p.s. some people have mentioned that the movers speak Mandarin, so what? The foreman spoke perfect English and everyone understood every request. Was not an issue at all.

Hired Sunny for a 2bd move in SF. Nancy was very responsive in communication prior to the day of move. Movers came in time during day of move and were very efficient. They were also quite careful with packing and loading. Would definitely recommend!

I had my first time using the services of a moving company and WOW I am so impressed! They were incredibly fast, careful, and professional. I had expected the move to take 6-8 hours but they finished in 3 and saved us a lot of money that way. They disassembled and reassembled all of our furniture that required it, carefully wrapped and packaged our furniture that could get scratched, provided wardrobe boxes for our clothes, and set everything up in the new place for us. It took away so much of the packing and moving stress and got us into our new place with plenty of time to still use the day to unpack. We were extremely pleased with their help and would love to hire them again for any future moves!

We moved in October and were initially impressed by how fast and efficient the movers were...fast forward our TV that had been working fine the day prior to the move we went to set it up (was not moved from where they put it) and the screen was cracked from the bottom up...now we are out $100's to replace it since the Best Buy plan doesn't cover cracked screens!

We had to change our moving days twice due to things out of our control. They were able to immediately respond to our inquiries to work out a day that works. We need documentation that states their insurance coverage to the building we moved into, and they were able to provide that. They estimated well, and everything fit in the truck.

On the day of, they showed up on time, was efficient in preparing the furnitures and boxes to be damage-less (or as least as possible) during transport. Furnitures, shelves, and cabinets were wrapped on the spot, fast. We don't see any damages at all after the move.

Sunny Moving is hands down the company to choose for help with your move. Nancy was quick to reply with a quote, detailed information, and to answer any questions. The team arrived on time and immediately began moving our stuff. They were incredibly efficient and helped us pack up some remaining items we didn't get to. All of our furniture was wrapped. They put rugs and mats down to avoid any damage to the floor. They were equally if not more careful moving our things into the new place. Not a scratch on the walls or floors. They were very considerate about where they put our stuff and helped us to position things well in various rooms. I cannot speak more highly of this team. I have moved so many times and this was the smoothest move yet. Thank you Sunny moving for making our move easy!! We will definitely reach out to you in the future.

The communication with the Sunny team was easy and consistent, the moving team was very efficient and professional, and the price and value for the high level of service was great. You overcharge just to move a small subset of things. The economy as it is with inflation's are through the roof. Logistically you are charging at pre pandemic levels. We are not there anymore. Rethink of ways you can accommodate your potential clients rather than a flat rate of 9-10K for a move.
