Hillary Clinton will visit Boston this September for a stop on her “Something Lost, Something Gained” book tour.

The event at Boch Center Wang Theater will be held in collaboration with Harvard Book Store. The former Secretary of State and a surprise guest moderator are set to have an “unvarnished” discussion about politics, marriage, aging, the future of America, and other similar topics. The discussion will take place on September 27 at 7:30 p.m. Pre-sale tickets are available Thursday. Tickets will be available to the general public July 12.

The former Democrat presidential nominee is visiting five cities total, starting in Washington, D.C. on September 16th and ending in Seattle on October 20th. The tour ends less than a month before the Presidential election on November 5th.

Something Lost, Something Gained: Reflections on Life, Love, & Liberty” is Clinton’s 12th book and her fourth memoir. The book, set to release Sept. 17, focuses on Clinton’s marriage to former president Bill Clinton, her tenure as a college professor, and the bonds she shared with other former First Ladies. Notably, the former Democratic nominee shares with readers what it was like to give up on her presidential dreams.

Clinton’s last public engagement in Boston was in 2023 at the NAACP National Convention, where presented an award to Dr. Hazel Duke. She also stopped in Boston on her last book tour in 2017, a year after her electoral defeat to former president Donald Trump. She drew a crowd of over 2,500 people to promote her memoir “What Happened.” Since the 2016 election, Clinton has been the subject of a Hulu documentary called “Hillary,” and hosts a podcast called You and Me Both.
