Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen

Jacob was amazing Sunday night. I couldn't say anything bad about our experience!! The food was spectacular and Jacob was so knowledgeable and accommodating.

I was surprised how the female servers were wearing such horrible uniforms just like the men. Get with the program yall.

Pappadeaux is well renowned for their food, service and ambiance. There is a full service bar with a variety of beverages. We started with a Caesar salad with bacon bits. We ordered the crispy, fried shrimp; crispy fried catfish and seafood gumbo. Everything was delicious. I would recommend Pappadeaux to a friend!

I was in Fort Worth for a conference. I haven't been to Pappadeaux in a long time. A group of us came here for a birthday dinner. I think we were all so hungry that I only was able to get a picture of my dish. I ordered the Texas Redfish Pontchartrain and it was so good. The crab and shrimp on top was very tasty. The redfish was flaky and super tender. And whatever lemony cream sauce they put on top is amazing and really pulled the dish together. It came with a side of red rice, which was also good. Not only do you come to Pappadeaux for their seafood but you also come for their amazing service. Great times, great food, great service!

Always hit the spot, always good, never fails me. Everything is good. The dirty rice smacks every time. I love the Mississippi blacked catfish is my favorite entree, service is good, the strawberry lemonade is good but they put way too much ice, and then refill cost extra too. Wish it was free cause fancy place but guess not, still make monies. The free bread good, the pasta mardi gras is delicious. The seafood fondue comes with garlic bread super good appetizer! Overall 5/5!

Food-
My friends food came out cold, our bartender put in a new order for her without any hesitation. Which we appreciated.
Once that was addressed everything tasted great as usual.

Service-
Servers were nice and attentive.

Ambiance- Loud as usual, but not in a rowdy way, just everyone socializing and enjoying their dinner company.
Clean and orderly.

Did you know Happy Hour has returned?
Will have to drop by some day and catch it. Wish their were more than one mixed drink option, but glad it's back none the less as there are good food items listed on the menu.

Great visit to Pappadeaux!

We stopped in for an early dinner this week. I was feeling a bit off, so I didn't want a big dinner. My companions each ordered a full meal.

Our server was Carmella and let me tell you, she was such a peach. Very helpful, very caring.

Bread was brought and drink orders were taken promptly.

I ordered a dinner salad and bowl of gumbo. Carmella had a dressing suggestion that was great (Greek Vinaigrette and Creamy Italian - great combo). Both my salad and gumbo were excellent.

My companions ordered a Red Snapper dinner special and a Salmon dinner special. I tried both and they were delish!

Of course, we'll be back and maybe to this same location.

Pappadeaux restaurant has always been at the top of my list of favorite places the food is always good The service is always excellent and the ambiance is always a pleasure

Not sure why I've never eaten at this location before. In Ft Worth for a concert at Dickies Arena And thought seafood would be nice.

As anyone who knows anything about the Papa's Brothers chain of restaurants, an almost guaranteed delicious meal waits inside. That promise was delivered with predictable, quantity, quality and service tonight.

My go to Redfish Pontchartrain was sublime as usual. The grandsons Chilean Sea bass with lobster leek sauce was off the chain awesome.

Don't hesitate when in Ft Worth to just...

My first time here. Really great seafood. I came for lunch I got the ginger glazed salmon, best salmon I've had in a while

Craving oysters on the half shell....

Arrived and greeted by a nice waiter and and a waitress in training. Learned they didn't have oysters today. Frustrated we opted to leave but wanted to share the concern with management. Interesting enough, all of a sudden they had Oysters.

The Manager, who indicated she was the GM explained they did have oysters but had some sort of "condescending eye rolling attitude". I explained we were leaving and asked for a card. She responded that I could speak with a GM. He arrived, didn't get his name but was super professional and sincerely apologized. Offered us "free oysters". Appreciated the gesture but my sister had already went outside and we opted to dine else where.

Here lately service has gotten to an all time low. Prices have gone up and I expect more from a Papadeaux. It should be noted this particular restaurant wasn't busy.

Today, 12/12/23

Craving Shrimp..arrived and was seated promptly. Created by a waiter that was loud. Extremely loud. Enquired about the shrimp as the menu indicated sm and medium and I didn't want "popcorn shrimp". The waiter struggled but indicated they were now smaller but you got more, like one more. SMH.

Spoke to the manager, Tristin. Nice and professional and echoed what the waiter had explained. He indicated he didn't have any control over the menu.

We left...again. Won't be back. Fort Worth deserves a better seafood restaurant.
