I recently used Red Carpet company, and they were fantastic. They helped us out last minute and made the entire process seamless. The team was professional, efficient, and handled our belongings with great care. I truly appreciate their hard work and dedication. Highly recommend them for any moving needs!

I used these movers in the past and had a great experience, so I reached out to schedule them again. At the time of my inquiry, I let the owner Sal know that I saved the return customer coupon to get a $50 discount. He said it wouldn't be a problem. They quoted $120/hr for two movers. If you paid cash it was 10% off. My move was a 2 bedroom and about 4 miles away, so I figured it wouldn't take long. The movers arrived and told me I was the only move of their day (it was a Sunday) and they took their time. This was really different from my last move where the guys really moved quickly and efficiently. These guys were in no rush, and after 8 hours of moving, I just had to tell them to stop and I would move the rest. I just didn't understand the inefficiency. At the end, I paid cash, and I wasn't offered the 10% discount. Nor was I offered the $50 discount for return customers. It was the end of the day, and I was exhausted so I told the guy I would contact the owner to get reimbursement. I sent an email to the owner afterwards (Sal), and never got a response. While I previously recommended them, I now see that the business has changed to not be customer-centric and I will not be using them or recommending them again.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the crew that moved my home. First, my call was answered in person and the move scheduled within a week. Crew showed up right on time after contacting me the night before and the morning when they were on their way. They immediately sprung into action. They wrapped everything and carefully loaded into the truck. Oscar is a Tetris genius at maximizing the truck space. Loaded a 2400 square foot home in three hours. Drove to new location taking fifteen minutes to grab lunch. Taped all carpeting and pads on wood floors for protection. Unloaded everything quickly. They went above and beyond. I am a senior and was totally stressed over the move. The three man crew made the experience so positive. One room was too small for the furniture and they came up with the perfect solution.

I've used this company twice. Once for a local unload and now for a full house move out state.
The entire team is professional and courteous. This is the best moving experience I've ever had. I have and will continue to recommend this company to any friends, family, acquaintance or random person on the internet that needs moving help.

My wife and I Google a moving company nearby red carpet was one of the 1st ones to pop up when I 1st made a initial call to sal he was very responsive detail orientated and even sent over a list of what will be needed and done the day of the move Ceasar and his crew pulled up to my residence Ceasar immediately got a game plan of what was going and what wasn't going they packed everything up phenomenally got to a new house he did another walk through to see what was going where put everything where my wife would be happy with it excellent customer service from the beginning Ceasar and his crew were phenomenal quick efficient would definitely use them again if needed and will definitely recommend them to friends or family

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Sal was always available for questions and answered promptly. Detailed paperwork arrived by email. Small deposit to secure my moving date. My first move solo, some nerves but that all went away once Rigo, Javier and Chewy arrived. Prompt arrival, professional the entire move (7+ hours). Friendly, efficient and respectful, careful with my furnishings, always smiling. Defining moment ...........Rigo had carefully wrapped a large TV. He picked it up, turned to me and said "life is beautiful" He was right. This experience was everything. Thank you Red Carpet!

Ok! So I don't even know where to begin! The name is the brand really does showcase RED CARPET! I was referred to the by my apartment manager and when I called Sal was the coordinator who assisted me in getting everything together. There was a problem with my apartment application and had to move the date one day later. Sal was so kind and totally understood. Sal called me the next day and told me what time the team would come.
Fernandez and Arturo can on time and READY! They were super fast and efficient and came with all the tool needed to ensure my furniture and other belonging were safe and unharmed. Fernando was so kind to assist my Husband with finding a stud to hang things. When we were done they also helped my elderly parent with their bed and heavy furniture! We are on the 4th floor. Not fun! I
I am saving their number and for sure recommending to EVERYONE and using them for ouR next move!

I've moved about 8+ times over the last 15 years, using various companies all over the US, and Red Carpet Moving is THE BEST company I've ever used. Outside of being a family owned business - the owner and his movers were so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and accommodating! The highlights with using Red Carpet Moving are:
- No hidden fees. Everything was explained upfront and the owner reviewed everything with me multiple times before the move.
- Pricing was on point and they didn't try to waste time or increase the price.
- Sal (the owner) Called the day before to confirm and review any questions, which was the first time a moving company did that.
- Seamless booking and super informative on what to do and prepare for.
- The three men (Rico, Chuy, and Javier) that helped with my move were quick and efficient. They were all amazing and super helpful.
- They packed and wrapped everything that needed - no dings, marks, NEVER half-assed anything, and we're the nicest guys.

What a great experience I had today with the movers that came to my house. I called and got a quote from Sal he was very knowledgeable had a great memory of what I needed. Edoardo and Adrian arrived at my house. They packed up my stuff and brought it over to the new place and unpacked it put it exactly where I needed it including some stuff I want it on the driveway for donations. They were Kind and courteous and very efficient workers. They were extremely strong I was surprised at what they could carry on their own. They wrapped up everything beautifully they protected the stairway and they protected the walls to make sure everything was safe. I highly recommend this moving company for any moving that you need. I was satisfied and happy at the end of the day.
