I cannot describe how happy I am with pros movers! From the very beginning till the end everything was smooth and painless.

The movers were extremely professional and efficient and very courteous. Artur, Mark and Dimerty are my best movers and the team! They wrapped all our furniture with pads and plastic. At the end I couldn't find even a single scratch at the furniture.

I would recommend pros movers to anyone who is looking for a moving company with respect!

We had a very amazing experience with Jonathan and his team. They performed a very timely and painless move ( we waited last minute to request a moving schedule and they arrived next day)

They packaged furniture and wrapped it professionally. I didn't see them stop once and certainly felt comfortable with their service (very professional) I only felt very bad that I didn't help but certainly appreciate them and their professionalism.

I very much recommend them and you'll not regret this service. If it's an option ask for Jonathan's team as they're great!

These guys are great!

We had a group of 5 guys (Mark, George, & Stephan) do our huge house move. We have some pretty heavy furniture, including a piano and Italian bookshelf. They did 2 truck trips and only took a 15 min break. They were thorough and gentle with all of our belongings, and reassembled everything. They came i a few hundred dollars under estimate. Frank even did a follow up call and email 24 hours later to make sure everything went well and that we didn't discover any issues.
They are the real deal, no amateur hour here!

Literally made moving easy. This is the best moving experience I've ever had. Constantine was super nice and very efficient. His helpers at both locations were also great, Vlad and a younger man. I did a long distance move, they were able to quote me a flat fee, were super responsive via email. And answered every question I had. Constantine and vlad were able to move my three seater couch from my 2nd floor to my first floor, by hoisting it over railings and carefully lowering it down. All my stuff was handled with care and nothing broke. Highly recommend!!!

This service was great! Jeff and his gang were phenomenal! They moved everything meticulously and timely. They were able to take on my multiple request of moving items to two different locations! All in all, it took about 5 hours to move everything. The price wasn't too bad - a bit expensive, but for what they did it was totally worth it. They disassembled and reassembled everything and moved them to the spots that I asked.

I cannot say enough about what a positive experience this was. I have moved five times in the last eight years, and this was by far, the smoothest move that I have had. From the easy estimate process, which included a zoom meeting with one of the team and we went around the house and showed them everything that would be moved and which things I would move on my own.
This company offers you an estimate that will not go above the quoted price. Everything is clear and they are very transparent about that the estimate includes.... NO SURPRISE CHARGES! This is not something you get very often.
In addition, they told me that about half of the people that use their service end up with a final price under the estimate, even if by a little. This was the case for me.
It could not have been more helpful, given that the day after the move, I found out I needed new tires. The money I saved on the move covered half the cost of the tires.

The team sent for movers and they were very pleasant and very helpful. I felt comfortable with all of them in the house as a single woman. Compared to my last move where the two movers smelled horribly of cigarette smoke and made me incredibly uncomfortable.

Well I really hope that there is no move in my near future, I can unequivocally recommend Pure Movers to anyone who is looking for a professional, responsible, fair moving company.

When we arrived at my destination my father gave them a taped off area where everything must fit and they did it perfectly!!

Frank reached out to me individually to chat about the moving experience i had. I appreciated that he listened to my experience and accepted accountability for his team.

He said that the team should have done a proper estimate of the space to ensure we would have gotten the right sized truck. In addition, our team of movers were apparently on a large move the day before and we should have gotten a team that was a little more refreshed. Either way, he took accountability for the shortcomings and offered his sincere apologies.

I could tell that Frank's passion was ensuring that his customers felt heard and happy with their experience. Based on what I heard, my negative experience was not the norm. Other positive Yelp reviews seem to support this and I'm glad this is the case.

Frank said that I could reach out to him directly for my next move and he will hand select the movers for me. He'll ensure that his team will knock it out of the park for myself or anyone I send his way in the future. While my personal experience with Pure Movers was a little disjointed this time, I'd be open to give them another try in the future. :)

Positive:
- Customer service was great! Nick was responsive and super pleasant to talk with.
- Loved that the team was responsive via email and text (though they did not pick up when I called, but Nick quickly called me back)
- Yelp deal was nice (maybe note that you can only buy 1 - it looks like you can purchase up to 49, but the movers said only 1 can be applied)
- Things were nicely wrapped by the movers

Negative:
- The truck the movers brought was too small. I felt that so much time was spent playing tetris to see how to get things to fit (expensive because we also had to pay for that time)
- They should have also packed the large items leaving the smaller boxes for later, but they did the boxes first and struggled to fit the bed and other furniture after.
- Not all the furniture was brought over, we have to rent a U-Haul to complete the move at a later date. Because they left the bedframe of the guest bed in our apartment, they couldn't set up the guest bed - so we also had to do that on our own.
- They scuffed our flooring in the new house in a few rooms
- Some of the workers didn't speak English well, so some of the boxes ended up in the wrong rooms which was difficult because we couldn't find them or unpack them in the room they were meant for.
- The main person kept saying how crazy it costs to hire movers and how he would never spend that much moving, so it made me feel awkward since I was paying the amount for them to move for me.

Overall: The experience was a little disjointed. I loved the customer service from the scheduling standpoint and interaction before and after the move. The actual move was not what I expected and not exactly a positive experience. I sent them this feedback and they said they would follow up but I have not heard anything since. Hoping that this will be our last move and we will no longer need movers in the future.
