Delicious appetizers -we had the pork belly on toast. Salads with unique with cranberry drawing. Fabulous short ribs and the rolls with rosemary lemon butter and were delicious. Great sides and beef dishes. The creamsicle crème brûlée was delicious!

Food and service were excellent. But so expensive that I will not be going back.

If you have an unlimited budget I would highly recommend.

The restaurant is nice and upscale with great service, the food is amazing, we are from out of town so it was a bit of a roll of the dice but it was well worth the gamble, highly recommend if you're looking for something different than the typical restaurant!!!

This restaurant was always one of our favorites. Tonight was really off. They were out of Tito's vodka, no Pinot Noir of any kind or a Cabernet that we requested! We order drinks and an appetizer (there were 4 of us). One drink came out and probably 15 minutes later the rest of us got our cocktails. The appetizer arrived before the rest of us received our drinks. We ordered lobster corn dogs for the appetizer. Three of them were 20$. They were not great.
Our waiter didn't even mention there was a special Mahi tonight. We overheard another server telling her table about it and we had already ordered. Salmon was cold, meatloaf cupcakes were served without the mushroom gravy as described.
Server didn't even mention dessert. Just wanted to know how to bring the bill. One of the four of us really liked their meal, that was the chicken dish. Definitely not what it used to be

My husband and I stopped by this place after googling good eats in Springfield, while attending a graduation at the IL State police Academy. It's just minutes away from the IL Dept. of Corrections Academy. The food was really good! The soups are rich in flavor. The cream of Mushroom was my favorite! DELICIOUS!!! The crap cake sandwich was so good. The crispy crust made it that much better and or course I had to pair it with the Parmesan fries. The ambiance is really nice and cozy! The service was definitely superb! They make you feel like family and they are very attentive. Great service is what made me write this review and the the women's restroom! You'll have to come see that for yourself. But I do want them to know it is much appreciated!Lou owes me nothing! I'm leaving here satisfied and happy. Great team work by all!

They're closed - no longer in business. Was very sudden and surprising. It's to bad as they were a nice place to dine.

My friends and I each ordered a chef's special a couple weekends ago which featured in a bell pepper risotto, cauliflower, lamb lollipop's, and a filet. Everything was delectable and the steak cut like butter. It's worth every penny. Our server was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and he gave us great recommendations. The GM or owner came by a few times to tell us about the special prickly pear tequila made with the margarita I ordered. Then she offered to take a picture of our group because she noticed we were struggling. The hospitality did not go unnoticed. The atmosphere was so inviting and I can't wait to go back.

Quaint little place in downtown. Beautiful decor and good service. Their crab cake bites were delicious. Good crab burger. Chicken dish failed to impress. Overall cute cozy place for dinner!

I completely forgot about doing this review (visited in November '21) and this meal was actually one of my top three of last year.

I was with my wife and another couple right before Thanksgiving and the autumnal specials were in full swing. The vegetable and rice soup I had was amazing but the pan seared sea bass was to die for. To find a restaurant in Springfield that can actually pull off Risotto is amazing to me - highlight of the night for this die hard Chef Ramsay fan!

The ambiance was clean and professional, bathrooms were immaculate and our server was wonderful. A tad pricey but you can easily forget about the cost when you have an all around spectacular evening over food and drinks with friends!
