Biography
Education
Kilbane received her B.A. from John Carroll University and her J.D. from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law.[1]
Career
Kilbane served as an assistant public defender for Cuyahoga County for 9 years before becoming a judge. She joined the Cleveland Municipal Court in January 1996 and worked in that capacity until 2004, when she was elected to the Ohio Eighth District Court of Appeals.[1]
