Terminus Moving

I'm sure the company does good work, but the price is crazy. They tried to charge me $850‐$1000 for 2 guy to move 1 bed 1 bath 1st floor to my 2 bed 2 bath on the 1st floor. I found 5 different companies that can do it for $350‐500.

Mike, Leroy, and Brandon came and did an amazing job for my move. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They were professional and understanding. I have already started recommending Terminus to my friends and colleagues and will continue to do so.

Michael and Terry were on time, fast and efficient. They were very kind men. I would use them again and highly recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks guys, you are the best!

Really pleasantly surprised with these guys. Great communication, worked really efficiently and took care of our stuff. Mike was the lead for a local move across town, felt like he and the team treated our stuff like their own. Everything was well wrapped and blanketed so we made it with no damages, including extra large paintings and TVs. Fair price and worth it.

My husband of 6 years and lifetime partner of 33 years passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on June 5, 2022 at home. While working through my immediate grief, I quickly realized that I could not afford to continue to pay the mortgage payments on my salary alone for the home that we had lived in for 24 years, so I hired my best friend's referred realtor, Jen Cox with Compass Realty, to help get the house quickly listed on the market so we could take advantage of the favorable to sellers' housing market due to the national shortage of housing at that time. Jen put me in touch with a wonderful network of professional contacts whom she's been able to count on time and time again and one of the names provided to me was Tyler Stanley with Terminus Moving.

Tyler also works as a realtor and his wife, Lauren, and their Moving Manager, Anthony DeStefano, came out to the house on September 12th to assess the size of the move, as I was also having to sell a majority of our furnishings in an estate sale because I didn't know where I'd be moving or how much room I would end up with to accommodate a lifetime of collecting. Lauren and Anthony were kind, caring, empathetic to my forced situation and were extremely professional. Anthony worked up an estimate that he sent out later that same day that was based upon what I was planning to keep, what I was hoping to sell in the estate sale, plus the additional furniture items I was giving back to my husband's family to pass down as their legacy.

Although I interviewed a couple of other moving companies, I came back to Terminus Moving time and time again and because of Jen's record of sending me quality professionals to work with, I chose to use Tyler's company as they were hungry for my business and they kept in contact with me throughout the decision process. I had a wonderful experience with Anthony and the moving team and they had me moved in just 1 1/2 days into the beautiful new townhouse that Jen had found for me in East Cobb.

Their time management techology was excellent as I would sign the team back in whenever they were finished with lunches or breaks so I knew exactly what I was being charged for and the team did an excellent job, despite dealing with persistent rain on the 2nd day of the move. I'm happy to report that I have not found any damage to my antiques and expensive furniture and I would not hesitate to engage Tyler and his team for any future moving needs that may come up, whether large jobs or small! Tyler himself and his business partner drove the moving trucks, so I felt comfortable with my belongings being transferred safely, and they even participated in the moving process with the rest of the team which was refreshing to see the owners pushing up their sleeves and working side-by-side with their team.

Not only did Tyler, Anthony, and team do a wonderful job of correctly placing the labeled boxes into the rooms where they belonged, as I had used a different vendor for the packing process, they worked with me on the pricing and offered me a 10% discount which was extremely helpful as I'm still to this day waiting to receive my husband's life insurance payment and thrift saving plan retirement savings! I also received a very kind note of appreciation from Tyler and his wife, Lauren, along with some premium brownies which was totally unexpected and was a very classy touch to further distinguish them and their company from the rest of the pack in the metro Atlanta area.

When considering a major move or just a minor move of several pieces of furniture, I encourage you to consider Terminus Moving for all of your moving needs as you won't be disappointed and you'll enjoy the personalized service that you'll receive from the owners who have a vested interest in their company, their employees, and their success!!

An amazing experience! From the quote process, which was done over the phone, and then we communicated via email and text to add/remove items. Day of the move our team of five guys worked like a well oiled machine together. They moved fast and communicated every step of the way. We did a one day move, they packed us up in the morning, drove to our new home and unpacked in about 8 hours. FIVE STARS! Oh, and the best part, there were no surprise charges, what was quoted is what we paid (as long as you're honest with box count and furniture).

Terminus helped us move to our new home, dreading the move because nobody likes moving but Terminus made it much easier. I was contacted Promptly after placing a request for a quote. Prices were reasonable and better than some of their competitors, so I decided to go with them. The crew was a great group of guys that came out to move us to our new home, we laughed and had some good conversations. I would use them again for any moving needs I would have, hopefully that will not be soon remember who likes moving.

Had thee absolute best experience with this company! From the time I requested a quote I was contacted immediately by the owner Tyler, he was extremely helpful. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. The crew arrived on time, got everything out of my 3rd for apartment in only an hr and got everything unloaded even quicker. I will definitely be using them in the future as well as recommending them!! Thank you guys again for making this process seem less!
