Easy, prompt communication. Very reasonable pricing. There was an unexpected issue on my end which made the service more difficult, but Serhii was very accommodating and went out of his way to help get the issue fixed. I've been using a Kwikset smart door lock for almost half a year. Until today, I had zero issues. My pin didn't register and my key was left inside the room. My husband called Kwikset but they were no help at all. We're both dreading the need to break the lock, or the door. Luckily, my husband found LYT.

Serhii has helped me three times and he is an honest gentleman. He helped me install a smart lock and provided multiple keys. He helped me rekey my back door and my gates. He helped my mother understand what keys go where and even returned when she could not figure out how the key worked for the back door.
