Does this place have cheese wheel pasta?

Not that I'm aware of. I'm assuming you mean the pasta where you put it in the big wheel of cheese so it gets cheesy. This place is a little more traditional/artisan than that, but their sage and butter pasta is amazing!! They make all their pasta in house and it's delicious!
Are the noodles handspun?

Making a reservation is nearly impossible, even when trying two weeks out. Do you offer walk in? What's the best way to snag a table?

I believe the do welcome walk-ins, but they are seated outside. It's covered and there are heaters. Honestly, the food is not that great to warrant sitting outside. Wait for the reservation - they open them 2 weeks in advance and you need to call ASAP! Good luck! I hope it's enjoyable for you!
Do you offer any gluten free options?
