I phoned YES locksmith from doing a search on google for best locksmith's in San Francisco. I needed a lock re-keyed at the last minute. Someone was there to answer my initial call on the 2nd ring and got me set up with an appointment with Ramon at the time I wanted for the next day. I texted Ramon because I was running late to meet him, and he was kind enough to wait. Ramon did a great job. They charged me a much lower price than another company I called. They were fast, friendly, accommodating, responsive and very fair priced.
I have put YES Locksmith in my contacts as my go-to locksmith. Highly recommend!

I asked YES Locksmith for a quote over email, sent photos of the lock that I dismantled to show them what was going on, and they responded with a quote that ended up being exactly what I paid.

Service was scheduled on the next day (I was not in a rush) and completed within 20 minutes. I inspected the lock after repair and it's exactly how it should be. The parts replaced match the ones that were there. The receipt details exactly what I paid for.

They also recommended another company to install a latch guard that has been forced on my door.

YES Locksmith is probably one of the best locksmiths I ever dealt with in my life. Totally recommended.

I CANNOT say enough good things about YES Locksmith. I had an emergency situation where I needed several locks re-keyed at my apartment building right away. I called YES Locksmith and talked to Ramon. It had been a very stressful morning, but Ramon was so kind and understanding. He was able to come to my building in two hours. He was extremely efficient and had the locks re-keyed and made enough copies for all the tenants. I will ALWAYS be grateful that he was able to come by on a Saturday on such short notice. It was an incredible relief to have the locks re-keyed in such a timely manner.

Solid, dependable contractors are worth their weight in gold. Not long ago, I had lost my longtime locksmith and have been looking for a new one. I've tried a few other companies before, but now I'm adding YES Locksmith to my list of contacts. I'm done looking. I can't recommend them enough. Oh my god!!!! I am so happy I found YES locksmith. I spoke with Ramon originally and he was so helpful on the phone. It was the lowest price I found after calling about six different locksmiths. He had his colleague Vincent at my property within 20 minutes of calling him. It was incredible. Vincent worked so professionally and diligently and had me back in my room with a key made within 3 minutes. No joke!!!! I was so impressed. The entire process was 30 minutes from the first time I called him to keys in hand! What Both of them were so kind and so helpful and I couldn't recommend them more. I'm so happy I found Reputable and professional locksmith that I can depend on for all of my Lock needs. I'll never call anyone else.

I've called YES twice for a few different things -- to re-key existing locks, to solve a lockout, and two install two different exterior keypad locks. They have been great for all of these. Technicians arrived as planned (communicated one minor delay really well), were resourceful about how to work around existing gate/door conditions, and explained options really clearly.

I don't know how competitive the prices are but the service was great so I didn't care.

Called Yes Locksmith to help me drill new hole in my front door and shifting lock over 3/8" from 2 3/8" offset to 2 3/4" offset. We messaged each other the week before and finally I was ready to make appoint for next week. Ramon had a slot available 3pm and he had everything done within the hour.

Looking for new business relationships as many of my regular contractors are retiring. I'm keeping Ramon's number for future jobs.

I needed help with my door. Nova came a couple of hours after I called. He did a wonderful job. Extremely polite and professional.
He didn't overcharge me for the extra time he spent. I recommend him highly.

I highly recommend this company! The people are very professional and kind. The quality of service is a 10 out of 10. My car key fell down the sewer drain by my daughter's school and they were able to come to my location to make a new car key.
