"and includes one of the most urban state capitals in the country, Harrisburg." I deleted this line, because it's not true by any obvious definition of urban. By municipal population, Harrisburg is among the smaller cities that are state capitals, and by urban area it is in the middle of the pack. It may be "urban" in some way other than population size, but this has to be defined. —The preceding comment was added by 128.135.189.179 (talkcontribs)

Presumably the original writer meant the urban area around Harrisburg, which at 300k or so is pretty big for a state capital (though no comparison to Boston or St. Paul). (WT-en) LtPowers 11:35, 15 February 2012 (EST)
