Ygal was so great! He came on short notice to install a complex smart lock. He did a great job, very thorough, clean, friendly, punctual, and affordable. Can't recommend him high enough. Easy to work with and came the next day, although offered to come the day I called.

Igal came quickly as he promised! I had to apologize to him because almost did not hire him coz our church elder was going to come and fix the broken lock. He was gracious enough to explain what appropriate lock we needed for the church's front gate. He did not pressure us in the end and even gave a discount for our church. He got the job done. United responded immediately and skillfully replaced and in one instance upgraded the locks on our 1910-vintage house. The total bill was more than reasonable. Highly recommend this team.

I was looking for a locksmith to repair my door knob that wasn't completely functional. I got instant responses from various locksmiths, but decided to go with United Locksmith.

HUGE MISTAKE! Not only did he not fix the issue, but left my door, completely greasy inside and out. He decided to charge me $150 for making it worse, claiming that it was a service call/maintenance call. As you can see in the photos, it came out worse than before he got there.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND !

I requested a quote via Yelp and only United Locksmith replied quickly and with a fair quote. He is a great communicator and scheduled to come as soon as possible.

He assessed my current lock and suggested a better, more secure one without changing the look of it.

I am currently the President of my HOA and will be keeping his company on hand to recommend to our property manager and condo unit owners. Thank you!!

I seriously cannot recommend Ygal enough!!
I was locked out of my apartment and my building manager said they would come and open my door for me. They came and didn't have the key for my place and said they would come back. I waited in my hallway for 2 hours until they called and said I'll need to call a locksmith.
I called United Locksmith and in 5 minutes Ygal was at my apartment and successfully opened my door!! The flat rate was $145 (about $50-$100 cheaper than any of the other places I called!!). He was so friendly and I hope I'll never need them again, but if I do, I know who to call!!

I posted a request for quote on Yelp and Igal was asking one of the first to respond. After making the initial appointment with him, I've had to change the time a couple times but he still arrived on time. My mailbox key was lost. Igal was able to open, replace the lock and gave me 3 new copies of keys. Job was done within 30min.

No tip was expected as it's his own company but I was happy to give him as a token of appreciation for his professionalism.
