different place I had been to years ago where I loved the burger. It was not, but we already made the reservation.
Ambiance and drinks made me feel pretty cool, I got something with mezcal that came in a cute little glass and I drank the whole thing in about two sips. Service on a random Wednesday night was was kind of mid and inattentive, but to be fair I've worked in restaurants when it's slow and shit kinda falls through the cracks.
We both got the burger and fries, and it tasted like how a $24 burger and fries would taste in SF. "It wasn't quite a fancy burger, but felt more like an elevated diner burger," says my boyfriend. Good enough for the price where I'm not mad about it.
On to the next!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
