methodology

[edit source]

Well, we should structure this a little more.
When we reduce it down to just a number, we at least must guide the users a little, otherwise we can have "wrong" values. E.g. one user has probs with internet connection. When (s)he now gives a very bad grade only because of this, how would we know?

We can use quality models for this.
Here is a FCM picture (no panic, we can build also a simple one, see below :-) ), how this can be structured in general:
Factor: Qualitätsmerkmal
Criterion: Qualitäts-Teilmerkmal
Metrics: Qualitäts-Indikatoren

There are quality models already available , like ISO 9126 (this is specific for software).
So we need to build our own quality model with GQM (Goal, Question, Metric). ----Erkan Yilmaz (evaluate me!, discussion) 19:01, 24 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
