Andrea’s 4-star review:
I've been meaning to dine here since it opened, but the pandemic got in my way. Now that things are looking brighter we chose RPM seafood to celebrate my husbands bday. It turns out this is a popular spot to celebrate bdays because we were surrounded by them there.
We arrived 30 min early for our 7pm reservation so enjoyed a few drinks at the crowded bar. When our table was ready we were greeted by our lovely waitress, Valerie, who helped us navigate the menu where I would have been happy with basically anything.
We enjoyed the petite seafood tower (I can't resist a good seafood tower), the chopped salad, ceviche, bass entree, whipped potatoes and greens beans. All were amazing besides the bass, which we really didn't need...I think apps and sides are the way to go here. We had also ordered fries instead of the potatoes, but the potatoes were tasty so we didn't inform Valerie of the small mistake.
We were too stuffed for dessert, but can't resist on a bday so enjoyed the banana napoleon which was delicious. They also brought out chocolate ice cream with a candle in it for the bday boy.
All that good food + a bunch of drinks ended up being one pricey night...but you only enjoy a bday once a year so it was worth it.
We sat inside, but I would love to go back and sit in one of their greenhouses along the River...or even just outside on a warm summer day.
