I'm so happy I called Marios Locksmith. I needed to install smart locks on both my front and back doors. Mario and his daughter was kind enough to come by on a Saturday and was right on time.

They were detail oriented, which I really appreciated. My front door is a bit sticky and they spent the time to problem shoot it without me asking. It was really considerate of them.

I needed a car key duplicated and reach out via Yelp. Prompt in responding, letting me know whether the service was available for the specific key and gave me a reasonable quote before we proceeded.

Entire process from consulting to getting my key only took two days! Highly recommend!!

I thought I would do this "easy" DIY project. We have french doors onto a deck and the previous owner had used a really janky handle set that kept threatening to fall apart.

So we bought a fancy new set of handles and started taking the old hardware apart. Somehow I managed to wedge all the hardware in weird angles, to the point where the handle wouldn't work, the lock wouldn't turn, nothing. Had to sleep with the door open.

Mario gave me a quote and agreed to stop by almost immediately. Over the next hour, he and his daughter disassembled all my mistakes, explained what I had done wrong, and fixed everything up. Then they went above and beyond, adjusting the hinges to straighten the door out, oiling everything, and meticulously cleaning everything up. All around great experience!

Since it went so well, and they had time for another project, I had them replace a deadbolt on an alleyway door. Turned out to be way more difficult than it appeared, since the door was so thick. They had to fabricate some new parts to make the lock work. But they stuck with it and now, finally, the door works great.

Very, very pleased with how patient and thorough they were. And how they never made me feel bad about myself for how incompetent I am as a homeowner.
