Pool Table Pros

We were in the process of moving and found this company to help move our pool table to our new home. Reached out to them and they gave us quote over the phone and set-up day to move our pool table plus replace the felt. They did an incredible job and I didn't realize home crappy a job the Costco crew did when they delivered the table. I would highly recommend these guys and we are very happy with the new look of our table.

Chris team just left and we are happy with the outcome. Very professional team. We had an issue with the timing of the delivery of the new felt but got resolved immediately. Our requirement is move our current pool table from one room to another room.

The guys came in, started with discussing on what will happen, recommended some stuff. We had something in mind so we told them and they listened to us and recommended some options. They explained about the felt. They also explained how they will have something on the foot that will prevent our hardwood from getting scratched. That we don't need to use the one that we bought because they always have one that they use.

The job started quickly with the dissemble. Then they move the base to where we wanted it to be. Before putting in the slate they called us and explained to us the position of the table. They showed us measurements, etc and explained why they positioned it that way, for playability. Then they asked us if we want to move it to center in our chandelier. With their explanations we were able to come with a decision on how to position the table. Then they continued their work and called us again after the table was leveled. This time they gave us time to decide if we are going to replace then felt or not. They helped us lay down the felt that they brought and put the sides temporarily so we can see how it looked like. Then waited for us to decide. After our decision to have a 2 tone they continued their work.

Total time is around 2hours. Paid and they explained the warranty. Right now we're very happy. It's a good thing we had Pooltablepros just a phone call away, otherwise my table goes to CL. Yay!

I contacted Pool Table Pros and begged for a next day delivery/install to move my pool table from my old home several hours away to my new home (borderline outrageous request). Chris was kind enough to not laugh at me, instead he professionally asked that I allow him a couple of hours to work on it and get back to me. Sure enough, Chris somehow fit me in. Lino & Juan arrived at my prior home with smiles (I think haha, as they were wearing masks and respectful of Covid distancing) and a professional can-do attitude. They were seemingly very experienced experts on disassembling and moving my beloved pool table and supplies. Every time there was a minor hiccup, they took care of it without issue or extra charge. They arrived at my new home, not stopping for lunch or seemingly gas as they almost beat me back! I was genuinely impressed not just with their attention to detail, but how generously polite they were with me. I asked them to move the pool table three times to two separate rooms before I felt we found the right spot (not a fun customer request) and they were keen to make the experience a positive one for me. They left after modeling the various billiard supplies I had and after attentively cleaning the area. WOW! What an incredible company Pool Table Pros must be, every step of the way I was met with an expert that cared about my experience. Impressive!

I moved in October from San Ramon to Lodi. Chris the owner was a HUGE help in this. I was so stressed about making sure my husbands pool table was moved with care & I couldnt have been happier with the service Chris provided for me. He came out personally and insured that everything was carefully done & that my table was installed perfectly & level. I had him change the felt so it could match the new decor of my home. I also had him put new rubber on the rails since it was already all apart & let me tell you... it couldnt be more beautiful. Greatful for the Pool Table Pros & I will forever recommend them to anybody who is looking for a relocation, refelt,or rebumper because the professionalism & consideration for my property was outstanding!!!!!

I bought a pool table 30 miles away and needed it moved quick. These guys fit me into their schedule and got it moved to my place very professionally. They also re-felted it and it looks fantastic. I would use these folks again.

I needed a pool table disassembled for one of my clients in Walnut Creek. My client was not able to be present during the move so finding someone reliable and trustworthy was paramount. I entrusted this task to Pool Table Pros based on my research and the good ratings. Chris was very informative on the phone and helpful in setting up a date and time that worked for both parties. On the agreed date I received a courtesy call with an updated arrival time. Two uniformed men driving a company van arrived on time and proceeded to disassemble the table. They organized all the small pieces into nicely packed box and also crated all 3 slates to ensure a safe transportation. Very professional, reasonable priced and excellent service. I will be recommending this company. Thumbs up!.

From the first call I felt i had the right place. I went online to see how much it would be to install new felt and bumpers and new felt. After researching the cost of a kit was about $250 for materials.I payed $495 for everything including leveling,plus cutting the angles for the bumpers looked a little challenging. Carl and Erwin were the crew that came out. Very nice men, I asked them a lot of questions, since I had the interest in using a do it your self kit,they readily gave me information and I was impressed with the their on the bumpers and rails, and also the felt work . Chris allowed me to use Pay Pal for my purchase,I felt that Chris really earned my by his excellent customer service. World use them again, most definitively.

I decided to surprise my boyfriend with a pool table for his birthday.
I know nothing about pool tables so after some research I found Pool Table Pros. I found an old table online and bought it. The next day I called and spoke with Debbie who was very helpful in setting up the appointment. So glad they could work with my crazy schedule. The guys showed up on time and moved the table from Pleasanton to Manteca. Then once at my house I learned I bought a piece of junk. The owner Chris explained how they would fix it step by step and when done it looked AMAZING! Needless to say my boyfriend and I are extremely happy and will only use these guys!
