Abigail’s 4-star review:
Quality service and fresh food make for a pleasant brunch experience! 7 Plates has a farmhouse chic vibe with hand-blown glass bulb lights, wooden tables, and blue fabric bench seating. The open-front let a cool breeze in, perfect on a sunny fall day. The dishes and table decor were cute ceramic pieces with colorful mismatching patterns that added a bit of charm.
The brunch crowd was thinning out when we arrived on Sunday at 1:00pm. We were seated immediately and waited on promptly. I had the Croque Madame sandwich ($12.95), yummy sourdough slices topped with ham, cheese, and a fried egg. It was very tasty, and truthfully, the side of roasted potatoes were even better! I enjoyed my meal. My friend had the Country Breakfast bowl ($12.25), which included potatoes, sausage, caramelized onions, peppers, cheese, and over easy eggs. The dish was missing the mushrooms, which were listed on the menu, but was otherwise fine for a breakfast scramble.
The space can accommodate small parties, as most tables fit 2, 4, or 6. It's kid-friendly for brunch, but turns over to a more elegant setting for lunch and dinner.
