Just had the guys from Premier save the day again !! They got here quick. They fixed the problem quick ! They checked their work. They charged a fair price. And they were as friendly and courteous as ever.

Excellent service in every way: prompt response to my phone call, clear communication about the lock on my building front gate, clear description of charging policy, easy scheduling of appt, arrival on time, professional manner, clearly competent--able to assess the problem and repair. I felt comfortable with his presence and approach. I highly recommend Elliot and Matt.
I have had several poor experiences with locksmiths and feel very fortunate to have found Premier.

After finding it impossible to get our key in the ignition of our car, we contacted several locksmiths. Each one said they couldn't come for at least 4 hours and all of them promised to charge anywhere from $300 to $700 for the job!

Locks on the house were original to the home built in the early 1900s. Elliot was able to rekey the locks while keeping the original charm of the hardware. Top shelf service and quality workmanship.

Following a stressful event involving the loss of our house keys, I contacted elliot at the suggestion of a close friend. As advertised, Elliot was professional, helpful, informative and polite. He assessed my situation and arrived promptly to tackle the job.
Elliot was masterful with his craft and finished the rekeying of 4 doors with minimal effort and at a very affordable price.

Our HOA hired Premier to repair locks and upgrade general building security after a break-in. We evaluated four vendors and Premier stood out for efficiency, competency, responsiveness, and very fair pricing. Premier requested photos of the doors/locks to be repaired and provided estimates based on the photos that proved to be spot-on. Premier prioritizes efficiency in communication and process - i.e., texting - but the response time was rapid and I think that mode of efficient communication lends to its very fair pricing (i.e., lower business overhead costs). I interacted across multiple vendors in our selection process and Premier consistently presented with professionalism, expertise (and a point of view), a solutions-orientation, and a willingness to educate the consumer that I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend.

After sitting in my grandparents garage since 1991, my family finally gave me the 1973 VW Super Beetle that I've been wanting to work on as a restoration project...but they couldn't find the key!!

Called around and all the locksmiths had about the same rate, but Premier said they'd give me a $20 discount. They were also referred to me by Mike's locksmith. Made the appt this morning. He came by within his scheduled appt window, was quick, and knew what he was doing. Elliot was pleasant and even helped us pop off the gas cap since we had no key for it either (different key from the car).

My husband left for a trip across the country and our baby's gear was locked inside of his car. I was about to leave for a trip with our little one too, so I was in a panic.

I sent out some quote requests and Elliott, the owner of Premier Locksmith, responded right away with what they charge, but also saying that I could get help with this from AAA for free (duh, I forgot in my panic). No one else responded with that suggestion!

I appreciate any business (+ business owners) that exists to actually prioritize their customers' needs, especially during hard times like these. Thank you, Elliott!

I read the low ratings that had a common theme of being impolite. Upon my first call, I could understand the impression because he was terse. After a few exchanges, however, it was obvious that Elliott was just being very efficient with his time. He was extremely helpful and responsive. My existing lock was a less common high-security devise that would be difficult to breach from the outside, but he knew it well and provided very helpful advice and alternatives solutions. We exchanged quite a number of texts and he always "immediately" (meaning right away) responded. Elliott was a knowledgeable and helpful professional. Just realize he's quite busy and is being efficient with his time.

We wanted to change the function on our front door lock (to avoid locking ourselves out), and also install a new deadbolt on our garage-to-house door. Elliott wrote me a very detailed email explaining all the options and costs. After a few back-and-forth emails, we hopped on the phone and he gave me some great advice on which brand of deadbolt to buy, to ensure the keys can be keyed alike. I appreciate the time he spent with me before I even gave him the job.

Matt came to do the install and did a great job. He warned me in advance that removing and re-installing the locks might chip the paint on the doors, but he did such a careful job that everything looked flawless!
