Hired Ontrack last minute after the movers I had scheduled failed to provide proof of insurance required by my building. Ontrack fit me in last minute (less than 1 week notice) and dispatch was very professional, well versed in SF condo building insurance requirements, and extremely responsive with the documentation my building required.

Scheduled an 8am-10am arrival window, movers arrived just after 8am ready to go. Wrapped all of our furniture with care, called out specific materials (like my marble tabletop and lamps) that would be extremely fragile - wrapping and labelling as such - they clearly knew what to be extra careful with though they were careful with everything.

Arrived at new building, unloaded ~10% of our belongings and then we realize the ELEVATOR HAS STOPPED WORKING (no fault of the movers - a freak occurrence due to a recurring faulty part, we learned afterwards). This was a 7th floor move-in. No idea if and when elevator repairperson will come (it's a Saturday afternoon) and what the timetable looks like for repair.

Mildly freaking out, I call dispatch at Ontrack (Sam) 5 minutes before their office closes for the day. He stays 30 min overtime on a Saturday and finds 3 extra guys last minute to send over to help us (we had 2 to begin with). He lets me know the group of 5 will start lugging our items up the stairs to FLOOR SEVEN until the elevator is fixed OR until all of our belongings have made it up to our condo. Though they also gave me the option of storing our belongings overnight in the truck, Ontrack was willing to do everything possible to get the job done that day. The movers were extremely professional, started trekking dressers, sectional pieces, boxes up the stairs with no complaints despite the fact that no one signed up for a 7th floor stairs-only move-in.

Above and beyond service and care from dispatch and the movers themselves. We are so appreciative and will be a lifelong customer - thank you again Sam (dispatch), Movers Sam & Carlos and rest of the team who came out at a moment's notice on a Saturday afternoon to help us out!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! We hadn't moved in 22 years and from beginning to end OnTrack was terrific! Dylan and Leo in booking were professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. The 3 teams we used for each of the 3 moves we made this summer were careful and efficient. Mariela in Accounting was proficient and accurate.

We moved our 3Bd/2Ba home into storage for 3 months. We had packed everything ourselves but the OnTrack team finished the job with wardrobe boxes and heavy duty plastic wrap and blankets for the furniture. Several pieces were vintage and required extra care. No problem. The workers packed and wrapped with skill and obvious experience. After everything was moved and stored in OnTrack's very affordable vaults in Hayward we received timely billing.

Next, we had some outdoor heavy cast cement pieces which also had to be moved into storage after we finally were able to arrange with our building for them to be picked up. Again, no problem for OnTrack. Everything was packed with great care and expertise and then stored.

Three months later, OnTrack was easily scheduled for our final move. They delivered all our belongings in a timely manner. We also used their disposal service for several mattresses and chairs. That was extremely convenient and well priced! Even with all these different moves the company was right there with us with courtesy, no damage and efficiency. These 3 moves were handled quickly, efficiently, capably and skillfully. And given the complexity I was extremely happy with the price as it was 1/3 what the other 2 movers I contacted quoted me. OnTrack is a superbly run company and I can't imagine using anyone else now.

Ontrack got it done! When I made the arrangements, the gentleman I spoke with was very thorough in disclosing everything I needed to know. I knew going in the estimate was low because I knew how long it would take them to drive between old and new location, so I factored that in and it ended up being about what I expected. They followed up with me via e-mail and text in the days before the move.

This morning, my crew of two showed up promptly at 8 AM, we were rolling in under two hours, and unloaded a little before 1 PM. They were careful with my things, very courteous and professional I could not have asked for a better experience.

Can't say enough good things about Ontrack. The booking process was easy. They sent someone for an in-person estimate and detailed out all the expenses ahead of time so I felt comfortable there wouldn't be surprise charges. They sent reminders ahead of the day of the move and the day of letting me know the movers were on the way. The 4 movers (Leonel, Carlos, Domingo and Frank) were very courteous and professional. They handled everything with care and were so efficient they actually came in under the estimated hours. Definitely worth the price- much easier and ultimately less expensive for me than one of those do-it- yourself pod services. I highly recommend.

Ontrack was able to get us last minute insurance papers needed for our move very quickly the day before and the movers were very thorough and careful. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I hired Ontrack for a two-bedroom apartment move from San Leandro to Oakland. From the moment I received a quote I knew I was dealing with an extraordinary company. They were so patient with my move date requests and made sure I fully understood the quote. The best part came with the day of the move. My team of movers, including Jorge Gonzalez, Eduardo and Jose, were a dream. Not only were they super careful with our property, wrapping and protecting everything, but they were super quick and efficient. I didn't get to see how everything ended up in the truck, but my husband said they know exactly what they were doing because everything was packed in perfectly. From breaking everything down to setting everything back up, they were a huge part in us being 90% set up by the end of the moving day. I couldn't recommend Ontrack enough. Were they the cheapest quote I received? No. But with the incredible service we received, we were all too happy with paying what was due.

Wow. We underestimated how long it would take us to pack up and move our home of nearly 6 years, and I am so glad Ontrack Moving was able to accommodate our last minute booking! Cesar, Arturo, Maximo, and Domingo were on time, professional, efficient, STRONG, and so kind, especially since our large dog insisted on supervising the whole move. :) We would absolutely hire them again!

Even though we tried to pack all our things ahead of time, we were far from being done by the time moving day arrived. Cesar and his team worked quickly to help finish packing our house -- they handled everything with care and worked quickly! They were all clear communicators throughout the day and really hustled to get us packed up and moved in the shortest time frame possible.

Over the years we accumulated so much and were running out of time to properly dispose of/donate things we no longer needed. Ontrack was able to provide an additional service (again at the last minute) at such a reasonable price! Miguel and Luis came by during the move to quickly gather up everything else we weren't taking and it was a breeze.

This was my second time using Ontrack for my tricky move (my apartment has a very narrow staircase, so things have to go in/out a second story window). Leonel, Carlos, Domingo, and Eduardo did a fantastic job safely moving everything. They were really really fast, thorough, and careful with my fragile items. They also made sure I was happy with how everything was arranged before leaving. I'd highly recommend Ontrack and would use them again.

They provided great service and were able to complete the job of moving 2B2B in under 5 hrs with a crew of 3 (over 20+ XL Home Depot boxes) They were able to safely pack the heavy furniture (dresser, office table, bookshelves) with heavy padding, and pretty much successfully unloaded at the appropriate location with no fuss. They also helped in disassembling and reassembling the bed and tightly packing the mattresses. They were prompt on time and are value for money !

Leo and crew were simply outstanding - so professional, so warm, extremely hard working. The packing was immaculate - and everything was responsibly done on time without absolutely any issues. We had a massive move and we couldn't be more grateful!

Great experience with Ontrack moving. Johnathan and Victor were on time, helpful, and efficient movers. They had all the tools and materials necessary to perform a clean move. Would recommend and use again!
